Batas Usia Dewasa dalam Perbuatan Hukum Pengajuan Kredit Perbankan

:Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak disinkronisasi terhadap Akta Otentik Pendirian Perseroan Terbatas mengenai batas usia dewasa yang terjadi antara Pasal 330 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata dan Pasal 39 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 tentang Jabatan Notaris dalam hal pengajuan Kredit Perbankan, dan juga untuk mengetahui alasan serta mengemukakan solusi bagi Perbankan yang tetap menggunakan Pasal 330 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata sebagai patokan menentukan usia dewasa seseorang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif, yang meneliti bahan hukum primer, dan bahan hukum sekunder terkait permasalahan.Hasil dari penelitian tesis ini: Pertama, Pengaruh disinkronisasi mengenai batas usia dewasa di dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata dan Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris terhadap Akta Otentik Pendirian Perseroan Terbatas yaitu akta tidak dapat digunakan sebagaimana fungsi akta autentik dalam Pengajuan Kredit Perbankan, namun tetap mempunyai kekuatan hukum sebagai akta autentik berdasarkan Pasal 38 ayat (3) huruf c Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2014. Kedua, Pasal 39 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 tentang Jabatan Notaris yang disimpangi oleh Perbankan dapat menerapkan asas Lex Specialis Derogat Legi Generalis yang menyatakan hukum bersifat khusus dapat mengesampingkan hukum yang bersifat umum, sehingga Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris selaku Lex Specialis dapat mengesampingkan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata sebagai Lex Generalis

Hubungan Kualitas Pelayanan dengan Kepuasan Konsumen di Rumah Makan Lamun Ombak Padang

This study aims to: 1) Describe the quality of service in Restaurant Lamun Ombak Padang, 2) Describe the consumer satisfaction in Restaurant Lamun Ombak Padang, and 3) Analyzing there a relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction in Restaurant Lamun Ombak Padang. This type of research is classified to correlational studies. The population in this study are all consumers Restaurant Lamun Ombak Padang totaling 9050 people. The study sample totaled 100 people with the sampling technique was non probability sampling, by using incidental sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The study found that: 1) Quality of Service in the category fairly (50%), with as many details as (2%) showed excellent category, (44%) showed either category, (50%) showed enough categories, (4%) showed poor category and none (0%) which showed poor results at all 2) is in the category Consumer Satisfaction enough (72%), with details (1%) showed excellent category, (27%) showed either category, (72%) showed enough categories, none (0%) showed poor category, and none (0%) showed poor results at all

Static Monopoles and Their Anti-Configurations

Recently, we have reported on the existence of some monopoles, multimonopole, and antimonopoles configurations. In this paper we would like to present more monopoles, multimonopole, and antimonopoles configurations of the magnetic ansatz of Ref.\cite{kn:9} when the parameters $p$ and $b$ of the solutions takes different serial values. These exact solutions are a different kind of BPS solution. They satisfy the first order Bogomol'nyi equation but possess infinite energy. They can have radial, axial, or rotational symmetry about the z-axis. We classified these serial solutions as (i) the multimonopole at the origin; (ii) the finitely separated 1-monopoles; (iii) the screening solutions of multimonopole and (iv) the axially symmetric monopole solutions. We also give a construction of their anti-configurations with all the magnetic charges of poles in the configurations reversed. Dyons of One Half Monopole Charge

We would like to present some exact SU(2) Yang-Mills-Higgs dyon solutions of one half monopole charge. These static dyon solutions satisfy the first order Bogomol'nyi equations and are characterized by a parameter, $m$. They are axially symmetric. The gauge potentials and the electromagnetic fields possess a string singularity along the negative z-axis and hence they possess infinite energy density along the line singularity. Scoring Analysis of the Relationship Between Magnetic Resonance Imaging- Anxiety Questionnaire (Mri-aq) with Heart Rate to Patients Anxiety Level at Lumbosacral Mri Examination

Background: Anxiety during MRI examination becomes a common constraint and can have a negative effect that is the quality of the resulting image due to the existence of motion artifacts until the failure of the examination. Purpose: One of the signs of anxiety can be seen an increase in heart rate, in addition there is one questionnaire specifically aimed to determine the level of anxiety in patients with MRI examination, namely Magnetic Resonance Immunization-Anxiety Quistionnaire (MRI-AQ). Method: This research used correlational method with cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. In this research, there were 30 samples. Each sample will be measured heart rate before, during, and after Lumbosacral MRI examination. A Magnetic Resonance Imaging Anxiety Questionnaire (MRI-AQ) was then completed at the time of examination. Collected data were then tested for differences using paired-t test and pearson correlation test. Result: The result of paired-t test shows that there was difference of heart rate during and after examination with p-value 0,036 <α. The patient's heart rate during Lumbosacral MRI was higher than the patient's heart rate after Lumbosacral MRI at 85.63 bpm ± 14.709. Conclusion: Pearson correlation test results showed a correlation between Magnetic Resonance Imaging- Anxiety Questionnaire (MRI-AQ) with heart rate to patient anxiety level at Lumbosacral MRI Examination, this is reinforced by correlation value r = 0.636
