    PENERAPAN PENDEKATAN REALISTIC MATHEMATICS EDUCATION (RME) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN OPERASI HITUNG SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika tentang operasi hitung penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan bulat dengan menerapkan pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) serta peningkatan kemampuan operasi hitung siswa setelah menerapkan pendekatan RME dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari hasil observasi di lapangan selama peneliti mengajar sebagai praktikan di salah satu SDN di kota Bandung, tepatnya siswa kelas IV yang dijadikan subjek penelitian dikarenakan peneliti menemukan bahwa masih banyak siswa yang tidak bisa menyelesaikan operasi bilangan bulat hal ini dilihat dari beberapa soal yang diajukan peneliti untuk mengukur kemampuan operasi hitung dan hasil perolehan skor banyak siswa yang tidak mencapai KKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menerapkan Pendekatan RME. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Tes, observasi guru dan siswa, serta catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perencanaan yang disusun peneliti dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah pendekatan RME dan proses pembelajaran pun mengalami peningkatan pada aktivitas guru maupun siswa dari 93,75% pada siklus I menjadi 100% pada siklus II serta pembelajaran dengan menerapkan pendekatan RME membuat siswa lebih aktif dan menyukai pembelajaran hal ini membuat adanya peningkatan kemampuan operasi hitung siswa, hal ini dilihat dari hasil belajar yang mengalami peningkatan yakni pada siklus I rata-rata nilai siswa adalah 73,64 meningkat menjadi 87,05 pada siklus II dan ketuntasan belajar siswa pun mengalami peningkatan dari 68,18% pada siklus I menjadi 86,36% pada siklus II, bisa dilihat juga dari rata-rata gain yang diperoleh sebesar 0,4. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan RME dapat meningkatkan kemampuan operasi hitung penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan bulat siswa di salah satu SDN di kota Bandung. The study aims to describe the implementation of learning Mathematic which apply Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) approach and to improve students’ ability in calculating operation of addition and subtraction integers through the implementation of Realistic Mathematics Education (RME). The basis of the study reviews to the observation result in one of elementary schools in Bandung city at fourth grade. There are many students who cannot solve some questions in calculating operation, so most students got score less that KKM score. The method applied Classroom Action Research (CAR) which implement RME approach. The instruments used in collecting data are test, teacher and students observation, and field note. Furthermore, the result of the study shows that there is an improvement in the learning and teaching process from the average number 93,75% in cycle I to 100% in cycle II. In addition, students is involved in the activity which is pleasant to study with new athmosphere given. The students’ result score also have great progress. The mean score of the students’ achievement in cycle I is 73,64, while the mean score of the students’ achievement in cycle II is 87,05. Furthermore, the students’ result score have increased from cycle I to cycle II which is percentaged 68.18% to 86.36%. The mean gain is 0.4. In brief, the study which implements RME in calculating operation can improve students’ ability in one of elementary schools at kota Bandung

    Studi Kandungan Merkuri dan Arsen dalam Air Laut dan Sedimen di Perairan Teluk Buyat dan Ratatotok

    Gold mining activities has been widely recognized using mercury in traditional way and using cyanide in the modernway for fixing (setting) the gold. Usually the gold is fixed with other metals such as arsenic and mercury which arethrown away as a waste. The waste from the gold mining process was thrown away through tailing pipe to the bottomof Buyat Bay and from the gold mining traditional activities are dumped to the river which ended at the RatatotokBay. The aim of this study was eager to know the mercury and arsenic content in the sea water and sediments ofthe Buyat and Ratatotok Bay, and to know the impact of these wastes to the biotic life of Buyat and Ratatotok Bay.This study was done in the period of January to March 2005, during west monsoon. The results indicated that themercury and arsenic content of the sea water quality still below the requirement of Ministry Decree of sea waterquality standard No. 51/MENLH/2004. On the contrary, the mercury content in the sediment of tailing zone andsome areas in Buyat and Ratatotok Bay are indicated as polluted sediment refer to the Guidelines Asean Marine2004. Moreover, the content of arsenic in the tailing zone, and some areas in the Buyat bay are already categorizedas polluted sediment. The arsenic and mercury content in the sea sediment deteriorating the life of sea biota, and itcan be seen from the decreasing of the benthic index diversity

    This studyaimed to examine the effect of budgeting participation, the effect of budget goal and public accountability to managerial performance SKPD on goverment Lima Puluh Kota. This study uses a purposive sampling method with 96 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study is in the form of questionnaires, while data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis were processed with SPSS version 17 for windows. From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that all independent variables studied have a simultaneous effect on managerial performance SKPD. Partial regression test (t test) showed that the variables budgeting participation and effect of budgeting goal are partially affect the variablelocal managerial performance SKPD,while public accountability variables do not affect the variables local managerial performance SKPD

Based on the analysis of data in the Customer Service and Teller obtained the appropriate queuing models which, for Customer Service and Public Teller queuing model is (M / M / 6): (GD / ∞ / ∞) queuing model for the Teller Express is (M / M / 2): (GD / ∞ / ∞) and for Special Teller model of the queue is (M / G / 1): (GD / ∞ / ∞). Based on the calculations and analyzes that have been done, it can be concluded that the customer service system to the Customer Service and teller at Bank X Semarang Regional Office has been good

    The objective of this study is to examine the perception of regular and non-regular undergraduate students majoring in accounting about Pendidikan Profesi Akuntansi (PPAk). It is also to know wheter any difference perception about PPA between regular student of S1 accounting with non-regular student. Respondents consist of 365 regular students and 77 non-regular students of accounting major. All data were processed previously with validity test (Pearson moment) and reliability (Alpha Cronbach). The Result of this research indicates that undergraduate students of accounting major have positive perception about PPAk. There is difference perception between regular and non-regular student about Pendidikan Profesi Akuntansi (PPAk)

    Industri tenun di Indonesia semakin banyak bermunculan. Menjamurnya industri tenun menyebabkan persaingan semakin ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejarah keberlangsungan industri tenun dan mengetahui keberlangsungan industri tenun di Dusun Gamplong. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis pada tujuan pertama menggunakan metode deskriptif. Analisis pada tujuan kedua menggunakan Crosstab. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan industri tenun mengalami kondisi yang fluktuatif. Industri tenun telah berdiri sejak jaman pemerintahan Belanda. Industri tenun mencapai kejayaan pada masa kepemimpinan Soekarno dan sekitar tahun 1990an. Kondisi industri tenun saat ini sedang mengalami penurunan. Keberlangsungan industri tenun saat ini dalam kondisi tidak berkembang. Sebanyak 4% industri mati, 60% industri bertahan stabil dan hanya sebesar 36% industri yang berkembang. Industri dengan kondisi mati dan stabil rata-rata adalah industri rumah. Sedangkan industri dengan kondisi berkembang rata-rata adalah industri kecil dan menengah

    Retardasi mental merupakan kecacatan yang sering terjadi pada anak. Anak retardasi mental memperlihatkan fungsi intelektual dan kemampuan dalam perilaku adaptif di bawah usianya sehingga anak yang mengalami retardasi mental kurang mampu mengembangkan keterampilan dan kebiasaan-kebiasaan yang dimiliki anak usianya. Anak retardasi mental mengalami kesulitan dalam membina hidup sehari-hari dan masalah penyelesaian diri. Kemampuan bahasa merupakan penunjang yang penting bagi sosialisasi anak. Sehingga kemampuan berbahasa akan mempengaruhi kemampuan sosialisasi yang dimiliki anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui ada hubungan antara kemampuan berbahasa dengan kemampuan sosialisasi anak retardasi mental di SLB Negeri Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik yaitu mencari hubungan antara kemampuan berbahasa dengan kemampuan sosialisasi pada anak retardasi mental di SLB Negeri Sukoharjo. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SLB Negeri Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 61 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan lembar observasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) kemampuan berbahasa anak retardari mental di SLB Negeri Sukoharjo rata-rata adalah cukup, (2) kemampuan sosialisasi anak retardasi mental di SLB Negeri Sukoharjo rata-rata adalah kurang, dan (3) terdapat hubungan antara kemampuan berbahasa dengan kemampuan sosialisasi anak retardasi mental di SLB Negeri Sukoharjo

    The purpose of this research was to describe the planning, implementation process of learning undertaken by teachers of mathematics and constraints experienced during the process of mathematical problem-based learning with a scientific approach in class X SMAN 1 Jogorogo. This research was a qualitative study. These subject are taken using purposive sampling. The subjects of this study were the teacher math in class X. Data collection techniques in this study were documentation, interviews and observations. Techniques to validate that the data source triangulation and triangulation time. The data analysis technique used was the concept of Miles and Huberman consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results showed that the planning process of mathematical problem-based learning with a scientific approach was not maximal yet, seen in the preparation of lesson plans which teachers only see examples of other schools and only see a reference to the syllabus. Implementation of the learning process is done the math teacher in class X SMAN 1 Jogorogo was not maximal yet. Visible in the indicator 5M on core activities are observing, asking, gather information, and communicate their associates have not done all. In observing the activities of students had no difficulty, however, go into the next phase indicator and students are still difficulties in doing so. In the event of problem making students ask questions, lack of motivation and imagination. Collect information on the activities of students also have difficulty in learning resources are used only for math books grade students associate X. At this stage also looks still difficulty in processing information, although sometimes the teacher has given direction that the students tried to process the information that has been obtained. At that last stage quite well in communicating the results, good enough student responses revealed the results even though the teacher had to call one of the students without first. Overcoming the problems found in the process of mathematical problem-based learning with a scientific approach to teacher always gives motivation at any stage of learning and trying to develop a problem-based learning with a scientific approach

    Struktur Komunitas Fitoplankton Pada Ekosistem Padang Lamun Di Perairan Pantai Prawean Bandengan, Jepara

    Fitoplankton merupakan salah satu mikroorganisme autotrop yang hidup di perairan dan memiliki fungsi sebagai produsen primer. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui struktur komunitas fitoplankton pada ekosistem padang lamun di kawasan pantai Prawean Bandengan Jepara yang meliputi pengukuran kelimpahan, keanekaragaman, keseragaman, dominansi dan kesamaan komunitas fitoplankton. Penelitian ini di laksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai September 2012 pada padang lamun alami dan buatan yang meliputi studi literatur, observasi awal lokasi penelitian, pengambilan sampel dan analisis data. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan sifat eksploratif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan sampel survey method dan penentuan lokasi dengan metode purposif. Komposisi fitoplankton yang ditemukan pada Ekosistem Padang Lamun Alami dan Buatan di Perairan Pantai Prawean Jepara, terdiri dari 44 genera yang termasuk dalam 3 kelas yaitu kelas Bacillariophyceae, Cyanophyceae, dan Dinophyceae. Hasil Kelimpahan fitoplankton tertinggi ditemukan pada stasiun IV yaitu 220530 sel/m³. Kelimpahan fitoplankton terendah ditemukan pada stasiun II yaitu 170829 sel/m³. Hasil Indeks Keanekaragaman fitoplankton tertinggi terdapat pada stasiun IV bernilai rata-rata 2,15. Kisaran tersebut tergolong sedang. Dan terendah ada pada stasiun II bernilai rata-rata 2,05. Hasil Indeks Keseragaman fitoplankton tertinggi terdapat pada stasiun IV bernilai rata-rata 0,57 dan terendah ada pada stasiun II bernilai rata-rata 0,54 yang berarti keseragaman sedang. Hasil Indeks Dominansi tertinggi ada pada stasiun II bernilai rata-rata 0,46. Stasiun IV bernilai terendah yaitu 0,43 menunjukkan tidak ada dominasi diperairan tersebut. Indeks Kesamaan Komunitas fitoplankton tertinggi terjadi pada stasiun III dan IV sebesar 73,44 % yang menunjukkan kesamaan atau hampir mirip
