НАУКОВІ ПІДХОДИ ДО ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНОСТІ У ВІТЧИЗНЯНІЙ ПСИХОЛОГІЇ (Scientific Approach To Professional Liability In Soviet Psychology)

У статті окреслено методологічну базу дослідження професійної відповідальності особистості. Здійснено аналіз наукових підходів щодо предмета дослідження у вітчизняний психології. Подані відмінності та зазначені межі між поняттями, що розкривають феномен професійної відповідальності особистості. (The article describes the methodological basis of research of professional responsibility of an individual. The analysis of scientific approaches to the subject of the study is presented. The differences between these concepts and their boundaries are submitted that enables the author to reveal the phenomenon of professional responsibility of the individual.

Структурні дисбаланси якості людського потенціалу у фокусі викликів політики зайнятості населення України (Structural imbalances of quality of human potential in focus challenges employment policy Ukraine)

У статті розглянуто якість людського потенціалу України з позиції методології системного та компаративного аналізу. Наголошено на існуванні зв’язку між рівнями й якістю елементів компонентної будови цього потенціалу. Вказано, що структура людського потенціалу є динамічною величиною і під упливом факторів середовища якість окремих компонент може зазнавати таких змін, що ведуть до порушення внутрішньої рівноваги людського потенціалу як системи. Обґрунтовано, що в Україні структурні дисбаланси якості людського потенціалу входять у протиріччя з намаганнями держави адаптувати в соціально-економічну систему положення концепції гідної праці. Запропоновано заходи політики зайнятості для подолання структурних диспропорцій якості людського потенціалу. (There is considered in the article the quality of human potential of Ukraine from the perspective of methodology system and of comparative analysis. Emphasized the existence of a connection between levels and quality of the component elements structure of the potential. It is indicated that the structure of human development is dynamic value and under environmental influence the quality of individual components may undergo changes, leading to disruption of the internal balance of human potential as a system. Proved that Ukraine’s structural imbalances in the quality of human potential are in conflict with the state’s attempts to adapt to the socio-economic system of the concept of decent work. Offered an employment policy measures to cope with the structural imbalances of quality of human potential.

Експериментальні дослідження емоційної сфери підлітків з порушеннями зору

The article reveals the essence of the impact of a corrective training program on reducing the level of negative emotional states and disorders in adolescents with impaired vision. The sample of the investigated, which includes  such groups of the investigated: patients with diagnoses "Myopia", "Hypermetropia", "Astigmatism" is substantiated. The results of experimental studies of input and output controls for each of the proposed psychodiagnostic tests are substantiated. A formative experiment in our study was a correction training on the harmonization of the emotional sphere, which helped to reduce the level of negative emotional states in the subjects.Keywords: emotional sphere, sensory pathology, myopia, hypermetropia, astigmatism.В статье раскрыта сущность влияния коррекционной программы тренинга на снижение уровня негативных эмоциональных состояний и нарушений у детей подросткового возраста с нарушением зрения. Обоснованно выборку испытуемых, в которую входят такие группы испытуемых: больные с диагнозами «Миопия», «Гиперметропия», «астигматизм». Обоснованно результаты экспериментальных исследований входного и выходного контролей по каждому из предложенных психодиагностических тестов. Формирующим экспериментом в нашем исследовании выступил коррекционный тренинг, посвященный гармонизации эмоциональной сферы, что посодействовал снижению уровня негативных эмоциональных состояний в испытуемых.Ключевые слова: эмоциональная сфера, сенсорная патология, миопия, гиперметропия, астигматизм.В статті розкрито сутність впливу корекційної програми тренінгу на зниження рівня негативних емоційних станів та порущень у дітей підліткового віку з порушенням зору.
