Consistency of personal identity as a resource of pedagogical prevention of adolescents’ radicalization
The article discusses the problem of countering the radicalization of adolescents. It is assumed that adolescents are a social group that is subject to radical influence. This paper emphasizes the growing tendency to involve adolescents and young men in extremist and terrorist acts. Modern theoretical concepts of radicalization are considered and their specific nature is determined. It is noted that all concepts take into account the role of disturbed or difficult social relationships as a latent factor of radicalization
Psychophysiological and Psychosemantic Aspects of Teaching Stress-resistant Behavior Law Enforcement Officers
The relevance of the psychophysiological aspect of stress tolerance in the professional activities of law enforcement officers arises and manifests itself in connection with the high risk of mistakes in non-ordinary situations, as well as in the development of an algorithm for assessing the prognostic psychophysiological parameters of employees
Investigating the role of the Est3 protein in yeast telomere replication
The Est3 subunit of yeast telomerase, which adopts a predicted OB-fold, is essential for telomere replication. To assess the possible contributions that Est3 might make to enzyme catalysis, we compared telomerase activity from wild type and est3-Δ strains of Saccharomyces castellii, which revealed that loss of the Est3 subunit results in a 2- to 3-fold decline in nucleotide addition. This effect was not primer-specific, based on assessment of a panel of primers that spanned the template of the S. castellii telomerase RNA. Furthermore, using nuclear magnetic resonance chemical shift perturbation, no chemical shift change was observed at any site in the protein upon addition of single-stranded DNA, arguing against a role for Est3 in recognition of telomeric substrates by telomerase. Addition of exogenous Est3 protein, including mutant Est3 proteins that are severely impaired for telomere replication in vivo, fully restored activity in est3-Δ telomerase reactions. Thus, Est3 performs an in vivo regulatory function in telomere replication, which is distinct from any potential contribution that Est3 might make to telomerase activity
The concept of an adolescent personality “self-state” with a criminal type of self-consciousness
In the late twentieth and early twenty-first centuries, theoretical ideas about the personality of deviant and delinquent teenagers reached a new level. Methods, models and explanatory schemes of stress psychology, family psychology, pathopsychology, mental trauma, hereditary and personality deformations penetrated legal psychology along with traditional methods of age, differential, pedagogical and social psychology, in the context of which specialists tried to create universal, internally consistent theories of juvenile delinquency. However, all known attempts led to another more or less realistic private theory or approach, usually leaving unanswered questions concerning time, meaning and meaninglessness, spirituality and immorality of society, loneliness and alienation of a person. Simple explanations of the causes of crime and effective measures to combat it have been and continue to be offered. Psychological science currently demonstrates an obvious inability to answer, at least, the basic methodological questions of the personality development of adolescents. A 15-year-old teenager with a tendency to criminal behavior is likely to be the most difficult object of cognition. Internal inconsistency, ambivalence of the adolescent’s attitudes, reactions and behavior make us to pay attention to the study of his consciousness and self-consciousness, the evolution of thinking, mechanisms of reflection, the history of the life line formation again. In this context, we are developing the concept of “self-state” of a teenager personality, which goes back to the ideas of L.S. Vygotsky, as well as numerous studies by domestic and foreign authors.
The main objective of this article is to substantiate the concept of “adolescent personality self-state”, its validation and operationalization. As there is virtually no such concept in psychology, the validation process will consist in substantiating the basic sources and mechanisms of its emergence, as well as in reflecting those qualities of personality that are denoted by the concept of “personality self-state”.</jats:p
Enterprise Crisis Management Algorithm
The article devotes to the study of the enterprise crisis management process. In recent years, a large number of enterprises in Ukraine have suffered losses. This result related to both the internal problems in the country and the emergence of a new coronavirus crisis. Thus, in the conditions of unstable development of both world and domestic economy, the formation of the crisis management system is important for enterprises. Thus, the enterprise crisis management algorithm offered, which takes into account the peculiarities of the activity of small, medium and large business entities. The algorithm consists of the following stages: diagnostics of the business entity (small, medium, large), determining the crisis and its causes, developing a strategy to eliminate the threat, developing crisis measures to eliminate the threat, implementation of selected measures and monitoring their implementation, identifying the reasons for the ineffectiveness of measures (in case of overcoming the crisis) and eliminating the threat. There is a significant difference in crisis management between different businesses at the diagnostic stage. For small businesses, the diagnosis consists of assessing revenue, profitability, working capital. Diagnosis of medium-sized enterprises should be comprehensive and cover all areas of enterprise activity. Diagnosis of large enterprises consists of both comprehensive diagnostics and models for assessing the level of bankruptcy. Crisis management strategies and measures for small, medium and large businesses are common; however, the choice should take into account the possibility of their implementation in a particular enterprise. Depending on the stage of the crisis, the recommended strategies and crisis management measures. In consequence of the proposed algorithm, the company will be able to timely identify and overcome threats, and ensure continuous monitoring of its activities. It was indicated the practical significance of the above algorithm, which consists in early detection and consistent overcoming of problems in the activity of domestic enterprises in an unstable economic environment.</jats:p
Ascent from the sympractical to the synsemantic system of speech utterance in the process of developing theoretical cadets’ thinking
The article deals with the mechanisms of manifestations impractical and cinematical systems in the process of speech. The problem of differences in regularities and mechanisms of transitions from the sympractical strategy of interpreting lexical meanings to the synsemantic one in adults is considered. How such transitions are made is still not well known. An attempt is made to identify the basic institutions through which the process of movement of living speech begins and the experience of utterance (discourse) of a person is formed, which determines the level of abstract or synsemantic thinking. Such knowledge is necessary not only for creating various methods of teaching foreign and native languages. Through language representations, the inner world of a person, the structure and content of his consciousness and self-consciousness becomes accessible. Attention is drawn to the relatively new American and European experience of language training of migrants for the Russian psycholinguistic community, and to the prospects for the development of bilingualism among teachers in a non- linguistic higher educational institution. The question is raised about the need to conduct research in the field of compatibility /incompatibility of non- linguistic and linguistic types of cultures, individual experiences and mental traditions of representatives of different countries studying in a departmental educational institution.</jats:p

Juvenile Delinquent as a Subject of Restorative Justice
This article discusses have often in trials and retrospective analysis of materials 80 criminal cases, which were considered a crime committed by minors, led to the conclusion about the need to change the existing criminal procedural practices in relation to adolescents and young adults. It was revealed that the subjects of law enforcement practice did not fully investigate the psychological specifics of the experience of guilt by a juvenile offender as a subject of restorative justice. As a result, the system of criminal punishment and psychological and pedagogical conditions for the implementation of the program for the correction of juvenile offenders were not effective, since they did not take into account the level of their personal and subjective maturity and the specifics of the individual experience of guilt.</jats:p
