Genealogy Information System in ASP.NET 2.0

Táto bakalárska práca sa venuje vývoju genealogického informačného systému. Čitateľ má možnosť dozvedieť sa zaujímavé informácie o genealógii ako vednom obore. Vysvetľuje problematiku hľadania našich predkov. Ďalej sa venuje ASP.NET 2.0 a práci s jeho pokročilými možnosťami tvorby webových aplikácií. Je tu vysvetlená problematika generovania grafického znázornenia rodokmeňa, PDF súborov za použitia open-source knižnice. V závere sú popísané možné vylepšenia tohto systému.This bachelor thesis is engaged in evolution on genealogy information system. Further, it is addicted to ASP.NET 2.0 and it's advanced capability of the creating web applications. The question of the generation of the genealogical tree, PDF files using the open-source library is also explained there. In the end, there are described possible upgrades of this system.

HUBUNGAN ANTARA HIGIENE SANITASI DEPOT AIR MINUM (DAM) DENGAN JUMLAH BAKTERI ESCHERICHIA COLI PADA AIR MINUM ISI ULANG DI KOTA MADIUN

Higiene sanitasi adalah upaya kesehatan untuk mengurangi atau menghilangkan faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya pencemaran terhadap air minum dan sarana yang digunakan untuk proses pengolahan, penyimpanan, pembagian air minum. Depot air minum isi ulang sampai saat ini belum ada standardisasi baku untuk pemrosesan air minum maupun masalah perijinan, sebab air adalah kebutuhan primer manusia yang bersifat luas, sehingga perlu diwaspadai pencemaran bakteri Escheichia coli pada air minum isi ulang. Di Kota Madiun usaha ini mulai ada sejak bulan Desember tahun 2000. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara higiene sanitasi depot air minum dengan jumlah bakteri Escherichia coli pada air minum isi ulang di Kota Madiun. Jenis survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 35 depot air minum isi ulang yang ada di Kota Madiun yang diambil secara acak random sampling dari 51 depot air minum. Dari 35 depot air minum yang positif bakteri Escherichia coli sebesar 8 sampel dan yang negatif bakteri Escherichia coli sebesar 27 sampel. Uji statistik yang menggunakan Chi Square, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa ada hubungan antara higiene sanitasi kondisi ruangan pengolahan dan kebersihan kran dengan jumlah bakteri Escherichia coli pada air minum isi ulang di Kota Madiun. Untuk menjaga keamanan kualitas air minum isi ulang agar dilakukan inspeksi pengawasan dan pembinaan higiene sanitasi secara rutin minimal 1 bulan sekali dan sebaiknya pembersihan kran dilakukan rutin sehari dua kali. Assessment of the Financial Situation of the Company MATEICIUC a.s.

V první části práce jsou popsány teoretické principy metod finanční analýzy, ze kterých vychází druhá část, která je zaměřena na finanční analýzu společnosti MATEICIUC a.s.. Highway flyover bridge

Diplomová práce řeší návrh mostu pro převedení dálnice D47 přes údolí. Ze tří navržených variant je podrobně zpracována varianta dvoutrámové konstrukce. V podélném směru je konstrukce navržena jako spojitá o osmi polích. Rozpětí jednotlivých polí je 25 + 6 x 35 + 25 m. Podrobný návrh nosné konstrukce vybrané varianty mostu je proveden podle mezních stavů včetně zohlednění vlivu výstavby mostu na jeho návrh. Statický model nosné konstrukce je proveden jako prutový. Je zpracován statický výpočet a vypracována přehledná výkresová dokumentace a vizualizace mostu.This thesis deals with a design of the bridge for highway D47 crossing the valley. From three alternative solution is chosen solution of a double-girder. The longitudinal direction of the structure is designed as eight span structure. The lenght of the spans is 25 + 6 x 35 + 25 m. Detailed design of the structure selected variants of the bridge is carried out according to limit states including consideration of the impact of construction on the bridge of his design. static model is carried out as a whip. It is elaborated a detailed structural analysis and it is developed drawings and visualization of the bridge.

Verification of Trading System in Selected Financial Markets

Diplomová práce se zabývá ověřením vybraného obchodního systému. Práce je teoreticko-praktického charakteru. V teoretické části je popsán vybraný obchodní sýstem a vybrané finanční trhy na kterých je systém ověřen. V Praktické části jsou nejprve k ověření strategie použita historická a následně simulovaná data. Na základě výsledků je obchodní systém zhodnocen. Bylo zjištěno, že vybraná strategie za daných podmínek není účinná.The diploma thesis deals with the verification of selected trading system. The thesis is theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the selected trading system and selected financial markets where the system is validated. In the practical part, the historical and subsequently simulated data are used to verify the strategy. Based on the results, the trading system is evaluated.
