    THE INFLUENCE OF FAMILY, PEERS, TEACHING METHODS OF TEACHER, AND THE USE OF INTERNET ON STUDENT’S INTEREST IN LEARNING ELECTRONIC FOR AUDIO VIDEO STUDENTS AT SMK N 3 YOGYAKARTA

    This study aim to know about 1) the influence of family, peers, teaching methods of teacher, and the use of Internet on student’s interest in learning electronic for audio video students at SMK N 3 Yogyakarta, 2) from family, peers, teaching methods of teacher, and the use of internet, which is the most influential factor on student's interest in learning electronics for audio video students at SMK N 3 Yogyakarta. The subjects are 99 students of competency skills audio video at SMK N 3 Yogyakarta. The variables are the family environment (X1), the peer environment (X2), the teaching method of teachers (X3), the use of internet (X4), and student’s interest in learning electronics (Y).The Techniques of data collection use questionnaire and the analysis method use 4 Predictors of Multiple Regression. The results show that the family, peers, teaching methods of teacher, and the use of internet have a positive and significant impact on students' interest in learning electronics for audio video students at SMK N 3 Yogyakarta, it can be seen from Rhitung (0.616) > Rtabel (0.195). The relative contribution of each variable is the use of Internet at 66.3%, family environment at 12.27%, teaching methods of teachers at 11%, and 10.5% of peer environment. Thus, the factors that most influential on the student's interest in learning electronics for audio video students at SMK N 3 Yogyakarta is the use of Internet.     Folding model analysis of 12C12C ^{12}C- ^{12}C and 16O16O ^{16}O- ^{16}O elastic scattering using the density-dependent LOCV averaged effective interaction

    The averaged effective two-body interaction (\textit{AEI}) which can be generated through the lowest order constrained variational (\textit{LOCV}) method for symmetric nuclear matter (\textit{SNM}) with the input \textit{Reid}68 nucleon-nucleon potential, is used as the effective nucleon-nucleon potential in the folding model to describe the heavy-ion (\textit{HI}) elastic scattering cross sections. The elastic scattering cross sections of 12C12C^{12}C-^{12}C and 16O16O^{16}O-^{16}O systems are calculated in the above frameworks. The results are compared with the corresponding calculations coming from the fitting procedures with the input finite range \textit{DDM3Y1-Reid} potential and the available experimental data at different incident energies. It is shown that a reasonable description of the elastic 12C12C^{12}C-^{12}C and 16O16O^{16}O-^{16}O scattering data at the low and the medium energies can be obtained by using the above \textit{ LOCV AEI}, without any need to define a parameterize density dependent function in the effective nucleon-nucleon potential, which is formally considered in the typical \textit{DDM3Y1-Reid} interactions

    Particles mass flow rate and concentration measurement using electrostatic sensor

    In many industries where flow parameters measurement is essential to control manufacturing process, the use of a reliable, cost effective and high accuracy instrument is an important issue. Appropriate measurement method and design leads to improvement of pneumatic conveyors operation and process efficiency. This paper present an instrumentation design based on passive charge detection using a single electrostatic sensor. Two different sensor electrodes are applied to show the flexibility of electrostatic sensor application. A time domain signal processing algorithm is developed to measurement of mass flow rate and concentration profile from acquired electrical charge signal. The findings is led to a low cost and high accuracy design, the experimental test results of the design shows less than ±5% error between measured parameters and reference reading acquired from the manual weighing

    The objective of this paper is to compare the time specification performance between conventional controller and artificial intelligence controller in position control system of a DC motor. This will include design and development of a GUI software using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 for position control system experiment. The scope of this research is to apply direct digital control technique in position control system. Two types of controller namely PID and fuzzy logic controller will be used to control the output response. An interactive software will be developed to visualize and analyze the system. This project consists of hardware equipment and software design. The hardware parts involve in interfacing MS150 Modular servo System and Data Acquisition System with a personal computer. The software part includes programming real-time software using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Finally, the software will be integrated with hardware to produce a GUI position control system

    Analisis Konflik Dalam Pemerintahan Gampong

    Desentralisasi pemerintahan merupakan satu sisi pengembangan daerah yang memiliki nilai yang positif bagi rakyat untuk mengatur daerah atau wilayahhnya masing-masing. Disisi lain desentralisasi tersebut mewujudkan pemerintahan yang otoriter demi mempertahankan kekuasaan atau jabatan yang telah diraih. Pemerintahan Gampong atau desa merupakan kesatuan masyarakat hukum yang memiliki batas-batas wilayah telah ditentukan. Desentralisasi kekuasaan melahirkan phenomena yang tersendiri di Indonesia khususnya di Provinsi Aceh. Hal tersebut bisa dilihat dari kinerja yang saling tumpang tindih bahkan menciptakan konflik dikalangan masyarakat. Konflik yang terjadi mengarahkan masyarakat secara tidak langsung untuk membentuk kelompok-kelompok yang melintasi jalan perpecahan, semua itu terselenggara dengan baik dengan ujung tombak praktik kekuasaan yang sangat politis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan menyelesaikan konflik dalam pemerintahan gampong atau desa yang berlokasi di kecamatan dewantara kabupaten Aceh utara, dimana konflik tersebut terjadi antara aparatur gampong atau desa dalam menjalankan roda pemerintahan dengan damai dan teratur. Analisa target dalam penelitian ini sebagai bagian untuk menghindari kesembrawutan roda pemerintahan gampong dalam mengatur, mengelola,mengawasi dan menertibkan masyarakat, disisi lain pula tujuan analisa ini sebagai wadah menyelaraskan ideologi dan persepsi aparatur desa dan masyarakat untuk mewujudkan praktik dari teori demokrasi yang benar dan adil.Kata Kunci: Desentralisasi, Analisa, Konflik, Pemerintahan, Desa PENDAHULUANUndang-undang tentang pemerintahan daerah Nomor 12 Tahun 2008 dan Undang-undang tersebut menjadi referensi secara khusus bagi Aceh mewujudkan Undang-undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2006 pemerintahan Aceh atau lebih dikenal dengan Undang-Undang Pemerintahan Aceh atau UUPA. Di sisi lain untuk memperkuat keseragaman dalam menjalankan roda pemerintahan di desa pemerintah kabupaten Aceh utara melahirkan Qanun Nomor 4 Tahun 2009 tentang pemerintahan gampong atau desa. Qanun tersebut menjadi landasan dan acuan bagi pemerintah gampong dalam menjalankan roda pemerintahan dengan leluasa dan terarah. Pemerintah gampong atau desa dijalankan oleh seorang Geusyik dan di dampingi oleh tuha Peut selaku dewan gampong. Pemerintah gampong merupakan ujung tombak kecamatan dalam menjalankan program pemerintah kepada masyarakat diseluruh pelosok desa. Program–progam politik, pemerintahan, Pendidikan, batas desa, ekonomi dan adat istiadat serta hak dan kewenangan gampong lainnya menjadi tanggung jawab Kepala desa atau Geusyik untuk mewujudkannya. Adanya qanun Nomor 4 Tahun 2014 bermaksud bahwa qanun ini menjadi kompas agar aparatur desa bisa memimpin masyarakat dengan adil, bijaksana dan sejahtera
