Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya NTT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional yaitu menentukan adanya pengaruh dan besarnya kontribusi variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap variabel kinerja guru. Populasi penelitian adalah 279 yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan para guru SMA di Kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya NTT. Sampel sejumlah 120 orang dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuisioner. Uji reliabilitas dengan metode Alpha-Cronbach.Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut. Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru (p<0,05; R_YX1^2=46,3%)

Molecular characterization of SSS139, a new satellite DNA family in sibling species of the Drosophila buzzatii cluster

We characterized sequences of a novel SSS139 RsaI satellite DNA family in Drosophila gouveai and Drosophila seriema, two members of the Drosophila buzzatii cluster (D. repleta group). The sequences were AT-rich (69%) with a monomer unit length of about 139 bp and contained two direct subrepeats of 14 bp and 16 bp, suggesting that it might have originated by the duplication of smaller sequences. Southern and dot-blot hybridization analyses also detected SSS139 in other Drosophila buzzatii cluster species (D. koepferae, D. antonietae, D. borborema and D. serido) but not in D. buzzatii. Strange particle production in 158 and 40 AA GeV/cc Pb-Pb and p-Be collisions

Results on strange particle production in Pb-Pb collisions at 158 and 40 $A$ GeV/$c$ beam momentum from the NA57 experiment at CERN SPS are presented. Particle yields and ratios are compared with those measured at RHIC.
