Intelligent Classification and Analysis of Essential Genes Species Using Quantitative Methods
Essential genes are considered to be the necessary genes that are required to sustain life of different organisms. These genes encode proteins which maintain central metabolism, DNA replications, translation of Genes, basic cellular structure and mediate transport process within and out of the cell. The identification of essential genes is one of the essential problems in computational genomics. In this present study, in order to discriminate essential genes from the other genes from the non-biologist’s perspective, the purine and pyrimidine (Pu-Py) distribution over the essential genes of four exemplary species namely: Homo Sapiens (HS), Arabidopsis Thaliana (AT), Drosophila Melanogaster (DM) and DanioRerio (DR) are thoroughly experimented using some quantitative methods. Moreover, the Indigent classification method has also been deployed for classification on the essential genes of the said species. Based on Shannon entropy (SE), Fractal dimension (FD), Hurst exponent (HE), purine and pyrimidine (Pu-Py) bases distribution the ten different clusters have been generated for the essential genes of the four species. Some proximity results are also reported herewith the clusters of the essential genes
Personalized Advertisement Content
This document describes a system where advertisers do not need to create multiple variations of an advertisement for targeting different sets of users. The system includes utilizing machine learning algorithms to generate a dedicated model to generalize user interests (e.g., as opposed to a rule based approach). The machine learning algorithms and model can be applied to a large scale of users to provide coverage on personalized advertisements. As the advertisement is generated at query time, additional storage is not needed in the backend
India-China: Intersecting Universalities
This collection of articles is mainly the result of an international conference organised by the Chair of Chinese Intellectual History at the Collège de France in June 2017. Entitled “India-China: Intersecting Universalities”, it brought together scholars from Asia, America and Europe who have been interested in one aspect or other of the cultural interactions between India and China. The diversity of the topics testifies to the lively interest raised by the intersection of two heavyweights of area and cultural studies. What makes the relationship between “China” and “India” so remarkably interesting is that one can hardly imagine two civilisational worlds as radically different from each other, which yet managed somehow to come into contact and to interact. The aim of the present volume is to look at various aspects of the cultural exchanges between India and China at different points of history. It is to try and remedy a certain indifference and mutual ignorance in our day and age that we bring forward this collective venture with the hope of offering to our readers alternative approaches to the connections between these two “giants of Asia”, other than the merely geopolitical ones that fill our media today
Prominent visual treatment of high quality text in an advertisement
Online advertisements typically get only a limited amount of time when a user views the ad alongside other content. Consequently, visual format of the ad is important in attracting the user’s attention to ad content that will help the user make an informed decision. Visual cues in an ad, such as color, font size, etc. help advertisers highlight the most relevant information such as special discounts and offers. Techniques described here automatically extract the most relevant content from an advertiser-provided ad creative. The ad is formatted such that the extracted content is displayed in a prominent manner, thus improving the likelihood that the user clicks through
Foreword
This collection of articles is partly the result of an international conference organised by the Chair of Chinese Intellectual History at the Collège de France in June 2017, which has benefited from the scientific collaboration of Mr. Sanchit Kumar, the technical contribution of Mr. Jean-Michel Roynard, and the financial support of the Fondation Hugot du Collège de France. The conference, entitled “India-China: Intersecting Universalities”, came after a first one, held two years earlier and e..
Promoting High Quality Ad Data From Less-Prominent Formats To More-Prominent Representation
A system and method are disclosed that extracts high quality data from less-prominent text format to a more-prominent text format. The system extracts high quality advertiser-provided data found in low-prominent text formats such as callouts and content within site links. The extracted information is combined with available ad content present in user-noticeable text formats that are highly prominent. The information may include price info (in price extension), shipping info, service availability, return/pickup information, benefits, etc. When the user makes a commercial query, the system presents the combined ad content in the prominent text formats. The disclosed system increases the visibility of high quality information provided in the advertisement, which gets across to the user within a short time
Leveraging High Quality Information To Generate New Ad Content
A system and method are disclosed that leverages high quality information present in ads of a particular advertiser to provide content for ads that may appear during a search. The system includes a server which stores ads under a particular category to determine and extract relevant high quality information from a group of ads provided by an advertiser. When a user presents a commercial query, the system collects high quality information from stored ads for formatting into a new ad. The ad is then displayed to the user. This system thus automatically generates high quality data for ad content
Enhancing Ads By Appending High Quality Text From Other Ads
A system and method are disclosed that enhance an ad by appending high quality text from other ads with the same theme. When the user makes a commercial query , the system determines user requirement and analyzes relevant ad content present in existing ads within a database to display ads to the user. The system then optimizes the ad content before displaying the ad to the user. An auction may be carried out to decide on the information to be displayed with the chosen ad. The system ensures that ads with relevant high quality information are presented to the user by utilizing the available space allotted. The user benefits as he sees more relevant information in the ad before clicking on the ad and the advertiser need not manually add information to each ad
Smart Environmental Health Monitoring System
Pollution is a growing issue these days. It is necessary to analyze environment and keep ichecking for the best future and healthy life. We proposed an Environment Monitoring System that permit us to watch & check live environment in especially areas through Internet of Things (IOT). IoT supports a realtime environmental monitoring system. It plays a crucial role in today’s world through a huge and protracted system of sensor networks concerned to the environment & its parameters. This technique monitors important environmental conditions like temperature, humidity & CO-level using the sensor & then transfer data to the web page. This information is often accessed from anyplace over the internet & then the sensor information is presented as graphical statistics during mobile application. This paper explains & present the implementation & outcome of this environmental system uses the sensors for temperature, humidity, air quality & different environmental parameters of the surrounding space. This data is often used to take remote actions to regulate the conditions. Information is pushed to the distributed storage & android app get to the cloud & present the effect to the end users. The system employs a Node MCU, DHT-11 sensor, MQl35 sensor, which transmits data to WEBPAGE. An Android application is made which accesses the cloud data and displays results to the end users. The sensors interact with microcontroller which processes this information & transmit it over internet. This system is best method for any use in monitoring the environment and handling it because everything is controlled automatically through all the time of the process. The results of this system tells across different field where it was controlled precisely and effectively which further explains that this system easily makes our work easier because of this automatic monitoring system worries about other unexpected climate issues for world
Quantum scattering cross sections of O() + N collisions for planetary aeronomy
"Hot atoms", which are atoms in their excited states, transfer their energy
to the surrounding atmosphere through collisions. This process of energy
transfer is known as thermalization, and it plays a crucial role in various
astrophysical and atmospheric processes. Thermalization of hot atoms is mainly
governed by the amount of species present in the surrounding atmosphere and the
collision cross-section between the hot atoms and surrounding species. In this
work, we investigated the elastic and inelastic collisions between hot oxygen
atoms and neutral N molecules, relevant to oxygen gas escape from the
martian atmosphere and for characterizing the chemical reactions in hypersonic
flows. We conducted a series of quantum scattering calculations between various
isotopes of O() atoms and N molecules across a range of collision
energies (0.3 to 4 eV), and computed both their differential and collision
cross-sections using quantum timeindependent coupled-channel approach. Our
differential cross-section results indicate a strong preference for forward
scattering over sideways or backward scattering, and this anisotropy in
scattering is further pronounced at higher collision energies. By comparing the
cross-sections of three oxygen isotopes, we find that the heavier isotopes
consistently have larger collision cross-sections than the lighter isotopes
over the entire collision energy range examined. However, for all the isotopes,
the variation of collision cross-section with respect to collision energy is
the same. As a whole, the present study contributes to a better understanding
of the energy distribution and thermalization processes of hot atoms within
atmospheric environments. Specifically, the crosssectional data presented in
this work is directly useful in improving the accuracy of energy relaxation
modeling of O and N collisions over Mars and Venus atmospheres.Comment: 7 pages, 5 figures, 4 tables, submitted to MNRA
