PERANCANGAN MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF MENGGUNAKAN METODE SCRUM BERDASARKAN METODE BELAJAR SELF DIRECTED LEARNING UNTUK MEMBANTU PEMBELAJARAN MERAKIT PERSONAL KOMPUTER SISWA SMK
Penelitianinibertujuanuntuk: 1). Mengembangkan multimedia pembelajaraninteraktifuntukmembantupembelajaranmerakit personal komputersiswa SMK. 2) Mengetahuiresponsiswaketikamenggunakan multimedia interaktif yang telahdikembangkandalammembantupembelajaranmerakit personal komputer. 3) Mengetahuipenilaianahli media, ahlimateridansiswa SMK terhadap multimedia interaktif yang dikembangkandilihatdariaspekkelayakannya. Proses pengembangan multimedia inidigunakanmetode Scrum, yang merupakanmetodepengembangan media yang lebihfleksibeldancepatdalammenghadapiperubahan yang mungkinterjadi. Multimedia interaktif yang dikembangkanmengikutialurmetodebelajar Self Directed Learning (SDL), dimana multimedia inimendiagnosiskebutuhanbelajar, mengidentifikasimateribelajarpengguna, mengevaluasihasilbelajarsertameningkatkankesadaranuntukbelajar. Metodepenelitian yang digunakanadalah Research and Development. Subjekpenelitianpenilaiankelayakan multimedia adalahsiswakelas X SMK DaarutTauhid Bandung. Penelitiandiawalidengan proses penelitianawal yang bertujuanuntukmengetahuikendalapada proses pembelajarandanrekomendasi. Proses pengembangandidasarkanmetode Scrum denganmengumpulkanhasilpenelitianawalmenjadi Product Backlog. Product backlog dipecahmenjadibagian yang lebihkecildisebut sprint backlog yang menjadipanduantentangfungsiapasaja yang harusdikerjakansertamasalah yang dihadapi. Setelah multimedia selesaidikembangkandilakukanvalidasiolehahli media danahlimateri. Hasilvalidasiahli media mendapatkanskor 84.67% untuksemuakriteria yang bersangkutandengankelayakan multimedia danahlimaterisebesar94,375%untuksemuakriteria yang bersangkutankelayakanmateri. Sedangkanuntukhasilpenelitiankelayakan multimedia olehsiswa SMK medapatkannilaisebesar 83% sertaresponsiswaketikamenggunakan multimedia interaktifperakitan personal komputermendapatkannilai 83,835%.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to: 1). Developing interactive multimedia learning to help learning vocational students assemble personal computers. 2) Knowing the students' responses when using interactive multimedia learning which has been developed to help assemble personal computers. 3) Knowing the expert assessment of media, material expert and vocational students to interactive multimedia developed from the aspects of feasibility. The development process used Scrum method, which is a method of developing that more flexible and fast in the face of changes that may occur. Interactive multimedia learning method is developed to follow the Self Directed Learning (SDL), which is a multimedia diagnose learning needs, identify user learning materials, evaluating learning outcomes and increase awareness for learning. The research method used is a Research and Development. Assessment of the feasibility of multimedia research subjects were students of first classfro SMK DaarutTauhid Bandung. The study begins with the initial research process that aims to identify constraints on the learning process and the recommendation. Scrum development process based method to collect the results of the initial research into the Product Backlog. Product backlog is broken down into smaller parts called the sprint backlog to guide about what functions should be done and the problems encountered. After the completion of multimedia developed validated by media experts and the material experts. The results of the validation media experts get a score 84.67% for all concerned with the eligibility criteria and materials expert get a score 94.375% for all the relevant eligibility criteria matter. As for the results of the feasibility study of multimedia by vocational students obtain a value of 83% and the student response when using interactive multimedia personal computer assembly scored 83.835%
KESESUAIAN LAHAN TANAMAN SELADA AIR (NASTURTIUM OFFICINALE) SEBAGAI SALAH SATU INDIKASI GEOGRAFIS KECAMATAN PARONGPONG, KABUPATEN BANDUNG BARAT
Tempat merupakan salah satu konsep geografi yang terbentuk dari kondisi fisik dan sosial secara terintegrasi, menghasilkan sebuah produk khas dan tidak dapat di temui di tempat lain yang ada di bumi. Produk tersebut dikenal dengan nama indikasi geografis (Geographical Indication). Selada air di Kecamatan Parongpong memiliki potensi untuk dijadikan indikasi geografis karena tumbuh pada kondisi geografis yang khas dan sampai saat ini sudah dipasarkan di luar negeri.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data dari sampel yang dapat mewakili seluruh populasi sehingga dapat menggambarkan jawaban dari rumusan masalah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan koefisiensi lokasi (LQ), presentase, deskriptif, skala linkert, overlay, klasifikasi iklim Junghun dan Schmidt-Ferguson.
Selada air di Kecamatan Parongpong tumbuh pada iklim agak basah (Schmidt-Ferguson) dan sedang sejuk (Junghun) dengan suhu 28° sampai 23º Celcius. Kondisi morfologi dimodifikasi secara khas, agar sesuai untuk lokasi penanaman. Sementara kondisi hidrologi berintegrasi dengan kondisi geologi dan tanah sehingga kebutuhan air dari tanaman ini dapat terpenuhi dengan baik. Penduduk yang terlibat budidaya selada air memiliki sikap cukup senang terlibat budidaya selada air dan cukup setuju selada air didaftarkan sebagai indikasi geografis, pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang baik. Lebih menguntungkan, mudah dilakukan dan kondisi alam (fisik) di Kecamatan Parongpong menjadi minat sekaligus motivasi penduduk untuk membudidayakan selada air.
Penanaman dilakukan dengan membuat petak-petak khusus pada lahan. Kemudian lahan diberi pupuk dan dibersihkan dari tanaman liar sampai waktu panen. Setelah 2 bulan selada air dipanen dan dibawa ke lokasi pengolahan (ngunder). Kemudian disortir, dibersihkan (nyetek), dipotong (reping) dan dikemas yang selanjutnya dijual ke penampung untuk dipasarkan di dalam dan luar negeri.
Selada air memiliki keunggulan produksi, luas tanam dan pendapatan penduduk, dengan nilai LQ > 1. Waktu panen selada air lebih cepat dibandingkan 14 jenis sayuran lain. Harga selada air juga lebih mahal dibandingkan dengan jagung, ubi kayu, beberapa jenis sayuran, buah-buahan dan tanaman hias

This research using descriptive method, to collect data from sample to represent all of population to answer purpose from research. Data collecting did by observation, interview, book study and documentation. That fact then analyst by Location Quentient (LQ), presetation, linkert's scale, overlay, climatic classification Junghun and Schmidt Ferguson .
Water lettuce at Parongpong's district grows up on climate slightly nabs (Schmidt Ferguson) and be balmy (Junghun) with temperature 28° until 23º Celcius. Condition of modified morphology typically, that fits for instilling location. While hidrologi's condition gets integration with condition of geology and soil so amount of water required of this plant get with every consideration been accomplished. Conductings the interesting resident water lettuce have adequately leisured and adequately accepts if water lettuce became geographical indication, knowllege and good skill. More advantages, easy to do and condition of nature (physical) at Parongpong's sub district becomes proclivity and motivation of resident to cultivate water lettuce.

After 2 months water lettuce is harvested and is taken in to processing location( ngunder ). ANALISIS PENGARUH PROMOSI TERHADAP LOYALITAS KONSUMEN DI SUIS BUTCHER STEAK HOUSE SETIABUDHI BANDUNG
Permasalahan yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh promosi yang ada di Suis Butcher Steak House Setiabudhi Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan karena promosi yang dilakukan baru berjalan sekitar 2 tahun dikarenakan banyaknya muncul pesaing Steak House di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bauran promosi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi lapangan (observasi, wawancara, kuesioner) dan studi pustaka. Kuesioner disebar kepada 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan regresi linear berganda terhadap pernyataan kuesioner yang diajukan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh promosi terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Suis Butcher Steak House Setiabudhi Bandung sebesar 84,5%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 15,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Bauran promosi yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen adalah sales promotion dengan nilai 2,074 > 1,984 dan word of mouth dengan nilai 4,275 > 1,984.;---This problem of this research is influence of promotion at Suis Butcher Steak House Setiabudhi Bandung. This research is done by promotion that is done whose just be going in two years due to so many competitor Steak House who comes in Bandung. The purpose of this research is to know what is the infulence of promotion program to the loyalty of consumer. Method that used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive method and technique of aggregate data is used field study (observation, interview, assessment) and book study. The assessment is spreaded by 100 respondent of consumer. Technique of analysis data is used validitas test, reliabilitas test and double regression linear concerning the assessment that had spreaded. The result of this research is showed the influence of promotion program to the loyalty consumer at Suis Butcher Steak House Setiabudhi Bandung with the score 84,5%, and 15,5% is explained with other variable in this research. Pasar modal merupakan salah satu altematif investasi bagi masyarakat yang ingin menginvestasikan uangnya. Selain itu pasar modal juga merupakan tempat yang potensial untuk mencari dana bagi badan usaha yang membutuhkan tambahan modal usaha. Salah satu instrumen pasar modal adalah saham. Saham yang akan dibahas pada skripsi ini adalah saham sektor industri barang konsumsi. Investasi pada saham dinilai mempunyai tingkat risiko yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan alternatif lain seperti deposito dan tabungan. Masing-masing investasi memiliki risiko dan return yang berbeda, dimana besarnya tingkat risiko dan return menjadi pertimbangan didalam melakukan investasi. Skripsi ini membahas bagaimana pola hubungan antara risiko dan return dalam investasi saham. Tingkat risiko yang ada diukur dengan menggunakan 4 alat ukur yaitu range, deviasi standar, Coefficient of Variation (CV) dan beta. Return dihitung dari capital gain/loss yield dan dividend yield. Analisis Permintaan Beras di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah
The purpose of this study is to analyzes the factors that influence the function of demand for rice in the province of Central Kalimantan during the last 20 years, and to determine the elasticity of demand for rice in the province of Central Kalimantan.
Purposively making research sites in The Province of Central Kalimantan. Data collected in the form of secondary data that is demand for rice in the province of Central Kalimantan during the last 20 years with methods of literature arid study the documents that have been provided are obtained from agencies 1-nd private or government institutions that are related to this research The data analysis using Cobb Douglas function.
The result of this study is that static analysis model adjusted R2 value of 0.945, which means the proportion of the contribution of independent variables to dependent variable amounted to 94.50%, while the remaining 5.50% is explained by other variables outside the- research such as taste, flavor and consumer Preference. Based on F test variable price of rice, the price of instant noodles, per capita income, population, and education together significantly affected the demand for rice. Based on t-test variable number of people significantly influence demand of rice at the rate of 95%, while per capita income and education variables significantly influence demand for rice at 90% confidence level. The variables specified in the model and does not affect the demand for rice in the Province of Central Kalimantan is the price of rice and the prices of instant noodles. UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEAKTIFAN DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TWO STAY TWO STRAY (TS-TS) PADA SISWA KELAS VIIIA SMP MATARAM KASIHAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas VIIIA SMP Mataram Kasihan materi kubus dan balok.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Mataram Kasihan pada tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, kolaboratif antara guru matematika kelas VIIIA SMP Mataram Kasihan dan peneliti, dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIIIA SMP Mataram Kasihan semester genap tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 dan objek penelitian adalah pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) pada materi pokok kubus dan balok. Terdiri dari dua siklus, siklus pertama dan kedua dilaksanakan dalam 2 pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, angket, tes hasil belajar, dan dokumentasi,. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menelaah seluruh data yang tersedia, baik data kualitatif maupun data kuantitatif.
Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa. Berdasarkan analisis angket keaktifan, pada siklus I mencapai 66,18% kategori cukup, di siklus II meningkat menjadi 72,15% kategori cukup, sehingga dapat disimpulkan keaktifan belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 5,97%. Berdasarkan analisis lembar observasi keaktifan, pada siklus I keaktifan siswa mencapai 80,3% dan siklus II mencapai 88,64%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan keaktifan belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 8,34%. Nilai rata-rata kelas prasiklus sebesar 56,83 dengan ketuntasan nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 68,70 dengan ketuntasan sebesar 62,5%. Pada siklus II nilai rata-rata kelas menjadi 75,91 dengan ketuntasan sebesar 83,3%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan rata-rata kelas mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 7,21 dan ketuntasan belajar mengalami kenaikan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 20,8%. Keterlaksanaan pembelajaran pada siklus I sebesar 71,4% kategori cukup, meningkat menjadi 80,20% kategori tinggi pada siklus II, sehingga keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 8,8%
Relationship Between Knowledge, Education and Family Support with Exclusive Breastfeeding
Breastfeeding is an ideal source of nutrition with a balanced composition and adapted to the baby\u27s growth needs. Based on data from the 2012 IDHS, babies who exclusively breastfed up to 6 months were 42 percent. The main causes are low maternal knowledge and lack of family support in breastfeeding. Peucangpari Village is one of the villages in the working area of Cigemblong Health Center, Lebak, Banten, where the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is still low, which is only 11.9%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge, education and family support with exclusive breastfeeding. This study is a correlation with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were mothers who had babies aged 6-24 months in Peucangpari Village, Cigemblong Lebak as many as 42 people, the study sample was taken using a total population technique. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge, education, and family support with exclusive breastfeeding in Peucangpari Village, Cigemblong Lebak in 2018. Researchers suggested the need to provide health education to all communities, especially mothers who have babies about the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding, so that the community or mother those who have not given exclusive breastfeeding to their babies can increase their knowledge and will give exclusive breastfeeding to their babies

Songket weaving well-known by the public for its unique design, sparkling yarn, and high qualities. Songket weaving is not only a result of Minangkabau society, but it is a part of traditional costume as a social function in society. Each region has different patterns which can be seen from the threads it used, design and materials that used. In West Sumatra there are two region that known for their weaving, which is Pandai Sikek and Silungkang. Silungkang is the name of a village located in Sawahlunto city, located on the edge of the causeway of Sumatera. Until now Silungkang weaving is one of the top choices of consumers and suppliers, this success can not be separated from government's role in promoting Sawahlunto city as one of crafting area. Promotion can not be separated from its communication strategy, in this case the communication strategy done by Sawahlunto Public Relation. The communication strategy describes the media selection in delivering the message. The message will be effective if the selected media is also effective, and work for worth communicate.Sawahlunto's government public relation been using new media as a media to promote Silungkang weaving. One of the new media used is Facebook, by using new media show Sawahlunto seriousness in realizing the cultural tourism concept of Sawahlunto. New media is a new form of social media used by the public, now that conventional media less effective in conveying the messages massively.
