Therefore he needs other people (supervisor) to help him minimize his weaknesses, so that his professional abilities are formed. In addition, supervision activitiy also aim to guarantee the quality of learning that has an impact on the quality of graduates. This means that supervision serves as a quality assurance aimed at establishing quality culture of teacher. Teachers with a high quality culture will lead to the achievement of the quality of learning and education and determine the quality and competitiveness of graduates

    Peningkatan Motivasi Belajar IPS Melalui Penerapan Strategi Make a Match dengan Media Gambar pada Siswa Kelas IV SD Muhammadiyah Baturan Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016

    This type of research is classroom action research. The purpose of this classroom action research is to increase motivation and learning social science subject through the use of strategies Make a Match strategy with image medias on fourth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah Baturan. The research subject is the class teacher and the fourth grade students at 25 students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis technique used is the technique of interactive analysis of selected data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Based on the research result: students 'motivation in the initial conditions before the action was 53.40% in the first cycle of meeting 1 61.00% 2 meeting increased to 71.00%, the second cycle of meeting 1 at 76.20%, next on the meeting 2, the students' motivation increased to 79.00 %. Based on the result of the study it can be concluded that the application of learning strategy using Make a Match with image medias can increase motivation to learn in social studies of thr fourth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah Baturan the school year 2015/2016.     ANALISA KESTABILAN PERSAMAAN GERAK ROKET TIGA DIMENSI TIPE RKX-LAPAN

    Pada paper ini dibahas roket kendali dengan enam derajat kebebasan yang terdiri dari tiga gerak translasi dan tiga gerak rotasi. Persamaan gerak roket merupakan model persamaan nonlinear. Desain sistem kendali diawali dengan melakukan linierisasi. Selanjutnya hasil linierisasi dianalisa kestabilannya dengan menggunakan kestabilan Ruth-Hurwitz. Uji kestabilan sistem dilakukan dengan berbagai output serta mengambil data parameter terbang pada roket tipe RKX-LAPAN yang dianalisa dari beberapa kondisi kecepatan. Hasil dari penelitian diketahui bahwa sistem persamaan gerak roket pada kecepatan mach 0.2, mach 0.5, mach 1.0 dikatakan stabil. Sedangkan pada analisa kecepatan diatas mach 1.0 diketahui bahwa sistem persamaan gerak roket tidak stabil. Kata kunci: kriteria kestabilan Routh-Hurwitz, roket kendal

    This research has a purpose to find out how to effect of job stress, leadership style, motivation and work environment on the performance of employees at the district office PDAM Grobogan. This research subject is employees at the district office PDAM Grobogan as many as 84 respondents. with the data collection method that uses observation and questionnaires. By using the construct validity and reliability as a means of testing instruments, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing partially (t-test) and simultaneous (f-test) and the coefficient of determination (R^2)is used to obtain the results accurate data in order to draw conclusions. Then the results showed that job stress will negatively affect the performance of employees, while leadership style, motivation and work environment positively effect on the performance of employees. And it can be concluded that job stress, leadership style, motivation and work environment really significantly affect the performance of employees at the District PDAM Grobogan.     Bahasa Indonesia:Globalisasi membawa dampak pada persaingan keunggulan di aspek-aspek kehidupan. Dalam konteks pendidikan, persaingan mendapatkan pendidikan terbaik dalam prestasi akademis telah menjadi semacam kompetisi. Di sinilah muncul tuntutan dari beberapa pihak pengguna pendidikan untuk memunculkan keunggulan manusia melalui konsep insan kamil di dunia pendidikan. Insan kamil dapat dibentuk jika manusia saling menghormati dan menjalankan ajaran agamanya dengan murni dan konsekuen. Nilai religius multikultural merupakan nilai urgen untuk diinternalisasikan kepada peserta didik karena nilai tersebut akan mampu menjadikan peserta didik menjadi lebih toleran dan lebih religius bahkan mengamalkan ajaran agamanya dan menyentuh afeksi dan psikomotoriknya. Kertas kerja ini membahas tentang Internalisasi nilai religius multikultural dengan membentuk budaya religius multikultural sehingga pada akhirnya anak didik akan terbiasa mengamalkan nilai-nilai religius dan akan menjadi anak didik yang menghormati sesamanya bahkan dengan yang lain agama.English:Globalization brings competition in life aspects. In terms of education, rivalry in going to the best education for best academic achievement provider has become a kind of competition. This emerges demands from education users to emerge human excellence through the concept of insan kamil (honorific personality) in education. Honorific personality can be forms when human being respect each other and practice religions purely and consequently. The religious-multicultural values are urgently internalized to students as it promotes tolerance and religiousity so that the religious practice is alive in students' affective and psychomotoric domains.
