A Dual Authenticated Safety Vault for Cryopreservation Center
In the most rapidly developing century , one critical issue that has been confronted was in providing security to the houses, offices and vaults. Though the physical surveillance such as CCTV cameras at the areas required has been used , they are only useful for the further investigation of any kinds of burglary and theft. Many security code or combination lock systems are also used are mostly hackable and decodable and hence it always needs to be improved and novel techniques are to be introduced to improve security. This paper therefore proposes a dual authenticated digital code lock system wherein the digital code is of total the 8 digits in which 4 digits of the code are user-defined and the remaining 4 are server generated digits and changes for every individual entry[commonly known as OTP(One Time Password)]. The important and the most reliable part of the proposed digital code lock system is the positions of the user-defined and server generated digits is also user-defined, which makes cracking or hacking the code more complex and also time consuming. The proposed dual authenticated safety vault has its applications in the area of safe guarding cryopreserving centre, medical documents, bank safety locker, residential homes and hotels
Human Dignities in Kulothungan Poems
Human life is great. Human birth is one of the rarest of births. Only human beings have a uniqueness that no other birth has. Only man speaks, writes, studies, works, struggles, and labors in poverty. Olavaiyar says that it is rare to be born monitarai. The sixth sense is the gifted man who acquires reason. That is why it can bring other planets under its dominion. Although many appreciate the glory of such qualities of man, not all fully realize his astonishing power. But the poet Kulothungan is greatly surprised. That is why the purpose of this article is to explore the way in which the poet has praised and praised man in his poems considering man as more than God
Twitter Sentiment and Statement Reality Analysis Considering Pre-Current and Post Event Tweets
As we know that twitter is one of the main internet applications which have pulled many internet users into messaging, sharing tweets etc. The day to day increase of internet usage by the means of Desktops, Laptops, and Smartphones etc. which made following, follows and favorites hit count to a maximum extent. This has given many un-ethnic users an advantage on making a message or an event to hype, or fake so as to make business or an event a profitable economically or on monetarily. This makes a user or viewers a frustration on the belief. To decrease such activities and increase the reliability and belief a Tweet/ Event Reality Analysis has to be imposed by Considering Tweet Sentiment on Pre-Current and Post Event Tweets based on Event Date. In this paper, we focus on the Tweet Sentiment and Statement Reality Analysis by Pre-Current and Post Event Tweets based on the event Date. The tweet sentiments have to be categorized based on the sentiment and sub categorized on whether the tweet was before the Event date, or on Current Date and or on Post Event Date, which gives the Reality Analysis of the Tweeted Statement without affecting the tweet sentiment
Study of Expression of CD117 and CD34 in Phyllodes Tumor of Breast and Its Correlation with Histopathological Grade
Phyllodes tumor is a mesenchymal neoplasm of breast. Accurately predicting the nature of the tumor and differentiating the different grades of phyllodes tumor often possess difficulties.
This study was conducted to assess the immunoexpression of CD 34 and CD117 in phyllodes tumor of breast and to correlate it with histopathological grade and also to evaluate the usefulness of these markers in differentiating benign from malignant phyllodes tumors.
MATERIALS AND METHODS:
This study was conducted at Coimbatore Medical College, Coimbatore. The study consists of 25 cases of phyllodes tumor of breast. Histological Grading of phyllodes tumor was done using stromal cellularity, nuclear pleomorphism, stromal overgrowth, mitotic rate, margin of tumor. In all the cases immunohistochemistry was done with markers CD34 and CD117.
Statistical correlation between stromal expression of CD34, CD117 and histopathological grade were analysed using Chi square test. p values of less than 0.05 were taken as significant.
RESULTS :
In our study most malignant PTs 4/8(50%) showed a CD34-/CD117+ immunohistochemical profile whereas most benign PTs on the other hand commonly showed the CD34+/ CD117- immunoprofile 8/11(73%).The borderline PTs commonly coexpressed both markers3/6 (50%). There was a significant association between stromal expression of CD117 and malignant phyllodes, similarly there was a significant association between stromal expression of CD34 and benign tumors. Further borderline tumors were significantly associated with stromal expression of CD117 and CD34.
CONCLUSION :
Our results suggest that these markers might be used for the diagnosing the various histopathological grades of PT

Comparison of active versus expectant management on fetomaternal outcome in patients with placenta previa
Background: Placenta previa is one of the leading cause (31%) of obstetric hemorrhage. It accounts for significant maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. The objective of the present investigation was to compare the effect of active management versus expectant management on maternal and fetal outcome in patients with placenta previa. Methods: This randomized prospective cohort study was conducted on 100 Patients of 32 weeks to 36 weeks of gestation with diagnosis of Placenta previa. Selected patients were randomly divided into Group A- Active management and Group B - Expectant management. Results: In both the groups, majority of women were in the age group of 26-30 years and were multigravidas. The need for blood transfusion and the mode of delivery were similar in both the groups. Group A had higher incidence of PPH (22% vs 10%) and peripartum hysterectomy (18% vs 2%) when compared to group B. The maternal deaths were more in group A (4% vs 2%). Majority of the babies born to group A mothers had a low Apgar, birth weight below 2 kgs and greater NICU admission. The perinatal deaths were more in group A (16% vs 2%) and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions: The expectant management protocol was concluded to be a better mode of management protocol in patients with placenta praevia, who are either asymptomatic or with mild to moderate bleeding
Does prophylactic tranexamic acid reduce blood loss in Indian women following vaginal delivery?
Background: Postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) accounts for 25% to 33% of obstetric deaths every year. Anemia is a cause and consequence of PPH. Despite intense efforts to prevent anemia, many Indian women labour with low hemoglobin levels. Tranexamic acid (TXA), an antifibrinolytic, have been demonstrated to reduce blood loss and transfusion requirements in various surgeries including cesarean section. Objectives were to study the efficacy of TXA in effectively reducing blood loss in Indian women following vaginal delivery. Methods: This randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study was conducted on 200 patients scheduled for vaginal delivery. In addition to oxytocin 10 units, group T received TXA 15 mg/kg and group P received normal saline administered over 5 minutes. Estimated blood loss, Hemoglobin deficit, need for additional uterotonics, need for blood transfusion, incidence of PPH and adverse events were noted. Results: The fall in hemoglobin was significantly higher in group P (p<0.00001). Estimated 24 hour blood loss was significantly higher by a mean blood volume of 86.99 ml in group P compared to group T (p<0.00001). The incidence of PPH was lower in group T (2.8% versus 11.3%). There were no significant difference in the need for supplementary uterotonics (9.9% versus 15.5%) and the incidence of blood transfusion (2.8% versus 8.5%). No adverse maternal and fetal outcomes were noted. Conclusions: To reduce blood loss following vaginal delivery, TXA may be safely recommended as standard adjunct to Oxytocin for regular management of third stage of labour, especially in developing countries like India
