Kawasan Perkotaan Gresik bagian timur merupakan bagian dari Kawasan Perkotaan Gresik yang menunjukkan perkembangan wilayah paling dominan. Wilayah tersebut merupakan pusat kegiatan ekonomi maupun pemerintahan Kabupaten Gresik. Perkembangan tersebut berdampak pada peningkatan kebutuhan hunian di Kawasan Perkotaan Gresik bagian timur sehingga banyak permukiman-permukiman baru yang terbangun dimana hal tersebut diindikasikan berdampak pada peningkatan produksi emisi karbon dioksida (CO2). Permukiman juga merupakan salah satu dari tiga sektor pengkonsumsi energi terbesar di Indonesia dimana konsumsi energi merupakan sektor penghasil emisi karbon dioksida (CO2) terbesar. Melalui analisis perhitungan matematis yang mengacu pada pedoman perhitungan emisi, dapat diketahui nilai produksi emisi karbon dioksida (CO2) yang dihasilkan permukiman. Hasil tersebut kemudian menjadi input untuk analisis selanjutnya menggunakan analisis GIS (Geographic Information System) sehingga didapatkan hasil persebaran spasial produksi emisi karbon dioksida (CO2) dari permukiman di Kawasan Perkotaan Gresik bagian timu

Quantum discord evolution of three-qubit states under noisy channels
We investigated the dissipative dynamics of quantum discord for correlated
qubits under Markovian environments.
The basic idea in the present scheme is that quantum discord is more general,
and possibly more robust and fundamental, than entanglement. We provide three
initially correlated qubits in pure Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger (GHZ) or W
state and analyse the time evolution of the quantum discord under various
dissipative channels such as:
Pauli channels , , and , as well as
depolarising channels. Surprisingly, we find that under the action of Pauli
channel , the quantum discord of GHZ state is not affected by
decoherence. For the remaining dissipative channels, the W state is more robust
than the GHZ state against decoherence. Moreover, we compare the dynamics of
entanglement with that of the quantum discord under the conditions in which
disentanglement occurs and show that quantum discord is more robust than
entanglement except for phase flip coupling of the three qubits system to the

Dynamics of multipartite quantum correlations under decoherence
Quantum discord is an optimal resource for the quantification of classical
and non-classical correlations as compared to other related measures. Geometric
measure of quantum discord is another measure of quantum correlations.
Recently, the geometric quantum discord for multipartite states has been
introduced by Jianwei Xu [arxiv:quant/ph.1205.0330]. Motivated from the recent
study [Ann. Phys. 327 (2012) 851] for the bipartite systems, I have
investigated global quantum discord (QD) and geometric quantum discord (GQD)
under the influence of external environments for different multipartite states.
Werner-GHZ type three-qubit and six-qubit states are considered in inertial and
non-inertial settings. The dynamics of QD and GQD is investigated under
amplitude damping, phase damping, depolarizing and flipping channels. It is
seen that the quantum discord vanishes for p>0.75 in case of three-qubit GHZ
states and for p>0.5 for six qubit GHZ states. This implies that multipartite
states are more fragile to decoherence for higher values of N. Surprisingly, a
rapid sudden death of discord occurs in case of phase flip channel. However,
for bit flip channel, no sudden death happens for the six-qubit states. On the
other hand, depolarizing channel heavily influences the QD and GQD as compared
to the amplitude damping channel. It means that the depolarizing channel has
the most destructive influence on the discords for multipartite states. From
the perspective of accelerated observers, it is seen that effect of environment
on QD and GQD is much stronger than that of the acceleration of non-inertial
frames. The degradation of QD and GQD happens due to Unruh effect. Furthermore,
QD exhibits more robustness than GQD when the multipartite systems are exposed

High concordance of KRAS status between primary colorectal tumors and related metastatic sites: implications for clinical practice.
Purpose. Several studies have suggested that KRAS somatic mutations may predict resistance to cetuximab- and panitumumab-based treatments in metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC) patients. Nevertheless, most experiences were conducted on samples from primaries. The aim of this study was to evaluate the grade of concordance in terms of KRAS status between primaries and related metastases.
Patients and Methods. We analyzed KRAS codon 12 and 13 mutations from formalin-fixed sections of 107 CRC primaries and related metastases. Eight pairs were excluded from the analysis because of the low amount of tumor tissue in the available samples. The main characteristics were: 50 men, 49 women; median age at diagnosis, 71 years (range, 41-84). The metastatic sites analyzed were the liver in 80 patients (80.8%), lung in seven patients (7.1%), and other sites in 12 patients (12.1%).
Results. A KRAS mutation was found in 38 (38.4%) primary tumors and in 36 (36.4%) related metastases. The rate of concordance was 96.0% (95% confidence interval, 90.0%-98.9%). Discordance was observed in only four (4%) patients.
Conclusions. Our results indicate that the detection of KRAS mutations in either primary or metastatic tumors from patients with CRC is concordant and this assessment could be used to predict response to targeted therapies such as cetuximab and panitumumab
Multifunctionality of Agriculture Products: Towards Collaborative Policy Guidelines on Sustainable Agro-Related Fuel Development

This is a reasoned view under the United Nations rights-based theories and practice. Within this context, there are voluntary guidelines according to which countries must secure an adequate food supply. Nevertheless, agro-related fuel has recently attracted scientific and commercial attention, following revolutionary thinking concerning the multifunctionality nature of agriculture products and the innovative use of crop resources as conduits in building our energy security and promoting economic growth. Consequently, many countries may be facing the need for strategic decision-making in developing an agro-related fuel programme, given the lack of a credible global framework to inform policy approaches. On the back of this complexity, a key objective of this paper is to provide a critical assessment of whether a credible global collaborative framework can bring much-needed certainty to enable developing countries to weigh up the importance and risks involved and to manage all of the related biodiversity intricacies connected to agro-related policy development in relation to the realisation of sustainable food security.Peer reviewedFinal Accepted Versio
A new dataset of global irrigation areas from 2001 to 2015
About 40% of global crop production takes place on irrigated land, which accounts for approximately 20% of the global farmland. The great majority of freshwater consumption by human societies is associated with irrigation, which contributes to a major modification of the global water cycle by enhancing evapotranspiration and reducing surface and groundwater runoff. In many regions of the world irrigation contributes to streamflow and groundwater depletion, soil salinization, cooler microclimate conditions, and altered land-atmosphere interactions. Despite the important role played by irrigation in food security, water cycle, soil productivity, and near-surface atmospheric conditions, its global extent remains poorly quantified. To date global maps of irrigated land are often based on estimates from circa year 2000. Here we apply artificial intelligence methods based on machine learning algorithms to satellite remote sensing and monthly climate data to map the spatial extent of irrigated areas between 2001 and 2015. We provide global annual maps of irrigated land at ≈9km resolution for the 2001-2015 and we make this dataset available online
Different Modes of Retrovirus Restriction by Human APOBEC3A and APOBEC3G In Vivo
The apolipoprotein B editing complex 3 (A3) cytidine deaminases are among the most highly evolutionarily selected retroviral restriction factors, both in terms of gene copy number and sequence diversity. Primate genomes encode seven A3 genes, and while A3F and 3G are widely recognized as important in the restriction of HIV, the role of the other genes, particularly A3A, is not as clear. Indeed, since human cells can express multiple A3 genes, and because of the lack of an experimentally tractable model, it is difficult to dissect the individual contribution of each gene to virus restriction in vivo. To overcome this problem, we generated human A3A and A3G transgenic mice on a mouse A3 knockout background. Using these mice, we demonstrate that both A3A and A3G restrict infection by murine retroviruses but by different mechanisms: A3G was packaged into virions and caused extensive deamination of the retrovirus genomes while A3A was not packaged and instead restricted infection when expressed in target cells. Additionally, we show that a murine leukemia virus engineered to express HIV Vif overcame the A3G-mediated restriction, thereby creating a novel model for studying the interaction between these proteins. We have thus developed an in vivo system for understanding how human A3 proteins use different modes of restriction, as well as a means for testing therapies that disrupt HIV Vif-A3G interactions.United States. The sudden change phenomenon of quantum discord
Even if the parameters determining a system's state are varied smoothly, the
behavior of quantum correlations alike to quantum discord, and of its classical
counterparts, can be very peculiar, with the appearance of non-analyticities in
its rate of change. Here we review this sudden change phenomenon (SCP)
discussing some important points related to it: Its uncovering,
interpretations, and experimental verifications, its use in the context of the
emergence of the pointer basis in a quantum measurement process, its appearance
and universality under Markovian and non-Markovian dynamics, its theoretical
and experimental investigation in some other physical scenarios, and the
related phenomenon of double sudden change of trace distance discord. Several
open questions are identified, and we envisage that in answering them we will
gain significant further insight about the relation between the SCP and the
