    The puspose of this research is to describe the management of infrastructure practice in the dressmaking departement at SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu City” Consists of planning, procurement, inventory, storage, use, maintance and removal. This study used descriptive qualitative approach, and the respondents were the principle, vice principle of infrastructure affarirs, staf facilities and infrastructure, and productive teachers of dressmaking departement. The techniques of data collection used interview, observation and documentation. The result show the management of the practicing facilities of dressmaking departement of secondary at SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu City was conducated in accordance with applicable regulatons, but there are some aspect of management that are not implemented

This research apprach used is descriptive qualitative because they collected and analysis is more qualitative, which aims to understand the meaning behind the they looks.The results of this study stated that the strategy of increasing the perception-based character education teacher done through the integration of character education into everyday learning. The school has tried as much as possible to improve the srategy of character education through the process of planning, organizing, implementation, evaluation and follow-up recommendation in order to approach perfection in accordance with the applicable procedures

The data was analyzed by elaborating data, displaying data, and making conclusions. Based on this research known that the principal have a honest personality, confident, responsible, willing to take risks, has a stabile emotion and competent to be exemplary; the principal has the knowledge of the educator and education, capable in developing vision and mission of the school, capable in making internal and external decisions, has good communication, democratic act, and work to improve teaching and learning quality

    Optimization on preparation condition of polyunsaturated fatty acids nanoliposome prepared by Mozafari method

    This study presents the application of the response surface methodology (design) to develop an optimal preparation condition (independent variables) namely shear rate (600–1000 rpm), mixing time (30–60 min), and sonication time (10–20 min) for polyunsaturated fatty acids (docosahexaenoic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid) nanoliposomes. Fifteen lipid mixtures were generated by the Box–Behnken design and nanoliposomes were prepared by the Mozafari (direct hydration and without using organic solvents) method. Nanoliposomes were characterized with respect to entrapment efficiency (EE) and vesicle size as Y1 and Y2 dependent variables, respectively. The results were then applied to estimate the coefficients of response surface model and to find the optimal preparation conditions with maximum EE and minimum vesicle size. The response surface analysis exhibited that the significant (p  0.05) lack of fit for the reduced models. The response optimization of experiments was the shear rate: 795 rpm; mixing time: 60 min; and sonication time: 10 min. The optimal nanoliposome had an average diameter of 81.4 nm and EE of 100%. The experimental results of optimal nanoliposomes characterization confirmed an accurate fitness of the predicted values by reduced response surface models

    A verification of periodogram technique for harmonic source diagnostic analytic by using logistic regression

    A harmonic source diagnostic analytic is vital to identify the root causes and type of harmonic source in power system. This paper introduces a verification of periodogram technique to diagnose harmonic sources by using logistic regression classifier. A periodogram gives a correct and accurate classification of harmonic signals. Signature recognition pattern is used to distinguish the harmonic sources accurately by obtaining the distribution of harmonic and interharmonic components and the harmonic contribution changes. This is achieved by using the significant signature recognition of harmonic producing load obtained from the harmonic contribution changes. To verify the performance of the propose method, a logistic regression classifier will analyse the result and give the accuracy and positive rate percentage of the propose method. The adequacy of the proposed methodology is tested and verified on distribution system for several rectifier and inverter-based loads

    This paper presents a critical review of time-frequency distributions (TFDs) analysis for detection and classification of harmonic signal. 100 unique harmonic signals comprise of numerous characteristic are detected and classified by using spectrogram, Gabor transform and S-transform. The rulebased classifier and the threshold settings of the analysis are according to the IEEE Standard 1159 2009. The best TFD for harmonic signals detection and classification is selected through performance analysis with regards to the accuracy, computational complexity and memory size that been used during the analysis

    Investigation of poverty indicators for designing case representation to determine urban poverty

    Poverty in Malaysia is a controversial economic issue. Although poverty alleviation strategies in Malaysia have been acclaimed success by United Nation Development Programme (UNDP, 2013), new form of poverty emerged in urban area as a result of rapid economic growth and development. Poverty is a multifaceted phenomenon and different societies have different perceptions of poverty. These will led to uncertainty in determining of poverty. Most of welfare institutions in Malaysia measure poverty from the monetary perspective using monthly income or expenditure. In practice, conventional institutions such as Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat Malaysia (JKMM) use monetary approach in determining poverty through the Poverty Line Income (PLI). While, Islamic institutions adopt the monetary approach in determining poverty using Had Al-Kifayah (HAK). The objective of this paper is to explain the concept and analyze the uncertainty factors that have contributed to the incidence of poverty in urban area using PLI and HAK method. This study would highlight the similarities and differences of both the methods. A survey aided by a structured questionnaire was carried out on 300 selected households in the state of Kuala Lumpur and 150 household datasets are obtained from Department of Zakat, Islamic Center, UTM, Johor. This empirical study will able to use in designing case representation for case-based reasoning that will be implemented in future work
