    ANALISIS SEMIOTIKA PADA PESAN DAKWAH DALAM IKLAN RAMAYANA VERSI WARNA KEBAHAGIAN “TULUSNYA CINTA”

    ABSTRAK Pada zaman sekarang ini siapa yang tidak mengenal kata “iklan”. sudah pasti kata tersebut sangat familiar dalam kehidupan kita. Ada banyak sekali jenis iklan, salah satunya adalah iklan makanan atau iklan produk pakaian. Dilatar belakangi oleh seorang anak wanita yang meminta untuk bapaknya selalu bisa melakukan semua yang ia inginkan lalu khalayak berpendapat bahwa iklan hanya sebagai hiburan dan promosi produk saja. Berangkat dari latar belakang diatas penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan apa saja pesan dakwah yang terdapat pada iklan Ramayana yang berjudul warna kebahagiaan “tulusnya cinta” tersebut. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa pengamatan video iklan Ramayana yang berjudul warna kebahagiaan “tulusnya cinta” yang berdurasi 3 menit 08 detik, dokumentasi berupa screen capture dari adegan untuk kelengkapan data, observasi dengan cara mengamati iklan Ramayana yang berjudul warna kebahagiaan “tulusnya cinta”. Kemudian data-data dan informasi yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan Analisis semiotika. Berdasarkan hasil data yang sudah diperoleh pesan dakwah yang ada di dalam iklan tersebut diantaranya dakwah untuk patuh terhadap orang tua, tergambar dalam iklan Ramayana versi warna kebahagiaan “tulusnya cinta”di scene terakhir Ayah dan Anak berpelukan dan menangis bahagia menggambarkan rasa kasih sayang dan kepatuhan Anak terhadap ayahnya.     Modicogryllus truncatus (Tarbinsky, 1940)’un büyümesi ve üremesi üzerine çeşitli besinlerin etkileri araştırıldı. Bu çalışmada, yapısı kimyasal olarak bilinen besinden herhangi bir bileşenin çıkartılmasıyla hazırlanan yeni bir besinle böceğin laboratuvar koşullarında yetiştirilmesine dayanan metot kullanılmıştır. Bunun için, nimfler ergin oluncaya kadar maruldan oluşan stok kültür ortamı, yağsız ve buğday tohum yağı içeren sentetik besinler olmak üzere üç farklı besin ortamında yetiştirilmiştir. Marulla beslenen nimflerin 30. günde ortalama vücut ağırlıkları ile dişi ve erkek nimflerin 60. gündeki ve erkeklerin 90. gündeki ortalama ağırlıkları; diğer iki sentetik besinle beslenenlerden yüksek olurken, yağsız ve buğday tohum yağlı sentetik besinlerle beslenen örneklerin ortalama vücut ağırlıkları benzer bulunmuştur. Böceklerin, yağsız yapay besinle iki nesil başarılı bir şekilde büyüdükleri gözlenmiştir. E vitamini içeren yağsız besin ve buğday tohum yağı içeren besinlerde dişilerin bıraktığı yumurtalardan nimf çıkış yüzdesi birbirine yakın olmuştur. Bu sonuçlara göre M. truncatus yağsız sentetik besin üzerinde büyüyüp üreyebildiği görülmüştür.The effects of various diets on the growth and reproduction of Modicogryllus truncatus (Tarbinsky, 1940) were investigated. For this, nymphs were reared separately on three different diets such as stock culture medium containing lettuce, fat-free artificial diet and artificial diet containing wheat germ oil until reaching the adult stage. Average body weights in 30-days old nymphs and 60-days old male and female nymphs and 90-days old male nymphs reared on lettuce were higher than those reared separately on two synthetic diets. But average body weights of nymphs reared on fat-free artificial diet and artificial diet containing wheat germ oil were similar. Insects were reared successfully through two generations on fat-free artificial diet. The hatching percentage of eggs laid by the females reared together with the males on fat-free diet containing vitamin E and wheat germ oil were similar to each other. According to these results, M. truncatus reared on fat-free artificial diet can successfully grow and reproduce

    Skills governance and the workforce development programme

    In the United Kingdom higher education environment, government may make efforts to encourage institutions to engage in governance structures to secure policy objectives through a steering approach. In this article connections between skills governance structures and the recent Higher Education Funding Council for England workforce development programme are examined in the context of the wider implementation of the Leitch Review of Skills in England. Using analysis of policy documents, submissions to a select committee inquiry, and a series of interviews undertaken at higher education institutions, limited co-ordination between skills governance and institutions is identified, which is likely to have been a consequence both of the open-ended approach taken by government to the implementation of this policy in higher education and the ineffectiveness of governance approaches as mechanisms for steering higher education institutions in the United Kingdom
