    Penelitian ini mengetahui Pengaruh dana pengembangan USAha agribisnis perdesaan terhadap anggota kelompok pada Gapoktan di Kelurahan Rejosari Kecamatan Tenayan Raya,tujan program ini untuk mempercepat tumbuh dan berkembangnya USAha agribisnis dengan sasaran untuk mengurangi kemiskinan. Metode penelitian adalah survey, sampel diambil secara purposiv yaitu disengaja anggota kelompok petani yang mendapat dana PUAP di Kelurahan Rejosari Kecamatan Kulim. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan gambaran bagaimana pengaruh dana PUAP untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan anggota kelompok tani yang tergabung dalam Gapoktan.Hasil penelitian menumukan jenis USAha yang didanai adalah ushatani,ternak kambing,ternak ayam,dagang,USAha kue. Telah terjadi peningkatan pendapatan sebesar Rp 636,364,- per bulan

    Pineapple (Ananas comosus L) is a fruit crop coming from Brazil. Besides pineapple can be eaten directly can be further processed into chips pineapple, pineapple dodol, jam, syrup and others. In the village there Nenas Kualu agro-industrial raw material, namely pineapple pineapple chips, diamonds pineapple and pineapple dodol. Pineapple chips are most widely refined products developed by craftsmen in the village Kualu pineapple processing pineapple. Processing of agricultural or agro-industry is a subsystem of agribusiness very big role in increasing the added value of agricultural products. Employers will also seek to do business with a decent order to obtain the maximum revenue to improve their welfare. In connection with this condition, this study aims to conduct feasibility analysis, Break Even Point (BEP), and the added value that can be produced by the pineapple industry. The results showed that the Agro-Industry Pineapple "Thanks to the Joint Enterprises in May 2016 to produce pineapple chips of 651 Kg. With a production cost of Rp. A sum of 45,475,122, - and the revenue generated Rp. 13,114,878, -. Results BEP analysis shows that this business in the breaks even when producing pineapple chips 60 kg with admission of Rp. 5,371,598, -. If the expected profit of Rp. 20.000.000, -, sales of chips should reach 902 Kg. the added value generated by effort "Berkat Bersama" is Rp. 872, - /kg of fresh pineapple

    Harta adalah perhiasan dunia yang diciptakan Allah untuk umat manusia. Harta merupakan sesuatu yang sering diperebutkan manusia dan bahkan cara memperolehnya pun bisa dilakukan dengan cara yang salah; seperti riba, mencuri, merampok dan ghasab. Riba adalah jenis transaksi yang diharamkan Islam karena merugikan salah satu pihak dari dua pihak yang bertransaksi. Meskipun demikian, seiring dengan perkembangan jaman transaksi ribawi di dunia perbankan dewasa ini semakin sulit dihindari, tidak terkecuali pada lembaga keuangan yang berlabelkan syariah. Berawal dari motivasi untuk menggerakkan perekonomian melalui lembaga keuangan yang Islami, masyarakat muslim justru terlena dengan transaksi-transaksi ribawi yang direkayasa supaya tidak mencolok keharamannya. Secara umum masih terdapat transaksi ribawi dalam Lembaga Keuangan Syariah yang perlu dibenahi dan dikaji lebih lanjut sehingga betul-betul terlepas dari dosa besar riba. Karena mengikuti ketetapan Allah dan RasulNya adalah bagian dari ibadah yang mutlak dan tidak dapat ditawar dengan alasan kemodernan dan permintaan pasar atau persaingan. Melagalkan riba akan memberikan dampak negatif bagi individu pelaku, kelompok masyarakat dan ekonomi suatu negara, bahkan sangat terkait dengan terkabulnya doa seorang mukmin di sisi Allah Swt. Maka melalui karya tulis ini, penulis berharap kedepannya ada tahapan lanjutan untuk perbaikan transaksi di perbankan syariah sehingga tercapai tujuan penghapusan riba yang sesungguhnya, sehingga sistem ekonomi Islam betul-betul menciptakan keharmonisan ekonomi yang berkeadilan

    This article discusses the design of light follower chair prototype with speed adjustment of DC motor according to light intensity using microcontroller ATmega328p. This prototype provides a solution for a chair to be back on the position under the table automatically by using a light follower robot principle. There are many possible positions of a chair after being used: perpendicular or sideways to the table. As the positions after being used are varied, the light is used to direct the chair toward under the table since the light can reach the area around the chair except for the back area. This prototype functions well if the chair is heading to the table and is not designed to function in the backward position. LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) sensors are used to detect the light. As the source of light, 1 W high power LED is put under the table. A microcontroller ATmega328p is used to execute the input and output of this system. Two DC motor are used as actuators to control the movement of the chair toward the light under the table. Ultrasonic sensors HC-SR04 are used to measure the distance between the table and the chair so that the chair can stop at the desired position

    This study aims to 1) assess existing credit and can be used by farmers, 2) examinethe characteristics of existing credit to agriculture and 3) find out the problems facedby farmers in obtaining credit in the village of Muara Fajar. Results indicate 1) thatthere is enough credit varies both formal financial institutions such as UEK_SP andBRI and non formal and Farmers Cooperative Oil Agent, 2) loans offered by financialinstitutions accessible to assist farmers in farming capital and 3) farmers generallydo not have significant problems in utilizing existing credit as long as the appropriateprocedure proposed by financial institutions that exist in the village of Muara Faja

Looking at this condition, there is a strong link between the marine support industry and the competitive element. To realize a marine support industry keep competitive and sustainable, marine support industry must have a competative element to the strategic criteria. The study will choose what elements of competitive strategy in order to support marine industry stay competative and sustainable. The competitive elements that generated in this report can be used by all maritime nations to maintain maritime support industry stay competitive and sustainable, such as state of Indonesia.     yesThis paper reports the testing of five reinforced concrete continuous beams strengthened in flexure with externally bonded carbon-fibre-reinforced polymer (CFRP) laminates. All beams had the same geometrical dimensions and internal steel reinforcement. The main parameters studied were the position and form of the CFRP laminates. Three of the beams were strengthened using different arrangements of CFRP plate reinforcement, and one was strengthened using CFRP sheets. The performance of the CFRP-strengthened beams was compared with that of an unstrengthened control beam. Peeling failure was the dominant mode of failure for all the strengthened beams tested. The beam strengthened with both top and bottom CFRP plates produced the highest load capacity. It was found that the longitudinal elastic shear stresses at the adhesive/concrete interface calculated at beam failure were close to the limiting value recommended in Concrete Society Technical Report 55
