Solar radiation force modeling for TDRS orbit determination
The relative orbit determination accuracies resulting from several TDRS models are evaluated. These models include spherical, single-plate, and restricted two-plate models. The plate models can be adjusted in both area and reflectivity through differential correction. The restricted two-plate model has an Earth-pointing plate and a solar plate; the orientation of the solar plate is restricted to rotation about an axis perpendicular to the satellite's orbital plane

Application of the Ninhydrin and Alloxan Reactions to Tissue Sections
The ninhydrin and alloxan reactions have been criticized as being nonspecific and unreliable for histochemical studies due to the diffusion, solubility, and fading of their reaction products. This paper presents some modifications of the techniques that appear to render the reactions more reliable for the identification of proteins and peptides possessing terminal α-amino acids. The resulting color complexes are also stable
Generalizing survey results from student samples: Implications from service recovery research
Using college students as research subjects in consumer research may or may not be appropriate. This paper discusses external validity of research findings using student subjects as surrogates for consumers in
experimental, particularly scenario based, studies. A study that investigated differences between a student sample and a customer sample in response to service experience is described. Results were mixed. No significant mean differences were found in complaint intention, preference to complain to an employee or a manager, overall satisfaction, and revisit intention toward service providers. However,
significant discrepancies were observed in testing the role of initial overall satisfaction in evaluating recovery satisfaction and in the relative importance of dimensions of justice. For both student and non-student groups, regardless their recovery satisfaction were positive
or negative, initial overall satisfaction was a stronger predictor for post-recovery overall satisfaction than recovery satisfaction

A comparative study of the Harris-Priester, Jacchia-Roberts, and MSIS atmospheric density models in the context of satellite orbit determination
The comparisons are summarized. The quantities compared include Bayesian weighted least squares differential correction statistics and orbit solution consistency and accuracy
