Generic analysis of kinetically driven inflation

We perform a model-independent analysis of kinetically driven inflation (KDI) which (partially) includes Generalized G-inflation and Ghost inflation. We evaluate the background evolution splitting into the inflationary attractor and the perturbation around it. We also consider the quantum fluctuation of scalar mode with a usual scaling and derive the spectral index ignoring the contribution from the second order products of slow-roll parameters. Using these formalisms, we find that within our generic framework, the models of KDI which possess the shift symmetry of scalar field cannot create the quantum fluctuation consistent to the observation. Breaking the shift symmetry, we obtain a few essential conditions for viable models of KDI associated with the graceful exit.Comment: 11 pages, Appendices are adde

Human Center of Gravity Dynamics a New Parameter of Motor Development Functions

A study of a new parameter of human growth and development was conducted. The percentage of the height of body gravity center to the stature in supine position was measured in males and females during the period of pre-puberty (l995), young and adult puberties (1995 and 1997) and male adults (1995). The parameters measured were weight, stature and the height of the gravity center. Data were calculated in obtaining arithmetic means, standard deviations of all parameters and the percentage of gravity point height to stature. The percentages of male and female means, as well as standard deviations, were compared statistically. It was shown that in the pre-puberty group the location of the gravity center to stature was the same in percentage in males compared to females, whereas in the adult group (1987, 1995) a higher percentage was found in males. Among males (1995) differences were found in the percentages, which might have been caused by differences of body typology; the mesomorphic type showed the highest percentage, the endomorphic type showed the lowest, whereas the ectomorphic type it was in between

Article 182 letter g of Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections is contrary to article 28 D paragraph 1 of the 1945 Constitution and is inconsistent with the application of other election conditions. Based on this, the formulation of the research problem is first, what is the basis for the Constitutional Court judges' considerations in the Constitutional Court decision Number 12/PUU-XXI/2023 and how the Constitutional Court decision Number 12/PUU-XXI/2023 is viewed from a human rights perspective. Normative juridical research methods and conceptual approaches and statute approaches. Sources of primary and secondary legal materials. The technique for collecting legal materials is literature and document study. Qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research and discussion show that the provisions of the norms of Article 182 letter g of Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections which regulate the requirements for former convicts who will nominate to become members of the DPD have been proven to have problems with the constitutionality of norms and are not in line with the spirit contained in the provisions of the norms of Article 7 paragraph (2) letter g of Law Number 10 of 2016 which has been interpreted in the Constitutional Court Decision Number 56/PUU-XVII/2019 and the norms of Article 240 paragraph (1) letter g of Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections as which has been interpreted in the Constitutional Court Decision Number 87/PUU-XX/2022 which is then reviewed from a human rights perspective. And according to human rights, former prisoners still have the political right to be elected or vote, but there are still restrictions. The author's suggestion requires the KPU to use Constitutional Court Decision Number 12/PUU-XXI/2023 as a reference in producing a regulation regarding the requirements for DPD member candidates and revoke PKPU regulation No. 11 of 2023

A general method for the construction of stable Galileon models consistent with the Planck data results

The reconstruction procedure, which has proven quite useful to obtain viable models of the universe evolution, is here employed in order to construct inflation models. It has the advantages that it ensures full consistency with astronomical observations and that it allows to evaluate the stability of the resulting cosmological model quite easily. The reconstruction for two different types of Lagrangian, included in the frame of G-inflation, is carried out in detail and explicit models for each Lagrangian are constructed. As a bonus for having used this reconstruction formalism, the final models are easily adjusted to satisfy the observational constraints---imposed by the most recent data releases of the Planck mission---on the spectral index, the tensor to scalar ratio, and the running of the spectral index. Further, it turns also to be not difficult to make the models stable. Thus, the method here developed provides a general and very efficient tool, a quite natural procedure to construct models consistent with very precise observations. It can also be applied to other models, besides the ones here considered.Comment: 17 page

    Dark Forces Searches at KLOE-2

    Get PDF
Direct searches of dark matter are performed at accelerator facilities. The existence of a new vector boson has been postulated in different scenarios where in the most basic scheme the coupling to the SM can be achieved via a kinetic mixing term due to the U boson. The KLOE experiment at DAϕ\phiNE searched for the U boson both in Dalitz decays of the ϕ\phi meson and in continuum events. For all of these searches an upper limit for the U boson coupling ϵ2\epsilon^{2} has been established in the mass range 50MeV<mU<1000MeV50 \, \text{MeV} < m_U < 1000\,\text{MeV}. A summary of the different models and searches along with results are presented.Comment: Acta Phys. Polon. B 201
