Eksistensi dosen yang kompeten dan professional merupakan syarat mutlak hadirnya sistem dan praktik pendidikan yang berkualitas. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kompetensi tenaga pendidik, yaitu salah satunya dosen, dibidang aplikasi teknologi informasi kompetensi atau yang sering diistilahkan dengan ICT (Information and Communication Technology) sangatlah penting. Kinerja dosen yang berkualitas sangat dibutuhkan oleh organisasi pendidikan. Indikator kinerja adalah ukuran kuantitatif dan/atau kualitatif yang menggambarkan tingkat pencapaian suatu sasaran atau tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mampu mempengaruhi kinerja dosen diantaranya adalah kompetensi dosen. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kompetensi dosen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komputer Al-Khairiyah terhadap kinerja dan hasil pembelajaran, sebagai pertimbangan dalam mengembangkan sistem kompetensi dosen. Hal-hal yang dipersiapkan adalah kesiapan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komputer terhadap sistem kompetensi, menyiapkan jaringan infrastruktur sistem kompetensi, dari Hardware seperti Local Area Network, kemudian software dan brainware, serta hasil penilaian kompetensi menggunakan sistem kompetensi

E-Learning sebagau salah satu Information and Communication (ICT) berkembang dengan pesat termasuk pengetahuan yang sedang maju yaitu E-Learning Management. E-Laerning telah dilakukan di setiap lembaga pendidikan bersumber dari kondisi, sehingga timbul masalah umum. “ Apakah E-Laerning Management di sekolah tinggi ilmu komputer dapat meningkatkan mutu proses dan hasil pembelajaran mahasiswa. Untuk menganalisa mutu proses dan hasil pembelajaran pada E-Learning Management sekolah tinggi ilmu komputer, sebagai pertimbangan untuk membuat kebijakkan pada E-Learning, kesiapan sekolah tinggi ilmu komputer terhadap E-Learning, mensiapkan dosen yang mengerti pembelajaran dengan menggunakan aplikasi E-Learning dan menyampaikan kepada mahasiswa tentang pembelajaran teknologi E-Learning, Mempersiapkan dosen yang paham dan mengerti akan pembelajaran dan dapat menyampaikan kepada mahasiswa, jaringan infrastruktur E-Learning dari Hardware seperti Local Area Network dan Wide Area Network kemudian software dan Brainware hasil pembelajaran menggunakan sistem E-Learning
MODEL PENYALURAN BEASISWA TERHADAP TINGKAT KELULUSAN MAHASISWA DIPLOMA 3 MANAJEMEN INFORMATIKA STIKOM AL-KHAIRIYAH BAGI DUNIA KERJA DI KOTA CILEGON
Beasiswa merupakan salah satu alternatif melanjutkan pendidikan bagi mereka yang secara financial masih belum mampu membiayai pendidikan. Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komputer Al-Khairiyah merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi di wilayah Cilegon yang mampu memberikan beasiswa kepada masyarakat kurang mampu dengan program penyaluran beasiswa dari beberapa sumber yang dikelola sejak tahun 2010 melalui Program Studi Manajemen Informatika. Fokus tujuan penelitian ini adalah merumuskan model penyaluran beasiswa dengan capaian bahwa calon mahasiswa yang diberikan beasiswa jumlahnya tetap sama dengan lulusan yang dihasilkan dari program beasiswa tersebut. Model penyaluran beasiswa ini sangat penting bagi kelangsungan program studi manajemen informatika, karena dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki lulusan diploma 3 akan mampu diserap oleh dunia kerja khususnya di Kota Cilegon. Baitul Maal Krakatau Steel Group (BMKSG), Yasayan Madinatul Hadid, Rumah Zakat, Dompet Du’afa, Lazis Uswatun Hasanah, dan Lazis STIKOM Al-Khairiyah adalah pemberi beasiswa yang sejak tahun 2010 berperan aktif membiayai mahasiswa di STIKOM Al-Khairiya
Effect of Slit3 on kidney fibrosis in diabetic kidney disease rats
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of slit guidance ligand 3 (Slit3) on rats with diabetic kidney disease (DKD)-induced fibrosis.MethodsA DKD rat model was established by multiple low-dose injections of streptozotocin combined with high-sugar high-fat diet. Forty Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into the blank control group (control), diabetes mellitus (DM) group, 4-week DKD group and 8-week DKD group, with 10 rats in each group by random number table method. After successful modeling, there were 8 rats in the control group, and 6 in each of the remaining groups. The 24 h urinary protein content was detected. Total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr), and albumin (Alb) were analyzed after abdominal aorta blood collection. Hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining was used to observe the histopathological changes of the kidney. Kidney fibrosis degree was examined by Masson’s trichrome staining. The reverse-transcription quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) was performed to detect mRNA levels of Slit3, α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA), and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) in kidney tissues, and their protein levels were detected by Western blot. The expression and localization of Slit3 in kidney tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining.ResultsCompared with the control group, 24-hour urinary protein content [(37.18 ± 5.55)mg、(47.38 ± 18.19)mg vs (10.66 ± 4.87)mg], BUN [(19.18 ± 7.97)mmol/L、(21.01 ± 6.74)mmol/L vs (6.86 ± 1.15)mmol/L] and Scr [(58.02 ± 12.49)μmol/L、(61.18 ± 20.76)μmol/L vs (28.34 ± 3.35)μmol/L] of 4-week and 8-week DKD groups were significantly higher (P0.05).ConclusionSlit3 can significantly aggravate kidney fibrosis in DKD rats
Protein Folding and Misfolding on Surfaces
Protein folding, misfolding and aggregation, as well as the way misfolded and aggregated proteins affects cell viability are emerging as key themes in molecular and structural biology and in molecular medicine. Recent advances in the knowledge of the biophysical basis of protein folding have led to propose the energy landscape theory which provides a consistent framework to better understand how a protein folds rapidly and efficiently to the compact, biologically active structure. The increased knowledge on protein folding has highlighted its strict relation to protein misfolding and aggregation, either process being in close competition with the other, both relying on the same physicochemical basis. The theory has also provided information to better understand the structural and environmental factors affecting protein folding resulting in protein misfolding and aggregation into ordered or disordered polymeric assemblies. Among these, particular importance is given to the effects of surfaces. The latter, in some cases make possible rapid and efficient protein folding but most often recruit proteins/peptides increasing their local concentration thus favouring misfolding and accelerating the rate of nucleation. It is also emerging that surfaces can modify the path of protein misfolding and aggregation generating oligomers and polymers structurally different from those arising in the bulk solution and endowed with different physical properties and cytotoxicities

PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM PENGAJUAN UTTP DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PROGRAM BOOTSTRAP (PHP) DALAM RANGKA PENINGKATAN DAYA SAING DAN INOVASI PADA PT KALIBRASI INDONESIA MANDIRI
PT Kalibrasi Indonesia Mandiri is one unit of the legal metrology agency in Serang Regency that functions are to control, manage and determine the types of measuring instruments, scales and equipment (UTTP) by setting mass standards, volume standards and length standards. PT Kalibrasi Indonesia Mandiri is under department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs in Banten province, as one of the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT). In accepting UTTP (Measuring, Measure, Weighing, and Equipment) submissions from institutions or companies is still manual and there is no system. For this reasons, the author was designed a system to facilitate the processing of UTTP submissions received at the Technical Implementation Unit in a systemized (online) manner. The solution is using a web-based application. For this reason the author choose the title "Web-based UTTP Submission Information System at PT. Kalibrasi Indonesia Mandiri Serang”. In designing this system the tools used are UML (Unified modeling language) including Flowmaps, Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, File Structures, Input Output Design. The result of this study is the design of an UTTP submission information system that is used to facilitate work units in maintaining consistency and their level of performance in receiving and preparing test results reports</jats:p
Factors Influencing Green Performance in Manufacturing Industries
The study aims to examine the factors that influence green performance in the manufacturing industry as it has become a burning topic in recent times.Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) has been used as a tool to analyze the data collected from different management levels of employees from the manufacturing industries in Bangladesh. The study shows that environmental performance (ENP) is the most significant factor affecting green performance (GP) in the manufacturing industry. Moreover, economic performance (ECP), operational performance (OP), social performance (SP) and corporate governance performance (CGP) are also significant influential factors of green performance. However, the study found no significant relation between innovation performance (IP) and GP. The findings of this study provide policymakers as well as the industries’ authority valuable insight and help take necessary actions regarding green performance.</jats:p
