    Based on the results of research and discussion that has been described, it can be concluded into which are as follows : Age care greatly affect the strength of concrete, At the age of 28 days the compressive strength of concrete obtained at normal (without the use offlyash), Experiencing an increase, compressive strength of normal concrete compressive strength is obtained to exceed the plan that is equal to 28.875MPa. At the levels of fly ash 20% obtained higher scores than normal concrete in the amount of 47.369MPa, whereas the levels of fly ash 5%, 10%, and 15% also increased the compressive strength of 37.178MPa36.423MPaand32.838MPa respectively, at levels of fly ash 15% at 28 days compared with normal concrete (without the use of fly ash) the difference is too small, the importance of the optimal levels at 28 days was 5% - 20% of the weight of the cement and the high strength, so we conclude from this mix design that we should be careful when start mix all the component and follow the numbers that we got in the mix design

    Kereta api merupakan alat transportasi darat yangdigemari masyarakat karena dapat dinikmati berbagai kalangandari ekonomi rendah sampai tinggi. Banyak kasus barangtertinggal karena terburu – buru dan tertidur hingga melewatkanstasiun yang dituju oleh penumpang kereta api. Salah satusolusinya adalah penggunaan teknologi informasi transportasikereta api baik tulisan maupun lisan tentang berapa jarak, dankecepatan untuk menuju ke stasiun berikutnya. Penelitian inimenggunakan sensor accelerometer MMA7361 sebagai sensorutama untuk menghitung kecepatan dan jarak yang telahditempuh kereta api dari stasiun awal. Data keluaran sensorberupa tegangan analog yang akan disambungkan dengan ADC(Analog to Digital Converter) pada mikrokontroller ATMega32.Informasi yang akan diterima penumpang ditampilkan melaluiLCD (Lyquid Crystal Display) dan suara dikeluarkan melaluispeaker. Metode konversi dari nilai percepatan menjadi kecepatandan jarak menggunakan integral dengan metode Runge-Kuttadengan pendekatan trapezoid. Pengujian sensor untuk menghitungkecepatan didapatkan hasil pengujian error rata – rata sebesar1,17% dengan error terbesar pada kecepatan 20 km/h sebesar1,92%. Pengujian sensor untuk menghitung jarak didapatkanerror rata – rata sebesar 3,07% dengan error terbesar pada jarak50 cm sebesar 6,20%. Pengujian keseluruhan sistem didapatkanerror rata – rata sebesar 3,21 % untuk pengujian kecepatan dansistem mampu memberikan informasi tepat 1 km dari jarak yangterukur sebelum mencapai stasiun tujuan.Kata Kunci—sensor accelerometer MMA7361, ATmega32,metode Runge-Kutta, jarak dan kecepatan Kereta Api

    ent-Clerodane Diterpenes from the Bark of Croton oligandrus Pierre ex. Hutch. and Assessment of their Cytotoxicity Against Human Cancer Cell Lines

    New clerodane diterpenes, 12-epi-megalocarpodolide D (2) and an epimeric mixture of crotonolins A (3) and B (4), were isolated from the bark of Croton oligandrus following a bioassay-guided isolation protocol. Known compounds, megalocarpodolide D (1), 12-epi-crotocorylifuran (5), cluytyl-ferulate (6), hexacosanoyl- ferulate (7), vanillin (8), acetyl-aleuritolic acid (9) and lupeol (10), were also isolated. The structures of the isolated compounds (1-10) were elucidated by spectroscopic means. The cytotoxicity of compounds 1-10 was assessed against A549, MCF7, PC3 and PNT2 cell lines using the MTT assay. Compounds 1 and 2 showed moderate level of activity against both A549 and MCF7 cells with 1 being the most active with IC50 values of 63.8±13.8 and 136.2±22.7 µM against A549 and MCF7 cells, respectively. The epimeric mixture of 3 and 4 was moderately active against A549 and PC3 cells (IC50 = 128.6±31.0 and 111.2±2.9 µM, respectively)

    This research is based on the story in the Qur'an, which presents theological values and, at the same time, the values of social morality as an important message to be conveyed to humans. What happened to the story of Prophet Musa and Nabi Khidir provides new insights about explicit educational planning messages to be applied in educational activities. This study explores the concept of planning carried out by Prophet Musa and Nabi Khidir, which explicitly means planning. Therefore, this research focuses on how the planning narratology is constructed in the story of Prophet Musa and Nabi Khidir. This study uses a qualitative method of library research. This research uses a descriptive-analytical approach that is normative and historical, which is adapted to the literature sources. The data analysis technique uses the interpretation method or text interpretation. The study results indicate that the planning values presented in the story are; receiving, responding, valuing, organization, characterization by a value or value complex

    Fluoresensi Sinar-X Dispersi Panjang Gelombang (WDXRF) adalah salah satu dari dua jenis umum instrumentasi Fluoresensi Sinar-X yang digunakan untuk aplikasi analisis unsur. Metode Fusion Borate merupakan teknik yang optimal pada preparasi sampel untuk analisa XRD, hasil akhir yang berupa bead kaca adalah hasil yang memiliki keakuratan yang paling tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2025 dengan metode Fushion dengan proses analisa menggunakan instrument WDXRF S8 Tiger. Pada penelitian ini digunakan 5 sampel dengan variasi penambahan flux (Lithium Metaborat:Lithium Tetraborat). Sampel tersebut meliputi Sampel standar OREAS 189, OREAS 190, OREAS 193, dan Internal Sampel meliputi ZBK 410 dan ZBK 414.Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan variasi Lithium Metaborat dan Lithium Tetraborat pada preparasi fusebead memiliki perbedaan karakteristik yang cukup signifikan. Pada variasi 9 gram dan 9,2 gram didapatkan hasil bead kaca yang berbentuk setengah lingkaran dan pada variasi lainnya berbentuk lingkaran sempurna sesuai dengan acuan prosedur kerja yang sudah ada. Hasil analisa yang mendekati nilai acuan standar yang digunakan yaitu OREAS 189 kadar Nikel sebesar 1,485% (nilai acuan 1,48%), kadar Besi sebesar 10,59% (nilai acuan 10,52%), kadar Silika sebesar 46,29% (nilai acuan 46,20%), dan kadar Magnesium sebesar 23,13% (nilai acuan 23,09%). OREAS 190 kadar Nikel sebesar 1,629% (nilai acuan 1,64%), kadar Besi sebesar 24,93% (nilai acuan 24,81%), kadar Silika sebesar 38,48% (nilai acuan 38,22%), dan kadar Magnesium sebesar 6,92% (nilai acuan 6,91%). OREAS 193 kadar Nikel sebesar 1,925% (nilai acuan 1,93%), kadar Besi sebesar 13,68% (nilai acuan 13,64%), kadar Silika sebesar 42,80% (nilai acuan 42,72%), dan kadar Magnesium sebesar 20,28% (nilai acuan 20,25 %)

    Antioxidant Activity of the Phenolic Leaf Extracts from Monechma ciliatum in Stabilization of Corn Oil

    The total phenolic content and the antioxidan potential of methanolic extract (ME), ethyl acetate extract (EAE), and hexane extract (HE) from Monechma ciliatum leaves (MCL) were evaluated. The Folin-Ciocalteu, b-carotene bleaching, the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging and the accelerated oxidation methods were used for evaluation. Both the extraction yield and the antioxidant activity (AOA) were strongly dependent on the solvent. Among the extracts, ME exhibited highest total phenolic compounds (TPC) and IC50 values for DPPH, followed by EAE and HE, respectively. Peroxide value (PV), anisidine value (AV) conjugated dienes (CD), and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) were taken as the parameters for evaluation of stabilization efficacy of MCL extracts and results revealed MCL to be a potent antioxidant for the stabilization of corn oil. As a general trend, increased AOA was observed for increased extract concentration. The predominant phenolic compounds identified by HPLC-DAD in MCL extracts were p-coumaric acid, vanillin and ferulic acid

    Penggunaan Alat Peraga dalam Metode Bercerita untuk Meningkatkan Perbendaharaan Kata Anak 5-6 Tahun

    Improving vocabulary  in children is very important to be stimulated, , the more vocabulary mastered by children it can facilitate children in interacting and communicating with others. This study aims to determine whether the vocabulary mastered by children is able to re-discuss the story that has been heard through the method of storytelling using props in children aged 5-6 years. Community service research in the form of service learning was conducted in kindergarten Aisyiyah Branch 1 Sungguminasa with a number of participants as many as 3 children.  The instruments used in the form of props are images of animals that are cut out according to their shape and pasted on cardboard paper, besides the instruments used are also sheets of evaluation of implementation and intervention. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of this study showed that the 3 participants ' language development was different, there were children who had dared to propose to retell stories that had been heard but still could not tell them in order, there were also children who could tell it well but needed more time because they were still hesitant and shy and among them there were children who only heard and listened to their friends tell stories. The findings in this study imply that storytelling methods can improve children's vocabulary, if they focus on listening and listening to the content of the story.Perbendaharaan kata pada anak sangat penting untuk distimulasi, semakin banyak kosa kata yang dikuasai anak maka dapat mempermudah anak dalam berinteraksi serta  berkomunikasi dengan orang lain. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah perbendaharaan kata yang dikuasai anak mampu membahasakan kembali cerita yang sudah didengar melalui metode bercerita meggunakan alat peraga pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Pengabdian pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk service learning ini dilakukan di TK Aisyiyah Cabang 1 Sungguminasa dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 3 anak. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa alat peraga yaitu gambar binatang yang digunting sesuai bentuknya lalu di tempel pada kertas karton, selain itu instrumen yang digunakan juga berupa lembar evaluasi keterlaksanaan dan intervensi.  Data di analisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan bahasa dari ke-3 partisipan berbeda-beda, ada anak yang sudah berani mengajukan diri untuk menceritakan kembali cerita yang sudah di dengar tetapi masih belum bisa menceritakannya secara berurut, ada juga anak yang sudah bisa menceritakannya dengan baik tetapi membutuhkan lebih banyak waktu karena masih ragu dan malu-malu dan diantaranya ada anak yang hanya mendengar dan menyimak temannya bercerita. Hasil temuan dalam pengabdian ini mengimplikasikan bahwa metode bercerita dapat meningkatkan perbendaharaan kata anak, jika mereka fokus mendengarkan dan menyimak isi cerita
