ANALISIS TOTAL ASSETS TURN OVER DAN GROSS PROFIT MARGIN TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN LABA PADA PERUSAHAAN MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA
This research aimed: (1) to study the effect of total assets turn over
partially on profit growth, (2) to study the effect of gross profit margin partially
on profit growth, and (3) to study the effect of total assets turn over and gross
profit margin simultaneously on profit growth. The variable on this research was
total assets turn over (X l) in percent units (%),gross profit margin (X2) in percent
units (%), and profit growth (Y) in percent units (%). The population in this
research was the food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock
Exchange in 2013- 2018, while the sample was 10 companies using a purposive
sampling technique. The data were collected through documentation and were
analyzed using the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, T-table
test, F test.
The result of this research showed the classic assumption test was obtained
(a) normally distributed data, (b) there was no multicollinearity, (c)
autocorrelation did not occur, and (d) heteroscedasticity did not occur. The result
of multiple regression analysis showed TA TO was the most influential variable
on profit growth. The result of T-table test was obtained significant value TATO
by 0,000<0,05 with the Tcount by 6,165 so that TATO partially positive influenced
and significant on profit growth, the significant value GPM was 0,681 >0.05 so
that GPM partially did not significantly influence on profit growth, and F test was
21,928 so that TATO and GPM simultaneously had positive and significantly
influenced on profit growth.

Policy Brief on Revising the TB Action Plan for the WHO European Region 2016-2020: What amendments are needed to reach the UN SDG3 to eliminate TB epidemics by 2030?
Context: The World Health Organization (WHO) European Region’s political attention shifted to the COVID-19 pandemic from the start of 2020 onwards. A consequence of this shift has been decreased political attention towards combating tuberculosis (TB) in the WHO European Region. As a result, decreasing TB data reporting, rising death rates, and increasing antimicrobial resistance (AMR) have prevented the WHO European Region from remaining on track to reach the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3 (SDG3) to eliminate TB epidemics by 2030. Furthermore, the WHO tuberculosis action plan for the WHO European Region 2016-2020 has missed opportunities to mitigate TB in this region, thus exacerbating the issue and preventing the achievement of SDG3.
Policy Options: The WHO’s Roadmap to implement the tuberculosis action plan for the WHO European Region 2016-2020 provided guidance for TB management in the member states (MS), but did not sufficiently address AMR, lacking promotion of new TB vaccine rollout, nor describe national TB implementation strategies. The WHO 2016-2020 TB action plan is now overdue and WHO policymakers should consider the following recommendations when creating the new TB action plan.
Recommendations: This policy brief addresses the urgent need for a new WHO TB action plan to integrate a national level implementation commitment, AMR programming, and WHO support in creating a vaccine strategy with aims for the WHO European Region to achieve SDG3 and eliminate TB epidemics by 2030

Association of Race and Ethnicity With COVID‐19 Outcomes in Rheumatic Disease: Data From the COVID‐19 Global Rheumatology Alliance Physician Registry
OBJECTIVE: Racial/ethnic minorities experience more severe outcomes of COVID-19 in the general United States (US) population. The aim of this study was to examine the association between race/ethnicity and COVID-19 hospitalization, ventilation status, and mortality in people with rheumatic disease. METHODS: US patients with rheumatic disease and COVID-19 entered into the COVID-19 Global Rheumatology Alliance physician registry March 24 - August 26, 2020 were included. Race/ethnicity was defined as white, Black, Latinx, Asian and other/mixed race. Outcomes included hospitalization, requirement for ventilatory support, and death. Multivariable regression models were used to estimate odds ratios (OR) and 95% confidence intervals controlling for age, sex, smoking, rheumatic disease diagnosis, comorbidities, medications taken prior to infection, and rheumatic disease activity. RESULTS: A total of 1,324 patients were included, of whom 36% were hospitalized and 6% died; 26% of hospitalized patients required mechanical ventilation. In multivariable models, Black (OR=2.74, 95% CI 1.90, 3.95), Latinx (OR=1.71, 95% CI 1.18, 2.49), and Asian (OR=2.69, 95% CI 1.16, 6.24) patients had higher odds of being hospitalized compared to white patients. Latinx patients also had three-fold increased odds of requiring ventilatory support (OR=3.25, 95% CI 1.75, 6.05). No differences in mortality based on race/ethnicity were found, though power may have been limited to detect associations. CONCLUSION: Similar to findings in the general US population, racial/ethnic minorities with rheumatic disease and COVID-19 had increased odds of hospitalization and ventilatory support. These results illustrate significant health disparities related to COVID-19 in people with rheumatic diseases. The rheumatology community should proactively address the needs of patients currently experiencing inequitable health outcomes during the pandemic
Using Assessment Data and Problem Analysis to Match Interventions to Skill Deficits
This study investigated the potential advantages of using Curriculum Based Measurement (CBM) and problem analytic frameworks when selecting early numeracy interventions. One kindergarten student was evaluated across treatment phases that were either matched or un-matched to the participant's skill deficits. The Instructional Hierarchy (IH) and conceptual and procedural heuristic were applied to problem analytic procedures. The participant was identified as having an acquisition deficit in number identification skills. These deficits were determined to be both conceptual and procedural in nature. Therefore, interventions were only matched along the lines of the IH, with the acquisition intervention being selected as matched, and the fluency intervention being selected as un-matched. Baseline and treatment phases were delivered in a hybrid ABAB reversal design with an alternating treatments component. Since skill deficits were found to be both conceptual and procedural, hypotheses regarding matched and un-matched conceptual/procedural interventions could not be tested. Conceptual and procedural interventions were both provided as matched interventions and potential differences were still explored in the study. The study hypothesized that matched interventions would lead to greater growth on the dependent variable -- number identifications per min. However, no differences were found between matched- acquisition and un-matched- fluency interventions. Interpretations of the findings and study limitations are discussed, as well implications for practice and research. M.A
