    Sociolinguistics Perspectives on Gender Patterns in Instagram

    This article focused on the the gender patterns that were found in the social media Instagram based on the sociolinguistics point of view. There were two research questions were arisen what types of the gender patterns that were found in the social media Instagram based on the sociolinguistics and the factors of the difference language used based on gender in social media Instagram. Uses and Gratifications Theory (UGT) was used to analyze the data. The data was taken from all of component of the sociolinguistics aspect in social media network especially for gender patterns that existed on the social media instagram college students' users id in Pekanbaru. The writer took 30 Instagram users id as sample. The study found that two types of gender patterns, first; gender in writing and second; gender in profile photo, thus there were five main assumptions that caused the differences language in gender in social media Instagram, namely; (1) an audience is active and goal-oriented in their media consumption, (2) media are used for gratifications, (3) media are in competition with other means of need satisfaction, (4) people understand their personal media use, interests, and motives enough to communicate with researchers about their choices, (5) the audience members are the only people who can make judgments regarding the value of the media content. The study recommends that sociolinguistics is an interesting topic to be researched thus future field of study concerns with the rapid changing phenomena in social media

Seperti halnya dengan penggunaan alat kesehatan pada bagian mata dan THT. PT. Mega Medical Abadi merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada distributor alat-alat kesehatan mata dan THT. Pembuatan sebuah sistem “Rancang Bangun E-Commerce Pada PT. Mega Medical Abadi Palembang” dengan tujuan agar rekanan dan administrasi dapat menjadi alternatif untuk membantu penyelesaian permasalahan yang ada. Sistem berbasis website dan dibuat dengan menggunakan metodelogi RUP memiliki fitur untuk mengupload surat perrmintaan, dipilih agar proses transaksi dapat dilakukan dimana saja, sehingga mudah dalam penggunaannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi yang membantu dalam prose pembuatan penawaran dan pemesanan. Untuk pengembangan lebih lajut disarankan untuk membuat sistem ini dalam versi android yang bisa secara mobile diakses

    Standard Operasonal procedure (SOP) is a stage of work to carry out the guidelines of the job functions and assessment tool created systematically in order to realize effective and efficient bureaucracy in taking care of any form of service in areas of mail lands in the Office of the head of Sukajadi. Thus Camat Sukajadi 451.15 Number Keputan issued/KSJ/X/2012/071 on standard Operational procedures. The purpose of this research is to know how the implementation of a standard Operational Procedure (SOP) Service Letter lands in the Office of the head of Sukajadi Pekanbaru and to know the factors that become an obstacle the execution of operational standards procedures (SOP) Service Letter lands in the Office of the head of Sukajadi Pekanbaru.The concept of the theory that the authors use standard theory is Operasonal procedure (SOP) by Joko Dwi Santoso, with indicators of efficiency, consistency, minimalisa errors, problem resolution, protection of ternaga work, map work, and limits of Defense. This research uses qualitative research methods with the study of descriptive data. In data collection, the author uses interview techniques, observation and documentation. With the use of key informants as a source of information and technique of triangulation as a source in the validity of the data.The results of this research show that the implementation of a standard Operational Procedure (SOP) Service Letter lands in the Office of the head of Sukajadi Pekanbaru has yet to run a maximum of views from Parties sub socialisation of less Standard Sukajadi Operasonal procedure (SOP) to the community so that everything is done in accordance with existing regulations will be completed quickly and precisely and how to minimize the errors committed by the Sub-District has not been quick in respond to it because it only depends on the technical instructions.
