Bakalářská práce se zabývá inscenačním procesem představení COMENIUS VACUUM LAUTUS aneb Duševní očistec. Projekt se uskutečnil s devítičlennou skupinou žáků literárně dramatického oboru Základní umělecké školy Josefa Suka v Benešově. Tento proces obsahoval fáze: výběr námětu, sběr témat a motivů, improvizační cvičení na dané zadání, tvorba struktury díla, určování významů, sjednocování do určitého stylu, nácvik a fixace dramatického tvaru, příprava vystoupení, prezentace projektu, zúčastnění se soutěže základních uměleckých škol v kolektivním projevu, reflexe a úvahy o dalším směřování divadelního projektu. Inscenační proces probíhal v duchu dramatické výchovy, a tak při jeho tvorbě bylo dbáno na osobnostní a sociální rozvoj žáků. Žáci si tak nejenom osvojovali umělecko-divadelní postupy, ale rozvíjeli se všestranně. Při práci užívali kritické myšlení, spolupracovali s ostatními členy, vypořádávali se s přicházejícími překážkami a svou práci prezentovali veřejnosti. Aktivně se tak zapojili do místního kulturního dění. Tato práce podrobně popisuje celý vývoj projektu, analyzuje jednotlivé části a reflektuje, co pro danou skupinu práce na něm přinesla

Design of small CNC milling machine

Bakaláská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem veteníku, vetena a vedením v ose Z malé CNC frézky. Nejprve je popsán současný stav a produkce malých CNC frézovacích stroj. Dále obsahuje systémový rozbor dané problematiky. Poté jsou zvoleny vstupní parametry, které se vyuijí k potebným výpočtm. Poslední část práce obsahuje konstrukční návrh veteníku a vetena s posuvem v ose Z, který je vytvoený v programu Autodesk Inventor. Součástí je 3D model, výkres sestavy a výrobní výkresy.The bachelor thesis deals with the design of headstock, spindle and Z axis of a small CNC milling machine. Firstly, the current state and production of small CNC milling machines is described. The other contains a system analysis of the given issue. Then input parameters are selected to be used for the necessary calculations. The last part of the thesis contains the structural design of the headstock and spindle with Z-axis feed, which is created in Autodesk Inventor. It includes a 3D model, assembly drawing, and production drawings.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem vysokovýklopné lopaty pro nakladač Komatsu WA380. Cílem je nalézt konstrukční řešení vysokovýklopné lopaty pro minimální výsypnou výšku 4 500 mm, šířku lopaty 3 000 mm a objem lopaty 5 m3. Práce obsahuje stručný popis vysokovýklopné lopaty, popis základních konstrukčních prvků a jejich volbu. Dále je provedena výpočtová část potřebné síly k vyklopení lopaty a statická analýza. V poslední části se práce zabývá pevnostní kontrolou čepů, lopaty a rámu. Práce je doplněna požadovanou výkresovou dokumentací.This diploma thesis deals with design of the high loading shovel for the loader Komatsu WA380. The aim is to find constructional solutions of the high loading shovel for a minimal dumping height of 4 500 mm, for the bucket width of 3 000 mm and for the bucket volume of 5 m3. The thesis contains a brief description of the high loading shovel and description of basic constructional components. It also contains choices of basic constructional components, a calculation of the necessary force to tilt the bucket and a static analysis. Stress control of the bucket, the frame and the pegs forms the final part of the thesis. The thesis is accompanied by the necessary technical drawings.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pásovým dopravníkem pro dopravu recyklovatelného kameniva v šikmém směru. Cílem je nalézt konstrukční řešení pásového dopravníku pro zadaný dopravní výkon 85 000 kgh-1, zadanou osovou vzdálenost přesypů 49 metrů a výškový rozdíl 12 metrů. Práce obsahuje stručný popis pásového dopravníku, popis základních konstrukčních prvků a jejich volbu. Dále je provedena funkční výpočtová část výkonu a takových sil dle platné normy ČSN ISO 5048, stanovení základních rozměrů, návrh pohonu, návrh napínacího zařízení a pevnostní výpočet vybraných částí pásového dopravníku. Práce je doplněna požadovanou výkresovou dokumentací.This bachelor thesis deals with the belt conveyor for the transport of recycled aggregate in an oblique direction. The aim is to find constructional solutions to the belt conveyor for the assigned transport capacity of 95 000 kg per hour, and the assigned axial distance of 49 m and different height of 12 m. The thesis contains a brief description of the belt conveyor and a description of basic constructional components. It also contains a functional calculation of the capacity and forces according to the norm ČSN ISO 5048, a determination of main proportions of the belt conveyor, a conception and a design of the drive and of the tension system of the conveyor and a tensile strength calculation of some selected parts of the conveyor. The thesis is accompanied by the necessary technical drawings.

False positive result of human chorionic gonadotropin caused by human anti-mouse antibodies

Immunochemical reactions are fast, can be automated, and generally do not require pretreatment of biological material. Based on these advantages, they are widely used. On the other hand, they are susceptible to analytical interference that can lead to inaccurate results. These factors include the presence of anti-mouse antibodies, causing false positive (or sometimes false negative) results. Although the anti-mouse antibodies over many decades have been repeatedly identified to be the causative source but due to the rarity of such encounters they remain insufficiently considered. Here we show a case, a 45 year-old female who was mis-diagnosed with pregnancy due to falsely elevated human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) due to anti-mouse antibodies. This led to the patient undergoing two ultrasound examinations and laparoscopy before the hCG was repeated on alternative assays which showed negative results, preventing the patient from methotrexate treatment. Here we describe the details of the case, outline the assay principal, supporting the finding from literature and outlining a process on how to identify such interferences in timely manner
