    Quantum heat engines with multiferroic working substance

    The work provides an overview on some recent advances in the area of quantum thermodynamics and quantum heat engines. A particular emphasis is put on the possibility of constructing finite time quantum cycles and adiabatic shortcuts.     Antioxidant and antihemolytic activities of methanol extract of Hyssopus angustifolius

    This study was designed to evaluate antioxidant and antihemolytic activities of Hyssopus angustifolius flower, stem and leaf methanol extracts by employing various in vitro assays. The leaf extract showed the best activity in DPPH (63.2 ± 2.3 μg mL-1) and H2O2  (55.6 ± 2.6 μg mL-1) models compared to the other extracts. However, flower extract exhibited the highest Fe2+ chelating activity (131.4 ± 4.4 μg mL-1). The extracts exhibited good antioxidant activity in linoleic acid peroxidation and reducing power assays, but were not comparable to vitamin C. The stem (23.58 ± 0.7 μg mL-1) and leaf (26.21 ± 1 μg mL-1) extracts showed highest level of antihemolytic activity than the flower extract

    We study critical properties of the continuous Abelian sandpile model with anisotropies in toppling rules that produce ordered patterns on it. Also we consider the continuous directed sandpile model perturbed by a weak quenched randomness and study critical behavior of the model using perturbative conformal field theory and show the model has a new random fixed point.Comment: 11 Pages, 6 figure

    Pulse and quench induced dynamical phase transition in a chiral multiferroic spin chain

    Quantum dynamics of magnetic order in a chiral multiferroic chain is studied. We consider two different scenarios: Ultrashort terahertz (THz) excitations or a sudden electric field quench. Performing analytical and numerical exact diagonalization calculations we trace the pulse induced spin dynamics and extract quantities that are relevant to quantum information processing. In particular, we analyze the dynamics of the system chirality, the von Neumann entropy, the pairwise and the many body entanglement. If the characteristic frequencies of the generated states are non-commensurate then a partial loss of pair concurrence occurs. Increasing the system size this effect becomes even more pronounced. Many particle entanglement and chirality are robust and persist in the incommensurate phase. To analyze the dynamical quantum transitions for the quenched and pulsed dynamics we combined the Weierstrass factorization technique for entire functions and Lanczos exact diagonalization method. For a small system we obtained analytical results including the rate function of Loschmidt echo. Exact numerical calculations for a system up to 40 spins confirm phase transition. Quench- induced dynamical transitions have been extensively studied recently. Here we show that related dynamical transitions can be achieved and controlled by appropriate electric field pulses.Comment: 13 pages, 10 figures, submitted in PR

    Kebutuhan akan 4G LTE sangat pesat di banding dengan teknologi sebelumnya 4G LTE sangat mumpuni dalam segala hal, oleh karena itu Telkomsel sangat terpacu untuk menjaga akan kualitas dari performasi 4G LTE Telkomsel pun melakukan Global Frequency Retune (GFR). Oleh karena itu, untuk mengetahui performansi teknologi LTE Telkomsel dilakukanlah penelitian terhadap performansi bandwith 10MHz dan 15MHz. Untuk wilayah Bukit & Jakabaring didapatkan hasil yaitu RSRP sebesar 100% untuk ≥(-100 ) dBm, SINR pada wilayah Bukit 94.34% >0dBm, dan wilayah Jakabaring 70.27% dan troughput pada wilayah Bukit 72.57% ≥ 2 Mbps dan di Jakabaring 48.28%
