Development, manufacturing and costs planning for sport requisite Kozmotrim
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljeno majhno družinsko podjetje Posl d.o.o., ob pomoči katerega sem razvil produkt pod imenom Kozmotrim. My diploma paper presents a little family company named Posl d.o.o. with the help of which I have developed a product named Kozmotrim. Kozmotrim is a sports requisite that enables us the three-dimensional movement that feels similar to the experiences of parachutists, astronauts and pilots. At the moment Kozmotrim is not yet constructed, however, my diploma paper provides a complete technical documentation, plan of the production and the calculation of the cost price of the product. The production is expected to three series per yearevery series includes ten Kozmotrims. The amounts are estimated after the actual demand, thirty items that are divided into three time periods in year, each time ten items are produced
DEVELOPMENT OF WEB APPLICATION FOR CALIBRATION OF MEASURING TOOLS
Livarna Maribor uporablja za evidentiranje in beleženje kalibracij meril namizno aplikacijo, narejeno v programskem okolju Microsoft Office Excel. Sam koncept in ideja sta zelo dobro zasnovana.
V praktičnem delu sem s pomočjo orodja Visual Studio.NET izdelal spletno aplikacijo, namenjeno evidentiranju meril in beleženju kalibracij. Livarna Maribor uses desktop application Microsoft Office Excel for keeping records and noting down calibration measures. Its concept and idea are well founded. There are some weak points as : only 1 person has access for editing the data, the measurer has to give the record in paper form to the other person which has to type it in Excel document, the programme (in Excel) is desinged in way that allows us to access the source code and without even knowing we can disable the proper function of the application,
its not possilbe to determine the life expectancy of the measure, etc.
In our diplome work we researched this limited desktop application which was the key to a new modern solution. We explain technologies and tools that were used in making of this interactive internet application.
In practical part, using Visual Studio.NET, we created an internet application desinged for keeping records of measures and noting down calibrations.
The advantage of our solution is accessing the service and database from any computer connected to the internet

RECRUITMENT AND MOTIVATION AT WORK IN THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
V empiričnem delu bolj podrobno predstavljamo Upravo Republike Slovenije za javna plačila (njeno zgodovino in dosedanji razvoj, dejavnost, organizacijsko strukturo, poslanstvo in vizijo organizacije). Z metodo intervjuja s pristojno osebo v nadaljevanju podrobno obravnavamo vse ključne faze v procesu zaposlovanja in prikazujemo rezultate teh procesov (obseg in strukturo zaposlenih, zaposlitve s krajšim delovnim časom, absentizem, fluktuacijo kadrov in podobno).
Podatki so prikazani tabelarični in slikovni (grafični) obliki.
The constituent bodies of the Republic of Slovenia incorporate a body of more than 30.000 civil servants. Careful planning and management of all staff processes related to employment, analysing and the systemization of employment bodies, recruitment, selection and training of staff and so on all have to be done in compliance to legislations and expert guidelines.
In the theoretical introduction specific key insights into employment, recruitment and motivation in the workplace are shown.
In the empirical section of this thesis an introduction of the administration for public payments is made (its history and current development, activities, organizational structure, the mission and vision of the organisation). With the aid of an interview with a member of management we were able to make a comprehensive analysis of all key phases of recruitment and we were able to show the results of these processes (complete scope of staff, employment on part time contracts, absence, fluctuation of employed bodies etc.). The results are compared with information of administrative bodies of the Republic of Slovenia as a whole, in the time period from 2010 till 2014.
We are curious about the fluctuation of employment bodies in the administration for public payments and for public administrations in general for the Republic of Slovenia and also the amount of staff employed on part time contracts. Results are shown in diagrams and figures.
In the conclusion we determined the validity of three hypotheses and amongst others gave a presentation of practical proposals for improvement. We rejected all three hypotheses.
Our findings show that in the time period between 2010 and 2014, that there was a greater decline in employees in the administration for public payments, compared to any other administration of the Republic of Slovenia. It was also determined that there was a greater number of employees, employed on part-time contracts, compared to any other administrations of the republic. Finally it was determined that there was a much lower fluctuation in the number of employees, and thus a smaller expansion of the administration for public payments compared to any other administration of the Republic of Slovenia, except for the year 2012
