    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh budaya organisasi, teknologi informasi dan sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen terhadap kinerja manajerial. Populasi dalam  penelitian ini manajer karyawan PT. Propan Raya I.C.C Cab. Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan jumlah responden karyawan manajer. Data penelitian merupakan data primer dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial 2) Teknologi informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial 3) sistem akuntansi informasi manajemen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial

    Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta semester khusus 2016 yang berlokasi di SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih telah dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa pada tanggal 15Juli 2016 sampai dengan 15 September 2016. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan PPL ini adalah untuk melatih mahasiswa dalam menerapkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan yang dimiliki dalam suatu proses pembelajaran sesuai dengan bidang studinya, sehingga mahasiswa memiliki pengalaman yang nyata dan dapat dipakai sebagai bekal untuk mengembangkan potensi. Sebelum pelaksanaan PPL di sekolah, terlebih dahulu dilaksanakan kegiatan observasi. Observasi ini dilakukan sebagai tolak ukur dalam perumusan program PPL yang akan dilaksanakan, mengetahui kondisi dan situasi kelas pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung, mengetahui karakter siswa, dan mengetahui proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru. Begitu pula dengan kegiatan konsultasi atau bimbingan dengan guru pembimbing dilakukan dalam rangka persiapan pelaksanaan PPL. Selama kegiatan PPL, praktikan melakukan praktik mengajar mandiri dan terbimbing di dua kelas, yaitu kelas X TKKY dengan mata pelajaran Ukur Tanah dan kelas XI TKKY mata pelajaran Finishing Kontruksi Kayu. Dari keseluruhan praktik mengajar praktikan melakukan praktik mengajar sebanyak 7 kali tatap muka untuk mata pelajaran Ukur Tanah, dan 8 kali tatap muka untuk mata pelajaran Finishing Kontruksi Kayu. Kegiatan yang dilakukan selama PPL antara lain adalah persiapan administrasi mengajar, melakukan praktik mengajar dan evaluasi hasil belajar. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan PPL ini adalah pengalaman nyata baik dalam bentuk pengalaman mengajar maupun non mengajar. Dari pengalaman mengajar, mahasiswa memperoleh pengalaman situasi dan kondisi nyata dalam kelas dengan berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi. Sementara dari pengalaman non mengajar mahasiswa dihadapkan untuk mengenali dan mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang timbul di lingkungan sekolah. Semua pengalaman ini sangat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa sebagai calon tenaga pendidik dan dapat dijadikan bekal dalam pengabdian diri di masyarakat khususnya di dunia pendidikan di masa yang akan datang

    An integrated approach to artificial neural network based process modelling

    ANN technology exploded into the world of process modelling and control in the late 1980’s. The technology shows great promise and is seen as a technology that could provide models for most systems without the need to understand the fundamental behaviour or relationships among the process variables. Today, ANN applications have been applied successfully in a number of areas of process modelling and control, with the best-established applications being in the area of inferential measurements or soft sensors.Unfortunately, ‘the free lunch did not have much meat’. Overtime, people focused more on the true capabilities and power of ANN, the ability to model nonlinear relationships in data without having to define the form of the nonlinearity. However, there is often a tendency to merely plug in the data, turn the ANN training software on, and blindly accept the results. This is probably inevitable since, to date, there are no textbooks or scientific journal papers providing an integrated and systematic approach for ANN model development addressing pre-modelling, training and postmodelling stages. Therefore, addressing issues in those three phases of ANN model development is essential to support and to improve further applications of ANN technology in the area of process modelling and control.The model development issues in pre-modelling and training phases were addressed by reviewing current practice and existing techniques. For each issue, a novel method was proposed to improve the performance of ANN models. The new approaches were tested in a variety of benchmarking studies using artificial samples and coal property datasets from power station boilers.The research work in the post-modelling stage analysis which emphasises on taking the lid off black box model, proposes a novel technique to extract knowledge from the models and simultaneously obtain better understanding of the process. Postmodelling phase issues were addressed thoroughly including construction of prediction limit, sensitivity analysis and development of mathematical representation of the trained ANN model.Confidence intervals of the ANN models were analysed to construct the prediction boundary of the model. This analysis provides useful information related to interpolation and extrapolation of the model. It also highlighted how good the ANN models can be used for extrapolation purposes.An effort based on sensitivity analysis of hidden layers is also proposed to understand the behaviours of the ANN models. Using this technique, knowledge and information are retrieved from the developed models. A comparative study of the proposed techniques and the current practice was also presented.The last topic addressed in this thesis is knowledge extraction of ANN models using mathematical analysis of the hidden layers. The proposed analysis is applied in order to open the black box of the ANN models and is implemented to simulated and real historical plant data so that useful information from those data and better understanding of the process are obtained.All in all, efforts have been made in this thesis to minimise the use of abstract mathematical language and in some cases, simplify the language so that ANN modelling theory can be understood by a wider range of audience, especially the new practitioners in ANN based modelling and control. It is hoped that the insight provided in the dissertation will provide an integrated approach to pre-modelling, training and post-modelling stages of ANN models. This ‘new guideline’ of ANN model development is unique and beneficial, providing a systematic framework for the preparation, design, evaluation and implementation of ANN models in process modelling and control in particular and prediction / forecasting tool in general

    A Modified Kennard-Stone Algorithm for Optimal Division of Data for Developing Artificial Neural Network Models

    This paper proposes a method, namely MDKS (Kennard-Stone algorithm based on Mahalanobis distance), to divide the data into training and testing subsets for developing artificial neural network (ANN) models. This method is a modified version of the Kennard-Stone (KS) algorithm. With this method, better data splitting, in terms of data representation and enhanced performance of developed ANN models, can be achieved. Compared with standard KS algorithm and another improved KS algorithm (data division based on joint x - y distances (SPXY) method), the proposed method has also shown a better performance. Therefore, the proposed technique can be used as an advantageous alternative to other existing methods of data splitting for developing ANN models. Care should be taken when dealing with large amount of dataset since they may increase the computational load for MDKS due to its variance-covariance matrix calculations

    Penerapan Model Problem Based Learning dalam Meningkatkan Keaktifan Belajar Siswa Kelas IV SD N 2 Kebondalem Lor Pasca Pandemi Covid-19

    Pandemi covid-19 menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan kualitas hasil belajar. Maka dari itu diperlukan  langkah untuk meningkatkan kualitas belajar. Salah satunya dengan meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan lima langkah yaitu (1) orientasi masalah, (2) mengorganisasikan siswa untuk belajar, (3) membimbing penyelidikan, (4) mengembangkan dan menyajikan data, (5) evaluasi. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD N 2 Kebondalem Lor tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa. Peningkatan skor keaktifan belajar dari kondisi awal 51,4 (rendah), mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I menjadi 58,1 (rendah), dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan kembali menjadi 73,4 (tinggi).     MODEL PROJECT BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA

    Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Bakalan pada pembelajaran IPA melalui model pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 15 siswa yang terdiri dari 10 siswa laki-laki dan 5 siswa perempuan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester genap Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dan hasil belajar IPA pada muatan pembelajaran IPA di kelas VI A SDN Bakalan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini untuk kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa terdapat peningkatan mulai dari tahap pra siklus hingga siklus 2 yang mulanya rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yaitu 26% menjadi 78%. Rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dalam satu kelas naik 52%. Hasil belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan, berdasarkan data awal pra siklus sampai pada siklus 2. Rata-rata ketuntasan hasil belajar belajar siswa pada tahap pra siklus yaitu 13% menjadi 73% pada siklus 2. Rata-rata ketuntasan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas VI A naik 60 %. The research subjects were 15 students consisting of 10 male students and 5 female students. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. This type of research used is Classroom Action Research. The data were collected by means of interviews, observations, and tests. The data analysis techniques used were qualitative and quantitative. Based on the results of this research, it shows that the project-based learning model can improve students' creative thinking skills and science learning outcomes in science learning content in class VI A of Bakalan Elementary School. Based on the results of data analysis, there was an increase in students' creative thinking skills starting from the pre-cycle stage to cycle 2, which initially the average creative thinking ability of students was 26% to 78%. The average creative thinking skills of students in one class increased 52%. Student learning outcomes also increased, based on preliminary data from pre-cycle to cycle 2.The average completeness of student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle stage was 13% to 73% in cycle 2.     Meningkatkan Konsentrasi Belajar Siswa Melalui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah Pasca Pandemi Covid 19 di SDN Bangunrejo 1

    Berdasarkan hasil observasi kelas II SDN Bangurejo 1, kosentrasi belajar siswa masih dikategorikan rendah. Hal ini disebabkan masa peralihan siswa dari pembelajaran daring atau pembelajaran jarak jauh ke tatap muka kembali.  Pada masa peralihan siswa cenderung kurang fokus terhadap pembelajaran dan model pembelajaran yang digunakan belum membuat siswa aktif maupun fokus dalam pembelajaran. Hal itu dikarenakan selama pembelajaran daring dalam berkomunikasi menggunakan media sosial dan tidak berjumpa langsung serta kondisi pembelajaran dirumah saat daring kurang mendukung. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, diperlukan suatu upaya untuk mendorong siswa konsentrasi dalam belajar.  Dalam hal ini, peneliti menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Penilaian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas II SDN Bangunrejo 1 tahun ajaran 2022/ 2023 yang terdiri dari 14 siswa. Instrumen yang   digunakan   berupa   observasi   dan   kuesioner.   Kemudain   data   ini   dianalisis   menggunakan   rumus presentase. Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh pada prasiklus skor konsentrasinya adalah 51,43 yang dikategorikan rendah.  Kemudian siklus I memperoleh skor 63,21 dengan kategori sedang, dan meningkat pada siklus II memperoleh skor 70,36 dengan kategori tinggi.  Dengan demikian model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar siswa pasca pandemi covid19 di SDN Bangunrejo 1
