The paper deals with the optimal placement of the magnetic field sensor on the board of microsatellite SATUM. We propose two variants investigated for implementation, location outwards or even on a telescopic system which is deployed after the launch into orbit
Structure and IR Spectra of 3(5)-Aminopyrazoles and UV-induced tautomerization in argon matrix
The prototropic tautomerism in 3(5)-aminopyrazoles was investigated by matrix isolation
infrared (IR) spectroscopy, supported by DFT(B3LYP)/6-311++G(d,p) calculations. In consonance
with the experimental data, the calculations predict tautomer 3-aminopyrazole (3AP) to be more stable
than the 5-aminopyrazole (5AP) tautomer (calculated energy difference: 10.7 kJ mol−1
; Gibbs free
energy difference: 9.8 kJ mol−1
). The obtained matrix isolation IR spectra (in both argon and xenon
matrices) were interpreted, and the observed bands were assigned to the tautomeric forms with help
of vibrational calculations carried out at both harmonic and anharmonic levels. The matrix-isolated
compound (in argon matrix) was then subjected to in situ broadband UV irradiation (λ > 235 nm),
and the UV-induced transformations were followed by IR spectroscopy. Phototautomerization of the

Statistics shows that in cases of natural disasters, catastrophes and accidents about 70% of affected persons need specific healthcare approach limited in time. In all these cases the people life-saving depends on the actions of emergency services. Net of the centers of urgent medical help assures the assistance which is efficient enough in the cases when the number of victims is not large. But if the number of victims is large (mass casualty and disaster setting) the new methods are necessary which will determine quickly the lesion location, first aid measures at the place of accident and the help that should be provided for victims to be transported to specialized clinics. To assure adequate and efficient measures of providing of urgent medical help to victims the efficient on-the-fly diagnostics methods are necessary

În curs de brevetare.Dispozitivul conţine un traductor de temperatură şi un bloc de comandă cu încălzitorul. Funcţionarea dispozitivului se bazează pe măsurarea temperaturii compusului care înlocuieşte solul şi comanda cu încălzitorul de tensiune joasă. Astfel, este exclusă supraîncălzirea zonei altoirii pomilor şi este asigurată o dinamică prestabilită a temperaturii de tratament. Este confecţionat în baza unui microcontroler din familia ATmega şi traductor de temperatură digital DS18B20, conţine un panou de comandă asamblat prin metoda Q-touch. Urmăreşte ruptura sau scurtcircuitul în circuitul încălzitorului, generează semnale sonore şi luminoase de alarmă. Este posibil de utilizat în regim de funcţionare autonom sau în componenţa unei reţele locale.The device is consisted of a temperature sensor as well as a block for controlling the heater. Thus, the overheat of trees grafting region is excluded and the maintenance dynamics of the treatment temperature is provided. It tracks the break and shortcuts for the heater circuit with light and sound alert signal output. It offers the possibility of autonomous operation or as a part of a local network

The system allows changing the intensity and spectral composition of light in the greenhouse, depending on external factors and the optimum conditions for plant growth. Using the electronic control block microcontroller extends the functionality of the system: selection of operating mode and a reflection of the operating parameters on the screen; memory for 10 programmable modes, depending on the individual characteristics of plants; the possibility of synchronizing lighting system in the greenhouse with day period; control of the power unit lighting modules and their operation mode.
