Topik ini juga menjadi fenomena karena argumen beliau tentang globalisasi yang merupakan sebuah konvergensi ekonomi dengan aktivitas bisnis tanpa adanya hambatan nasional. Hal tersebut kontras dengan internasionalisasi yang cenderung lebih menyempit dan berhubungan bisnis dengan bagian luar perbatasan nasional. Ide sentral yang harus dijawab oleh manajer dan para entrepreneur adalah apakah pasar mereka global atau internasional.     A movie is a form of literary work which has the main function as a means of entertainment. Apart from just being entertaining, films also have the potential as a learning tool because they provide audio and visual stimuli that can attract the attention of the audience and convey various moral values that describe the principles underlying good and bad actions. It is important for students to be introduced to and taught about these moral values so that they can understand and learn them well. This study of the moral The theme in the film Zootopia aims to explore educational possibilities that can be obtained from watching films, by utilizing visual storytelling techniques. The film acts as a medium that influences conveying information and messages to the audience so that the moral values contained in it can be understood and studied by the audience. This research aims to identify the various moral values presented in the film Zootopia and reveal the moral values implied in the narrative. This research uses library research with a qualitative descriptive method approach. The data for this research are the moral values contained in the dialogue scripts spoken by the characters when shown in the film. The data source for this research comes from the film entitled "Zootopia". Writing uses documentation techniques to collect data. Apart from that, researchers used data analysis. The findings should that the values contained in the moral values in Zootopia. By applying qualitative methodology, The main data source is the Zootopia film itself which is equipped with subtitle files. The research results show that several moral values contained in the film "Zootopia" are stories that raise several important moral values in life, including respect, justice, self�confidence, tolerance, helping each other, and altruism

    Evolving Large-Scale Data Stream Analytics based on Scalable PANFIS

    Many distributed machine learning frameworks have recently been built to speed up the large-scale data learning process. However, most distributed machine learning used in these frameworks still uses an offline algorithm model which cannot cope with the data stream problems. In fact, large-scale data are mostly generated by the non-stationary data stream where its pattern evolves over time. To address this problem, we propose a novel Evolving Large-scale Data Stream Analytics framework based on a Scalable Parsimonious Network based on Fuzzy Inference System (Scalable PANFIS), where the PANFIS evolving algorithm is distributed over the worker nodes in the cloud to learn large-scale data stream. Scalable PANFIS framework incorporates the active learning (AL) strategy and two model fusion methods. The AL accelerates the distributed learning process to generate an initial evolving large-scale data stream model (initial model), whereas the two model fusion methods aggregate an initial model to generate the final model. The final model represents the update of current large-scale data knowledge which can be used to infer future data. Extensive experiments on this framework are validated by measuring the accuracy and running time of four combinations of Scalable PANFIS and other Spark-based built in algorithms. The results indicate that Scalable PANFIS with AL improves the training time to be almost two times faster than Scalable PANFIS without AL. The results also show both rule merging and the voting mechanisms yield similar accuracy in general among Scalable PANFIS algorithms and they are generally better than Spark-based algorithms. In terms of running time, the Scalable PANFIS training time outperforms all Spark-based algorithms when classifying numerous benchmark datasets.Comment: 20 pages, 5 figure

    An Incremental Construction of Deep Neuro Fuzzy System for Continual Learning of Non-stationary Data Streams

    Existing FNNs are mostly developed under a shallow network configuration having lower generalization power than those of deep structures. This paper proposes a novel self-organizing deep FNN, namely DEVFNN. Fuzzy rules can be automatically extracted from data streams or removed if they play limited role during their lifespan. The structure of the network can be deepened on demand by stacking additional layers using a drift detection method which not only detects the covariate drift, variations of input space, but also accurately identifies the real drift, dynamic changes of both feature space and target space. DEVFNN is developed under the stacked generalization principle via the feature augmentation concept where a recently developed algorithm, namely gClass, drives the hidden layer. It is equipped by an automatic feature selection method which controls activation and deactivation of input attributes to induce varying subsets of input features. A deep network simplification procedure is put forward using the concept of hidden layer merging to prevent uncontrollable growth of dimensionality of input space due to the nature of feature augmentation approach in building a deep network structure. DEVFNN works in the sample-wise fashion and is compatible for data stream applications. The efficacy of DEVFNN has been thoroughly evaluated using seven datasets with non-stationary properties under the prequential test-then-train protocol. It has been compared with four popular continual learning algorithms and its shallow counterpart where DEVFNN demonstrates improvement of classification accuracy. Moreover, it is also shown that the concept drift detection method is an effective tool to control the depth of network structure while the hidden layer merging scenario is capable of simplifying the network complexity of a deep network with negligible compromise of generalization performance.Comment: This paper has been published in IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy System

    Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta semester khusus tahun 2014 yang berlokasi di SMA Negeri 2 Sleman telah dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa pada tanggal 2 Juli - 17 September 2014. Kelompok PPL di lokasi ini terdiri dari 18 mahasiswa dari 8 program studi, yaitu Pendidikan Sejarah, Pendidikan Sosiologi, Pendidikan Bahasa Prancis, Pendidikan Akuntansi, Pendidikan Biologi, Pendidikan Kimia, Pendidikan Fisika dan Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris. Tujuan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) adalah melatih mahasiswa agar memiliki pengalaman faktual tentang proses pembelajaran dan kegiatan kependidikan lainnya di sekolah, sebagai bekal untuk mengembangkan diri sebagai tenaga keguruan yang profesional yang memiliki pengetahuan, sikap dan ketrampilan. Kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan meliputi penyusunan RPP, praktek mengajar, pembuatan soal evaluasi, serta kegiatan lainnya yang diselenggarakan di sekolah. Praktek mengajar dimulai dari tanggal 6 Juli sampai dengan 12 September 2014, dilakukan sebanyak 16 kali pertemuan di kelas XI MIA 2 sebanyak delapan kali dan XI IIS 2 sebanyak delapan kali, Materi yang diajarkan di dalam kelas meliputi, Materi yang diberikan untuk kelas XI MIA 2 dan XI IIS 2 antara lain meliputi Menganalisis konsep perubahan, dan keberlanjutan dalam peristiwa sejarah pada masa penjajahan asing hingga proklamsi kemerdekaan Indonesia, Menganalisis proses masuk dan Perkembangan penjajahan bangsa Barat (Portugis, Belanda dan Inggris) di Indonesia. Selain itu terlaksananya program PPL ini tidak terlepas dari dukungan dan bantuan dari pihak sekolah yang telah memberikan keluasan kesempatan kepada para mahasiswa PPL untuk mengembangkan potensi yang dimilikinya Namun terdapat hambatan yang ditemui praktikan dalam melaksanakan PPL yakni praktikan masih kurang dalam penguasaan kelas, selama pembelajaran berlangsung seringkali praktikan mengalami kesulitan dalam mengontrol siswa terutama saat menerangkan materi karena ada sebagian siswa yang tidak memperhatikan. Ketika diberi umpan balik, untuk menanyakan kejelasan dan ketidakjelasan siswa terhadap materi, hanya sedikit siswa yang memberikan respon. Praktikan menyadari bahwa munculnya hambatan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan PPL adalah hal yang wajar. Karena hal ini merupakan salah satu tantangan yang harus dihadapi praktikan selama kegiatan PPL

    Perkembangan teknologi berpengaruh kepada kebutuhan user untuk mengakses data lebih cepat, perlahan sistem dengan menggunakan Fiber Optic mulai menggeser posisi kabel tembaga dalam transmisi data karena lebih cepat. Tren user saat ini adalah membutuhkan transmisi data yang lebih cepat dan lebih besar, seperti Video Streaming. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat system Video Streaming dengan infrastruktur GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network). Dalam penelitian dilakukan konfigurasi Video Streaming dengan GPON kemudian juga dilakukan dengan system Ethernet. Keduanya dibandingkan dengan parameter kecepatan dan frame rate untuk Video Streaming. Hasil yang dapat diperoleh dari penelitian dengan menggunakan system GPON adalah kestabilan untuk melakukan Streaming Video dibandingkan Ethernet

    Autonomous Deep Learning: Continual Learning Approach for Dynamic Environments

    The feasibility of deep neural networks (DNNs) to address data stream problems still requires intensive study because of the static and offline nature of conventional deep learning approaches. A deep continual learning algorithm, namely autonomous deep learning (ADL), is proposed in this paper. Unlike traditional deep learning methods, ADL features a flexible structure where its network structure can be constructed from scratch with the absence of an initial network structure via the self-constructing network structure. ADL specifically addresses catastrophic forgetting by having a different-depth structure which is capable of achieving a trade-off between plasticity and stability. Network significance (NS) formula is proposed to drive the hidden nodes growing and pruning mechanism. Drift detection scenario (DDS) is put forward to signal distributional changes in data streams which induce the creation of a new hidden layer. The maximum information compression index (MICI) method plays an important role as a complexity reduction module eliminating redundant layers. The efficacy of ADL is numerically validated under the prequential test-then-train procedure in lifelong environments using nine popular data stream problems. The numerical results demonstrate that ADL consistently outperforms recent continual learning methods while characterizing the automatic construction of network structures
