Analisis Hukum Internasional Dalam Perampasan Aset Di Negara Kawasan Asia Tenggara Berdasarkan United Nations Convention Against Corruption (Uncac) Dan ASEAN Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (Amlat)

This research discusses on the analysis of International law on the seizure of assets in South East Asia countries according to UNCAC and AMLAT. Questions posed are (1) how is the implementation of International law principles on the seizure of assets based on UNCAC and AMLAT? (2), what are the forms of International legal instruments on seizure of assets in South East Asia region? The research shows that (1) the implementation of International law principles in seizure of assets in South East Asia differs from one another due to the existene of national interest principle as legitimation of asset seizure refusal fromrespective countries.IntisariPenelitian ini membahas mengenai analisis hukum Internasional dalam perampasan aset di negara kawasan asia tenggara berdasarkan UNCAC dan AMLAT. Rumusan masalah yang dikemukakan adalah (1), Bagaimana penerapan prinsip­prinsip hukum Internasional dalam perampasan aset di negara kawasan Asia Tenggara berdasarkan Konvensi Internasional Pemberantasan Korupsi (UNCAC) 2003 dan ASEAN Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (AMLAT)? Growth of graphene on 6H-SiC by molecular dynamics simulation

Classical molecular-dynamics simulations were carried out to study epitaxial growth of graphene on 6H-SiC(0001) substrate. It was found that there exists a threshold annealing temperature above which we observe formation of graphitic structure on the substrate. To check the sensitivity of the simulation results, we tested two empirical potentials and evaluated their reliability by the calculated characteristics of graphene, its carbon-carbon bond-length, pair correlation function, and binding energy.Comment: 7 pages, 5 figure

The success of an educator in developing learning materials can be seen from theresults of student learning in each semester. The development of information technology becomesthe driving force to develop teaching materials become more interactive. This is in line withPermendiknas number 41 of 2007 regarding the learning process, where an educator is expectedto develop learning materials as one source of learning. Problems that arise is educators still cannot develop learning materials based on information technology with the maximum. The tendencyof many educators still use the concept of "student centered learning" in providing teachingmaterials to students, consequently the students become saturated, not interested in following thecourse materials because the lecture material presented with monotonous. In this study the authorsdevelop multimedia-based learning materials that is by making a storyline and create animatedvideo-based material with videoscribe software. The results of this study of materials logic andalgorithm become more interesting because presented in video format, so that students can playback the material and become understand about the material logic and algorithm 1 at eachmeeting

Public Perception on Historical Landscape of Ethnic Immigrant Heritage in Heritage City of Baubau

As a one of the heritage cities in Indonesia, Baubau has many historical heritages which are not only created by local ethnics but also by immigrants. There are three historical landscapes created by the immigrants like China Town by Chinese, Waliabuku by Bugisnese, and Ngkaring-Ngkaring by Balinese. Until now, proper management to preserve the landscapes does not exist and it remains unknown whether this phenomenon is caused by the public perception who think that historical landscapes of immigrants as an unimportant heritage. The objective of this study is to investigate the public perception of historical landscapes that are created by immigrant in Baubau city as an heritage city in Indonesia. The results of survey show that the public regard all historical landscapes must be preserved. However, the landscapes created by the ethnic of Chinese have the lowest degree of public selection as compared to the ethnics of Bali and Bugis. The situation is triggered by the stereotype on the ethnic of Chinese which state that they tend to be more closed and reserved. Sebagai salah satu kota pusaka di Indonesia, Baubau memiliki banyak peninggalan sejarah bukan hanya yang dibentuk oleh etnis lokal, tetapi juga oleh etnis pendatang. Setidaknya terdapat tiga lanskap sejarah yang dibentuk oleh etnis pendatang yaitu lanskap pecinan oleh etnis Tionghoa, lanskap Waliabuku oleh etnis Bugis, dan lanskap Ngkaring-Ngkaring oleh etnis Bali. Sampai saat ini belum ada pengelolaan untuk melestarikan ketiga lanskap tersebut dan belum diketahui apakah fenomena ini dipengaruhi oleh persepsi masyarakat yang merasa lanskap peninggalan etnis pendatang tidaklah penting? Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengkaji persepsi masyarakat terhadap lanskap sejarah peninggalan etnis pendatang sebagai aset pusaka Kota Baubau sebagai kota pusaka Indonesia. Hasil yang diperoleh dari survei yang dilakukan, masyarakat umumnya menganggap seluruh lanskap sejarah harus dilestarikan tidak memandang apakah dibentuk oleh etnis lokal atau pendatang. Meskipun demikian, lanskap yang dibentuk oleh etnis Tionghoa memiliki derajat pemilihan paling rendah dari lanskap yang dibentuk etnis Bali dan Bugis. Hal ini disebabkan oleh adanya stereotip akibat karakter etnis Tionghoa yang dianggap masyarakat cenderung tertutup di Kota Baubau
