The multi-annual and seasonal dynamics of the taxonomic composition of cyanobacteria and algae in a number of caves in Russia differing in origin, lying rocks, morphology, level of anthropogenic influence (Shulgan-Tash, Kinderlinskaya, Pervaya Chekan-Tamakskaya, Dudkinskaya shtolnya) are analyzed. It was revealed that in different years and seasons there is a significant change in the taxonomic composition of cyanobacteria and algae. The reason for this may be influational water or anthropogenic influence. At the same time, groups of similar species are observed that occur constantly.</jats:p
