Rekonstruksihukum Islam Danimplikasi Sosial Budaya Pasca Reformasi Di Indonesia

: The fact explains that the Prophet Muhammad is not completely destroy the tradition of pre-Islamic Arabia. In fact, Prophet Muhammad creating many rules of customary law which legalizing pre-Islamic custom of Arab society, thus giving the place for the practice of customary law in the Islamic legal system. The significance of culture in Islamic law and then passed on by his successors. Thus, culture has an important position in the history of Islamic law. It also proves that the culture that developed in the community should not be subject to the legal expression of Islam (Arabic style), but Islamic law is the subject of mutation process under the auspices of cultures living in the community as long as it is not contrary to the fundamental teachings and spirit of Islam . In the Indonesian context, there are at least two important initiatives, namely: "fiqh Indonesia" and "pribumisasi Islam". There are at least two important principles in this process namely: first, contextual, Islamic law is understood as a doctrine which associated with the dimensions of time and space. Secondly, respect local traditions. With these two principles, pribumisasi of Islamic law will become clearer. Thus, the post-reform must be a positive moment to reconstruct the local culture, rather than destroy it by forcing law concept which does not fit with the personality of the Indonesian people

Analisis Perbandingan antara Algoritma Rijndael dan Algoritma Twofish dalam Penyandian Teks

Kemudahan pengaksesan media komunikasi dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi informasi tentunya akan memberikan dampak bagi keamanan informasi atau pesan yang menggunakan media komunikasi tersebut. Penyandian terhadap file diperlukan untuk meminimalisasi file yang akan dikirim atau yang disimpan agar tidak diketahui, dimanipulasi atau diambil oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggungjawab, maka dibutuhkan metode yang dapat menjaga kerahasiaan suatu informasi yang salah satunya adalah kriptografi. Algoritma rijndael dan twofish sama-sama memiliki panjang kunci yang dapat digunakan, yaitu 128, 192 dan 256 bit. Algoritma rijndael memiliki putaran sebanyak 10 kali dengan panjang kunci 128 bit dan melakukan beberapa transformasi dalam proses enkripsi dan dekripsinya. Algoritma twofish menggunakan sejenis jaringan feistel, fungsi f, MDS matriks dan pseudo hadamard transform dengan putaran sebanyak 16 kali dengan panjang kunci 128 bit dalam proses enkripsi dan dekripsinya

REKONSTRUKSIHUKUM ISLAM DANIMPLIKASI SOSIAL BUDAYA PASCA REFORMASI DI INDONESIA

Abstrak: Nabi Muhammad tidak sepenuhnya memusnahkan tradisi Arab pra-Islam. Bahkan, Nabi Muhammad banyak menciptakan aturan-aturan yang melegalkan hukum adat masyarakat Arab, sehingga memberi tempat bagi praktik hukum adat di dalam sistem hukum Islam. Signifikansi peran budaya dalam hukum Islam kemudian diteruskan oleh para penerusnya. Dengan demikian, budaya memiliki posisi yang penting dalam sejarah hukum Islam. Ini juga membuktikan bahwa budaya yang berkembang dalam masyarakat tidak harus tunduk dalam ekspresi hukum Islam (corak Arab), melainkan hukum Islam harus melakukan proses mutasi untuk beradaptasi di bawah naungan budaya yang hidup di masyarakat sepanjang budaya tersebut tidak bertentangan dengan ajaran fundamental dan spirit Islam. Dalam konteks Indonesia, paling tidak ada dua gagasan penting, yaitu: “fikih Indonesia” dan “pribumisasi Islam”. Dari kedua gagasan ini, setidaknya ada dua paradigma penting dalam upaya pribumisasi hukum Islam, yaitu: pertama, kontekstual, hukum Islam dipahami sebagai ajaran yang terkait dengan dimensi zaman dan tempat. Kedua, menghargai tradisi lokal. Dengan kedua paradigma ini, maka pribumisasi hukum Islam akan menjadi lebih jelas. Dengan demikian, pasca reformasi haruslah menjadi momen positif untuk merekontruksi budaya lokal, bukan malah menghancurkannya dengan pemaksaan konsep hukum yang tidak sesuai dengan kepribadian bangsa Indonesia. Qiraatu Syi’ri al-Munajah li al-Syaikh Zakariya al-Anshari: Dirasah Nadzariyah Istiqbaliyah ‘ala Thullab Ma’had Dar al-‘Ulum Banyuanyar Pamekasan Madura

It is customary for the students of the Darul Ulum Banyuanyar Islamic Boarding School to read the poetry of Zakiaria Al-Ansori after the fardu prayer. The verse is read repeatedly by the students. This is interesting for research to examine how students respond when reading these poems. Of course the poems that are recited have an impact on the santri themselves in the form of peace of mind, sharing, and blessings. To produce data, researchers used observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that some of the respondents when reading the poem did not make an impression and only as ordinary reading, of course, due to ignorance of the poem. So by knowing the meaning, the respondent will be able to absorb the poetry reading which is done after the five daily prayers. This research is a field research with a reception aesthetic approach

Influence of inclusions on limit state of Al-6%Mg alloy in the conditions of stretch and creep

Створено розрахункову скінченно-елементну модель для дослідження впливу руйнування крихких включень у матеріалі на пошкоджуваність у вершині тріщини в умовах розтягу, комбінованого розтягу, повзучості та динамічної повзучості з урахуванням параметрів структурної неоднорідності. Виявлено, що критична пошкоджуваність не залежить від виду та схеми навантаження і для алюмінієвого сплаву АМг6 дорівнює 4%. Запропоновано методику оцінювання впливу параметрів включень на тріщиностійкість алюмінієвого сплаву. Запропоновано розрахункові залежності критичного розкриття та часу до зрушення тріщини у сплаві АМг6 від параметрів навантаження.Finite-element computation model is created for investigation the influence of brittle inclusions destruction in the material for damage in the crack tip with stretch, combined stretch, creep and dynamic creep with taking into account structural heterogeneousness parameters. It is investigated that critic damage does not depend on type and scheme of load and for Al-6%Mg alloy is equal 4%. The methods of estimation the influence of inclusions parameters on threshold of aluminium alloy. Computation reliance of critic opening and time before the crack initiation in Al-6%Mg alloy on the load parameters is recommended

Pengendara mobil elit membuang sampah ditengah jalan tanpa memperhatikan pengendara motor di belakangnya dan tidak mempedulikan aspek lingkugan. Metode penelitian yang dugunakan adalah kualitatif dengan obyek penelitian adalah MI Ar-Rasyid yang berada di pelosok di Kabuparen Sumenep. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara Hasil penelitian ini mengsilkan temuan antara lain, pembiasaan prilaku bina lingukanga dan membangun kesadaran tanggung jawab lingkungan
