Framework And User Interface For Aggregated Multi-domain Tasks
Task management user interfaces, such as those utilized by merchants that manage storefronts on online retail platforms, are complex and difficult to use. For example, different tasks such as orders, returns/refunds, customer requests, etc. may each be associated with corresponding data and may be managed via different tools and/or user interfaces. The separation of tasks across different domains does not allow users to understand the relative priorities for various tasks. This disclosure describes a templatized generic task definition framework that allows tasks from different domains to be defined in a common format. The common task format includes rich contextual information such as task metadata and the primary and secondary actions to complete the task. The templatized task definition framework can be used to containerize the information relevant for decision making related to the task and the corresponding user actions into a single interface and to provide a unified task management user interface. Further, the task metadata stored per the framework can be used for prioritization across tasks from different domains to infer priority across different task and task types to make it easier to manage the overall workload
Machine Learning Algorithm to Identify Hesitancy Towards Covid-19 Vaccination Among the Rural Citizens Under E-Governance Initiatives
The Indian Government has taken massive initiatives to control the pandemic virus of COVID-19. Recently, the Government has decided to begin the process of a large-scale vaccination programme to create an end to the crisis due to COVID-19. However, vaccination is found to be the major solution as suggested by various health care experts to stop the widespread of this deadly virus, hesitancy towards getting vaccinated is found to be more in the rural villages of India. The process of getting vaccinated was not made compulsory by the government, but still there exists skepticism in minds of rural citizens towards COVID-19 vaccination. Text Analytics has been implemented to identify the exact emotions among rural citizens towards COVID Vaccinations. Hence the present research study has identified the major reasons for hesitancy towards getting vaccinated for COVID-19 using machine learning techniques. The researchers of the current study have also measured the emotions and signs of sentiments of the rural citizens on COVID-19 vaccination
Expression of Emerging Novel Tumor markers in Oral Squamous cell carcinoma and their Clinical and Pathological correlation to determine the Prognosis and Usefulness as a Therapeutic target: A Systematic Review
Background: Inspite of 1000s of novel tumor markers in past 2 decades there is not even a single tumor marker which is proved to have diagnostic or prognostic value in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). The purpose of this review is to examine the current status of the emerging novel tumor markers. Methods: This search strategy was in accordance with the Cochrane guidelines for systemic review. Articles were selected using Pubmed search. The article search included only those published in the English literature. Results: Total of 12 tumor markers were analyzed. None of the tumor markers analyzed has all the qualities for a tumor marker like good sensitivity, specificity for diagnosis or assessing the prognosis Conclusions: Thus far, studies, although inconclusive, have found that the likelihood of identifying a biomarker with such sensitivity and specificity may be slim, at least for the immediate future. Graduate Student Award Winners in Educational Psychology: What Made Them Successful?
Much is known about the factors that make some educational psychologists highly productive. Beginning nearly 25 years ago, Kiewra and colleagues began a series of six qualitative investigations to uncover the keys to scholarly success in educational psychology. The initial study (Kiewra & Creswell, 2000) investigated Richard Anderson, Richard Mayer, and Michael Pressley, who were ranked as the top scholars in a survey of educational psychologists. The second study (Patterson- Hazley & Kiewra, 2013), more than a decade later, investigated productive scholars Patricia Alexander, Richard Mayer, Dale Schunk, and Barry Zimmerman who were ranked as the top scholars in a survey of educational psychologists at that time. The third study (Flanigan et al., 2018) investigated a pre-selected cohort of productive German scholars affiliated with Ludwig Maximilian University: Frank Fischer, Hans Gruber, Heinz Mandl, and Alexander Renkl. The fourth study (Prinz et al., 2020) investigated five productive female scholars from the USA and Europe, stemming from a survey of international female scholars. They were Patricia Alexander, Carol Dweck, Jacquelynne Eccles, Mareike Kunter, and Tamara van Gog. The fifth study (Kiewra et al. 2021) investigated six recent early career award winners in educational psychology: Rebecca Collie, Logan Fiorella, Doug Lombardi, Sabina Neugebauer, Erika Patall, and Ming-Te Wang. The sixth study was a retrospective account of how educational psychologist John Glover was so productive (Kiewra & Kauffman, 2023).

Game theory based Ad-hoc On Demand Distance Vector Routing Protocol to Extend the Wireless Sensor Networks Life Time
This paper proposes a solution to increase the energy life time of wireless sensor networks (WSNs) via a concept of game theory enabled ad-hoc on demand distance vector (AODV) routing algorithm. Game theory is an optimal promising candidate for decision making in a wireless networking scenario to find the optimal path for data packets transfer between source node and destination node, where combination with the AODV routing algorithm, a procedure of game theory enabled AODV (GTEAODV) is developed and proposed in this research paper. The developed and proposed methodology is validated through simulation in NS2 environment and the results show an improvement in energy life time of the order of 30-35% in comparison to the existing routing methodology which uses co-operative routing techniques among the nodes in WSN. Further, the throughput of game theory enabled adhoc on demand routing is also highly improved in comparison to existing traditional approaches though obtained results. Though, game theory approach is an existing approach concatenation of it with AODV can provide increased network performance which is significant as portrayed in research results shown in the paper. Hence, by virtue of providing enhanced energy life time and data security through the nature of the algorithm, the proposed GTEAODV algorithm can be employed in defence applications for secure data transmission and reception for forthcoming deployment of 5G systems which are blossoming in world wide scenario

INFLUENCE OF SUBSTRATE SURFACE ROUGHNESS ON THE THERMAL EMISSIVITY OF TITANIUM CARBIDE COATINGS ON GRAPHITE
This study focused on the impact of substrates shape on the heat radiationcharacteristics of a coating made of titanium carbide, TiC, deposited over a graphite basis. The TiC coating emissivity increase by 29.65% at 1050 °C and by 37.45% at 1650 °C when graphite, substrate surface roughness, was decreased from 3.01 µm to 0.73 µm. Simultaneously, the TiC coating’s spectrum emissivity on the graphite substrate indicated the material’s clear characteristic heat radiation. These findings demonstrated that the coating and substrate interacted to determine the coating’s heat radiation properties. A simplified coating model created to consider how the shape of the substrate affects the coating’s ability to conduct heat. Ultimately, the rough form of the substrate led to a decrease in the coating’s heat radiation characteristics and an enhancement in energy loss at the interface
Glandular Odontogenic Cyst: Report of Two Cases and Review of Literature
Glandular odontogenic cyst (GOC) is an uncommon jaw bone cyst of odontogenic origin described in 1987 by Gardner et al. It is a cyst having an unpredictable and potentially aggressive behaviour. It also has the propensity to grow to a large size and tendency to recur with only 111 cases having been reported thus far. The first case occurred in a 42-year-old female and presented as a localized swelling extending from 19 to 29 regions. There was a history of traumatic injury at the site. There was evidence of bicortical expansion and radiographs revealed a multilocular radiolucency. The second case occurred in a 21-year-old male, as a large swelling in the mandible and radiograph revealed radiolucency in the region. On histopathological examination, these lesions were diagnosed as GOC. It was concluded that, two cases submitted by us correlate with the existing literature that GOC’s affect more commonly in the middle age group, having predilection for mandible and that trauma could be a precipitating factor for its occurrence. The increased recurrence rates can be due to its intrinsic biological behavior, multilocularity of the cyst, and incomplete removal of the lining following conservative treatment
Effects of biofertilizer containing N-fixer, P and K solubilizers and AM fungi on maize growth: A greenhouse trial.
An in vitro study was undertaken to evaluate the compatibility of indigenous plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) with commonly used inorganic and organic sources of fertilizers in tea plantations. The nitrogenous, phosphatic and potash fertilizers used for this study were urea, rock phosphate and muriate of potash, respectively. The organic sources of fertilizers neem cake, composted coir pith and vermicompost were also used. PGPRs such as nitrogen fixer; Azospirillum lipoferum, Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria (PSB); Pseudomonas putida, Potassium Solubilizing Bacteria (KSB); Burkholderia cepacia and Pseudomonas putida were used for compatibility study. Results were indicated that PGPRs preferred the coir pith and they proved their higher colony establishment in the formulation except Azospirillum spp. that preferred vermicompost for their establishment. Global, regional, and national burden of disorders affecting the nervous system, 1990–2021: a systematic analysis for the Global Burden of Disease Study 2021
BACKGROUND: Disorders affecting the nervous system are diverse and include neurodevelopmental disorders, late-life neurodegeneration, and newly emergent conditions, such as cognitive impairment following COVID-19. Previous publications from the Global Burden of Disease, Injuries, and Risk Factor Study estimated the burden of 15 neurological conditions in 2015 and 2016, but these analyses did not include neurodevelopmental disorders, as defined by the International Classification of Diseases (ICD)-11, or a subset of cases of congenital, neonatal, and infectious conditions that cause neurological damage. Here, we estimate nervous system health loss caused by 37 unique conditions and their associated risk factors globally, regionally, and nationally from 1990 to 2021. METHODS: We estimated mortality, prevalence, years lived with disability (YLDs), years of life lost (YLLs), and disability-adjusted life-years (DALYs), with corresponding 95% uncertainty intervals (UIs), by age and sex in 204 countries and territories, from 1990 to 2021. We included morbidity and deaths due to neurological conditions, for which health loss is directly due to damage to the CNS or peripheral nervous system. We also isolated neurological health loss from conditions for which nervous system morbidity is a consequence, but not the primary feature, including a subset of congenital conditions (ie, chromosomal anomalies and congenital birth defects), neonatal conditions (ie, jaundice, preterm birth, and sepsis), infectious diseases (ie, COVID-19, cystic echinococcosis, malaria, syphilis, and Zika virus disease), and diabetic neuropathy. By conducting a sequela-level analysis of the health outcomes for these conditions, only cases where nervous system damage occurred were included, and YLDs were recalculated to isolate the non-fatal burden directly attributable to nervous system health loss. A comorbidity correction was used to calculate total prevalence of all conditions that affect the nervous system combined. FINDINGS: Globally, the 37 conditions affecting the nervous system were collectively ranked as the leading group cause of DALYs in 2021 (443 million, 95% UI 378–521), affecting 3·40 billion (3·20–3·62) individuals (43·1%, 40·5–45·9 of the global population); global DALY counts attributed to these conditions increased by 18·2% (8·7–26·7) between 1990 and 2021. Age-standardised rates of deaths per 100 000 people attributed to these conditions decreased from 1990 to 2021 by 33·6% (27·6–38·8), and age-standardised rates of DALYs attributed to these conditions decreased by 27·0% (21·5–32·4). Age-standardised prevalence was almost stable, with a change of 1·5% (0·7–2·4). The ten conditions with the highest age-standardised DALYs in 2021 were stroke, neonatal encephalopathy, migraine, Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, diabetic neuropathy, meningitis, epilepsy, neurological complications due to preterm birth, autism spectrum disorder, and nervous system cancer. INTERPRETATION: As the leading cause of overall disease burden in the world, with increasing global DALY counts, effective prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation strategies for disorders affecting the nervous system are needed
