Profil Metakognisi Siswa SMP Dalam Memecahkan Masalah Terbuka Ditinjau Dari Perbedaan Gender
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkapkan profil metakognisi siswa SMP dalam memecahkan masalah terbuka ditinjau dari perbedaan gender. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas VII SMP dengan subjek satu siswa laki-laki dan satu siswa perempuan dan keduanya memiliki kemampuan matematika relatif sama. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara pemberian tes dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, penafsiran data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjek laki-laki dan subjek perempuan memiliki profil metakognisi yang sama pada tahap memahami masalah, tahap membuat rencana pemecahan masalah serta tahap melaksanakan rencana pemecahan masalah dan berbeda profil metakognisinya pada tahap memeriksa kembali hasil pemecahan masalah

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat
This research indicated to determine and influence mengnalisis leadership, work discipline, and communication on the performance of employees of the Secretariat of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission of West Java Province The method used in this research is the analysis of the path, because this study in addition to want to get a picture of the employees performance associated with leadership, work discipline, and communication for employees, also wanted to get a picture of the pattern of relationships and the influence of variables that have been defined research . Based on the results of the study, found that the leadership of the Secretariat of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission of West Java Province has been on a good level. Then work discipline also in good position, and communication is on a good level.In general, leadership, work discipline, and communication affect the performance of employees at the Secretariat of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission of West Java Province, and leadership are the most significant influence on employee performance. Partial effect on employee performance leadership variable is equal to 0.419 or 41.90%, variable labor discipline of the employees performance is equal to 0.83, or 18.30%, and the communication variables on the performance of employees is equal to 0.234 or 23.40%. Simultaneous influence of leadership, discipline and communication work on the performance of employees is equal to 0.836 or 83.60%, while the 0.164 or 16.40% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the results of research conducted, then the variable leadership, work discipline, and communication when combined would have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Secretariat of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission of West Java Province. Exploring Barriers to the Adoption of Pharmacogenomic Technology in the Clinical Setting by Clinical Healthcare Providers
The changing landscape of healthcare in the US has created new questions about how to best provide cost-effective, individualized care. Personalized medicine and more specifically, pharmacogenomic technology have offered new tools for healthcare providers to use to increase the efficacy, safety, and cost-effectiveness of care. However, these tools are not being utilized to their predicted extent in the clinical setting. This study utilized Rogers’ Diffusion of Innovations theory to investigate some of the reasons why. A multi-question survey, the PI-created, Pharmacogenomic Adoption Instrument (PAI) ©, was developed to assess the knowledge, attitudes and experience concerning pharmacogenetic technology in a spectrum of different healthcare providers and types, and was administered online. This study found both knowledge and attitude, overall, to be highly correlated to adoption likelihood. Lack of knowledge was the most frequently cited barrier to adoption. This study also found that the perception of clinical benefit, the potential for misuse and genetic discrimination, and the ability of providers to effectively explain, and patients to understand test results, were significant factors in making decisions about utilizing pharmacogenomic technology. Further, the study found that clinical setting and the availability of clinical training may affect the perceptions of compatibility and trialability. These findings suggest that knowledge may be a key requisite, but the most influential factors on the adoption process are likely related to direct observation of a benefit in the clinic, including successful patient communication and a positive perception of protections from misuse of patient data. Therefore, focusing on improvement of the mechanisms for these processes may help to improve the rate of clinical adoption

Violent behaviour is a condition in which a person performs actions that are physically harmful to themselves and others. Often also called tantrums where someone where someone is angry responds to a stressor with uncontrolled motor movements. The nursing intervention given is the deep breathing relaxation technique for controlling anger. The purpose of this application is to determine the effect of the application of deep breathing relaxation therapy in patients with risk problems for violent behavior in Maleber village, Cianjur district. Monitoring and Evaluation of Water System as a Performance Indicator in Laeya Watershed Management, Southeast Sulawesi
This research aimed to monitor and evaluate the performance of the Laeya Watershed, South Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The method used a survey with a scoring technique using the flow regime coefficient, annual flow coefficient, sediment load, flood, and eater use index parameters based on the Regulation of the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Number 61 of 2014. The results showed that the performance assessment of the Laeya Watershed based on the aspect of water management was classified into a good class with a value of 73.05, with each of the sub-criteria flow regime coefficient (4.24 or very low class), annual flow coefficient (0.31 or medium class), sediment load (7.73 or low class), flooding (flood frequency 1 time/year or high class ) and water use index (4,228.60 or moderate class). The conclusion was that the performance of Laeya watershed management is quite good
