Studying temporal variability of GRS1739-278 during the 2014 outburst
We report a discovery of low-frequency quasi periodic oscillation at 0.3-0.7
Hz in the power spectra of the accreting black hole GRS1739-278 in the
hard-intermediate state during its 2014 outburst based on the
and Swift/XRT data. The QPO frequency strongly evolved with the source flux
during the NuSTAR observation. The source spectrum became softer with rising
QPO frequency and simultaneous increasing of the power-law index and decreasing
of the cut-off energy. In the power spectrum, a prominent harmonic is clearly
seen together with the main QPO peak. The fluxes in the soft and the hard X-ray
bands are coherent, however, the coherence drops for the energy bands separated
by larger gaps. The phase-lags are generally positive (hard) in the 0.1-3 Hz
frequency range, and negative below 0.1 Hz. The accretion disc inner radius
estimated with the relativistic reflection spectral model appears to be . In the framework of the relativistic precession model, in
order to satisfy the constraints from the observed QPO frequency and the

Отримані результати надані у вигляді залежностей перепаду температури в зонах теплопідводу і конденсації від частоти вібрації і віброприскорення. Показано, що в діапазоні частоти вібрації від 5 до 4000 Гц і віброприскорення від 0,2 до 15 g вібраційні навантаження роблять певний вплив на основні характеристики теплової труби, пов'язані з резонансними ефектами.The results are provided in the form of differential temperature dependencies in the zone of the evaporation and the condensation on the frequency of vibration and acceleration. It is shown that the vibration frequency in the range of 5 to 4000 Hz and vibration acceleration of 0.2 to 15 g vibratory loads have a definite effect on the basic characteristics of the heat pipe associated with the resonance effects.Полученные результаты предоставлены в виде зависимостей перепада температуры в зонах теплоподвода и конденсации от частоты вибрации и виброускорения. Additional spectroscopic redshift measurements for galaxy clusters from the First Planck Catalogue
We present the results of spectroscopic redshift measurements for the galaxy
clusters from the first all-sky Planck catalogue of the Sunyaev-Zeldovich
sources, that have been mostly identified by means of the optical observations
performed previously by our team (Planck Collaboration, 2015a). The data on 13
galaxy clusters at redshifts from z=~0.2 to z=~0.8, including the improved
identification and redshift measurement for the cluster PSZ1 G141.73+14.22 at
z=0.828, are provided. The measurements were done using the data from
Russian-Turkish 1.5-m telescope (RTT-150), 2.2-m Calar Alto Observatory
telescope, and 6-m SAO RAS telescope (Bolshoy Teleskop Azimutalnyi, BTA).Comment: published in Astronomy Letter
Managing the psychosocial needs of COVID-19 isolated home-dwelling elderly with dementia during the coronavirus pandemic: A qualitative study
Eldre med demens er en av de mest sårbare tjenestebrukerne grunnet komplisert sykdomsforløp. Overlappende symptomer kan påvirke hele livssituasjonen. Denne studien undersøker hvilke erfaringer hjemmetjenesteutøvere hadde ved ivaretakelse av psykososiale behov hos COVID-19 isolerte hjemmeboende eldre med demens under korona pandemien. Den vil belyse etiske og praktiske dilemmaer, de konkrete tiltakene som ble utført og hvordan disse erfaringene kan brukes for å kunne tilby en mer verdifull og person-sentrert hjemmesykepleie til eldre personer med demens.
I denne studien anvender jeg kvalitativ metode med eksplorativ og deskriptiv tilnærming. Ni (9) hjemmetjenesteutøvere fra syv (7) baser innen to kommuner i Sør-Øst Norge deltok i fokusgruppeintervjuer (FGI). Datamaterialet ble analysert ved bruk av thematic analysis. Resultatene viser at hjemmetjenesteutøvere hadde ulike perspektiver og forståelse av begrepet «psykososiale behov» og hvem som hadde ansvar for ivaretakelsen av disse behovene. Videre hadde de møtt etiske dilemmaer knyttet til taushetsplikten, bruk av skjønn for å ivareta behovene for sosialt samvær mot det å følge regler og forskrifter om smittevern, utfordringer knyttet til implementering av smitteverntiltak og behandlingsprosedyrer, og følelsen av å måtte velge mellom det å gjennomføre plikten til å jobbe og det å ivareta egen sikkerhet og egen helse. Informantene rapporterte også at personsentrert ivaretakelse av psykososiale behov krevde interpersonal og organisatorisk ferdigheter og kompetanse. Studien konkluderer at koronapandemien medførte store utfordringer knyttet til ivaretakelse av psykososiale behov hos hjemmeboende eldre med demens i Norge. Det er behov for å avklare hva «psykososiale behov» egentlig betyr, diskutere de etiske dilemmaene som var erfart under korona pandemien og vurdere hvordan disse erfaringene kan brukes som læringsmateriale for å kunne yte personsentrerte helsetjenester som skal ivareta de psykososiale behovene.

Comprehensive and overlapping symptoms can affect the entire life situation. This study investigates the experiences of home care workers in managing the psychosocial needs of COVID-19 isolated home-dwelling elderly with dementia during the corona pandemic. It aims to highlight some of the ethical and practical issues that were encountered, the concrete measures that were implemented, and future action plans that might be helpful in attaining a more dignified and person-centered home nursing care in the future.
This qualitative research study has an explorative and descriptive design. Nine (9) home care workers from seven (7) home care bases within two municipalities in South-eastern Norway participated in focus group interviews (FGIs). Data were analyzed using thematic analysis. Findings show that homecare workers had varying views and understanding of the term “psychosocial needs» and whose responsibility its management was. Furthermore, home care workers met ethical dilemmas concerning confidentiality, deviations from rules and guidelines to meet users’ need for social companionship, difficulty in implementing infection control measures and providing treatment, and the feeling of being torn between the sense of duty and obligation and their own personal safety. Respondents also reported that providing person-centered psychosocial healthcare required interpersonal and organizational skills and competence. This study concludes that the coronavirus pandemic had brought about immense challenges for the management of the psychosocial needs of home-dwelling elderly with dementia in Norway. There is a need to clarify what psychosocial needs are, to address the ethical issues experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic, and to utilize previous experiences as a learning tool in order to provide a more person-centered psychosocial healthcare in the future.
