PERAN KELOMPOK INDUSTRI PERSENJATAAN TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN EKSPOR PERSENJATAAN AMERIKA SERIKAT PADA MASA PEMERINTAHAN DONALD TRUMP: STUDI KASUS ARAB SAUDI

Statistik menunjukkan bahwa Amerika Serikat selama masa pemerintahan Donald Trump mengalami peningkatan jumlah ekspor persenjataan dengan jumlah yang cukup besar. Setidaknya, pada tiga tahun masa kepemimpinan Donald Trump (2017 -2019), ekspor persenjataan Amerika Serikat mencapai angka rata-rata tertinggi dalam 20 tahun yakni 11,07 miliar TIV (Trend Indicator Value) pertahun. Angka ini naik kurang lebih 20% jika dibandingkan dengan nilai ekspor persenjataan selama 4 tahun masa pemerintahan Barack Obama periode kedua. Meningkatnya ekspor persenjataan tentu memberikan angin segar bagi industri manufaktur persenjataan Amerika Serikat. Pengambilan keputusan dan kebijakan luar negeri Amerika Serikat banyak dipengaruhi oleh kelompok kepentingan (lobbying group), tak terkecuali dalam mempengaruhi kebijakan luar negeri yang berkaitan dengan ekspor persenjataan. Atas dasar itu, penulis berupaya untuk menganalisis bagaimana dan sejauh mana pengaruh kelompok kepentingan dalam peningkatan ekspor persenjataan Amerika Serikat di masa kepemimpinan Donald Trump. Sebagai instrumen dalam analisis topik ini, penulis akan menggunakan perspektif politik domestik dalam analisis kebijakan luar negeri. Dan penulis menyimpulkan, hasil analisis menggunakan 5 variabel pemetaan politik domestik bahwa kelompok industri persenjataan berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan ekspor persenjataan ke Arab Saudi

MOTIF SUBSCRIBER DALAM MENDENGARKAN KONTEN PODCAST KOMEDI (Studi pada subscriber podcast Trio Kurnia)

This research was conducted to find out what motives subscribers get when listening to Trio Kurnia's podcast content, where Trio Kurnia's own podcast content is ranked number 1 in Noice's weekly podcast. Motive itself is something that can cause an individual to carry out a certain activity. Basically, a motive is an encouragement to achieve a goal or satisfaction. This motif can be an encouragement for individuals to consume or search for content in the Noice application, especially Trio Kurnia podcast content. In this study, researchers used the Uses and Gratification theory with four indicators taken from Gary and Paul's journal, namely entertainment and relaxation, interpersonal relationships, seeking information, friendship. The method used in this research is a survey, with a descriptive research type and a quantitative approach using validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive tests. The results of this study also show that the highest motives are entertainment and relaxation, interpersonal relationships, seeking information, friendship. Apart from that, the uses and gratifications theory still proves relevant and useful in explaining how and why listeners choose and use certain media to fulfill their personal needs and desires

This final project entitles “Discrimination Endured by Atticus in Harper Lee’s To Kill a Mockingbird”. The aim of this final project is to describe the conflict in To Kill a Mockingbird. This final project adopts Marxism in work of literature. The theory is used to figure out the social and ideological situation in the novel. The method used in this study is textual analysis. To getthe data, the writer reads books and takes some notes that are related to the topic, through the library research. The conclusion of this final project shows that a determined person will always defend anyone who is right no matter what other people say

CODE MIXING AND CODE SWITCHING ANALYSIS IN RANAH 3 WARNA NOVEL BY AHMAD FUADI

Tujuan penulis project ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan tipe dan faktor Campur Kode dan Alih Kode yang terjadi dalam novel Ranah 3 Warna karya Ahmad Fuadi. Ini adalah penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif yang menganalisis data berupa tuturan karakter dalam novel Ranah 3 Warna sebagai sumber data yang diambil menggunakan teknik Sampling Purposive untuk memilih tuturan yang mengandung Campur Kode atau Alih Kode. Penulis kemudian menggunakan Metode Padan untuk menganalisa tuturan sehingga menemukan adanya dua tipe Campur Kode, yakni Campur Kode Luar dan Campur Kode Dalam dalam enam bahasa. Selain itu, ditemukan pula adanya dua tipe Alih Kode, yakni Alih Kode Internal dan Alih Kode Eksternal dalam empat bahasa. Faktor yang mendorong penutur untuk melakukan Alih Kode atau Campur Kode adalah tujuan penutur, latar belakang penutur, latar belakang lawan bicara dan kutipan opini orang lain

In this study, researchers used a quantitative research approach with a pre-experimental type of research. Researchers made MTs Hasyim Asy'ari Batu City as a research site with a sample of MTs VIII class totaling 30 students. The way to collect data conducted by researchers is to use obesrvasion and tests in the form of pretests and posttests. The data analysis used by researchers is descriptive data analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, paired T test, and effectiveness test. Application Of The Word Square Technique.
