In this work, compositions based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC), nitrile rubber (SKN-26), and dolomite (a nanoparticle with a size of 56 nm) were studied, and the optimal working receptor based on them was determined. In the future, the physical and mechanical properties of the resulting composition were investigated. The compositions were obtained in various combinations of initial components at a temperature of 150–175°C for 8–10 minutes. The purpose of the study was to investigate the process of modifying PVC with SKN-26 using nanoparticles. The resulting optimal composition was recommended for packaging plastic windows, as well as for the production of linoleum

The properties of mixtures and vulcanizates of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and synthetic rubber of ethylene-propylene terpolymer (SREPT) have been studied. The physical and mechanical properties of vulcanizates have been studied. Thus, a vulcanizate based on a mixture of PVC with synthetic rubber of ethylene propylene terpolymer has a higher oil and petrol resistance than a vulcanizate based on unmodified SREPT. It became known that 10 mass. spare parts in synthetic rubber ethylene-propylene terpolymer PVX are optimal for modification. synthetic rubber-based ethylene propylene terpolymer. 30 mass parts and when turned on, the degree of swelling of the vulcanizate decreases in gasoline by 2.7 times, in a mixture of gasoline-benzene (3:1) by 2.3 times, and in Avtol-10 oil by 3.2 times </jats:p

In this research work, the amount of rubber dust formed as a result of the friction of the tires used on vehicles in a large city on the road was determined and it was shown that every day, approximately 5 grams of toxic rubber dust is swallowed by each of the city's population. This environmental disaster and its elimination ways of lifting have been investigated. Special compositions were prepared based on tires that were out of use and turned into waste. The optimal recipe was selected by using these compositions to prepare polymer asphalt concrete. tire recycling is of great economic importance. So, more than 80% of oil refinery products are used for their preparation, so by using them after use, we have solved both environmental and economic issues The study showed that if we add rubber scraps with 5 mass particles up to 1 mm to oil road bitumen, we can increase the main indicators of the obtained polymer bitumen composition by 2b tim

The sources of scientific literature on the research have been investigated, various approaches to the processing and modification of polymers have been analyzed, and the main direction of the study has been identified. The changes in the properties of thin layers of industrially produced low-density polyethylene (LDPE) grades 10803-20 and 16603-01operating01 operating under different climatic conditions have been studied having, and it has been determined that changes with different intensities occur in the structure and in this connection in the physical and mechanical properties of LDPE that was in operation at different time intervals and in different climatic conditions of the Absheron Peninsula and the Aran region: melt flow index of polymer alloy, tensile strength at break, relative extension, and values of the indicator sreredeteriorate ing. sreredeteriorate. Inpolymerm, samplareasis formed 24,2 – 28,6% of the insoluble phase and as a result of oxidation up to  12,3 – 16,8rbonyl, HDD,,ox,y,l and other functional groups. The latex synthesis in the presence of ethylene-propylene copolymer and methacrylic acid (MAA) was considered for this experiment. The kinetic regularities of the synthesis process were determined and the optimal quantities and ratios of the components were determined both experimentally and by mathematical modeling. It was determined that a modified latex with optimal values is obtained when the amount of methacrylic acid in the latex is 5 parts by weight. The absorbent composition was prepared latex-based based on synthesized EPC – + methacrylic acid. The prepared absorbent was impregnated with viscose (22B) and 222K kapron cord and a rubber-cord bond were determined. The findings of the present study show that the aqueous dispersions of EPC latex were synthesized using various emulsifiers with high technological stability. The presence of the main factors affecting the stability and adhesive properties of the EPC aqueous dispersion has been established. It has been shown that the best stability for 6 months is achieved at a pH value of 12.EPC water emulsion was modified in the presence of MAA by graft copolymerization.</jats:p
