The organizational-economic mechanism for the development of integration processes in the production and processing of products

Purpose: The article considers the development of integration processes in the production and processing of agricultural products. Design/Methodology/Approach: The competitive development of regional economic complexes requires identifying and implementing new, more efficient forms of production and business activities. Findings: The development of integration processes in agriculture and processing industry is an important condition affecting the efficiency of economic entities, as well as their organizational, economic and financial sustainability. Practical implications: The authors suggest an organizational-economic project of the regional integration structure. Originality/Value: One of the most popular methods for solving the problem of further development of diversified agricultural enterprises is the integration of manufacturers that allows combining the entire reproduction cycle into a single process - starting with the production of raw materials and ending with the release of high-quality products intended for final consumption.peer-reviewe

NMR analysis of the composition of essential oil of fur during its evaporation

Comparative analysis of the composition of essential oil of fir during its evaporation in air for 12 weeks by method of NMR 1 H and 13 C was carried out. 12 major essential oil components were identified and quantified. It was found that the compositional change of essential oil is reflected experimentally in the quantitative content of components, and caused mainly by evaporation of highly volatile compounds. Thermonuclear Burning Regimes and the Use of SNe Ia in Cosmology

The calculations of the light curves of thermonuclear supernovae are carried out by a method of multi-group radiation hydrodynamics. The effects of spectral lines and expansion opacity are taken into account. The predictions for UBVI fluxes are given. The values of rise time for B and V bands found in our calculations are in good agreement with the observed values. We explain why our results for the rise time have more solid physical justification than those obtained by other authors. It is shown that small variations in the chemical composition of the ejecta, produced in the explosions with different regimes of nuclear burning, can influence drastically the light curve decline in the B band and, to a lesser extent, in the V band. We argue that recent results on positive cosmological constant Lambda, found from the high redshift supernova observations, could be wrong in the case of possible variations of the preferred mode of nuclear burning in the earlier Universe.Comment: 20 pages, 5 figures, presented at the conference "Astronomy at the Eve of the New Century", Puschino, May 17-22, 1999. Dynamics of Old Industrial Regions of the Upraise and Falling of Russian Economic Cycles

The specifics of Russian economic cycles, in particular, is that their course differs markedly in different regions, resulting in increased asymmetry in regional development. The paper studied of the influence of historical and sectoral factors, which determine the economic specialisation of the region, and the features of the sectoral structure of the regional economic in growth of the old industrial regions of Russia. Thus, the author concluded the nature of their dynamics mainly determines the sectoral factor and revealed a significant number of promising economic specialisations is a characteristic of the old industrial territories in virtue of the historical features of the industry growth in the Soviet period and the external position of economic activity. The outcome is that it is necessary to conduct a selective regional policy aimed at overcoming the limitations of the resource, organizational, and institutional nature of the development of old industrial regions

Ranking as Method of Evaluating Old-Industrial Regions in Russia

Ranking is an acute method used in comparative estimation of regions in the system of state governance. The goal of ranking is to build typology and to carry out comparative analysis of old-industrial regions in order to assess the potential of their transformation into centers of economic growth in the Russian Federation. The article provides the review of authoritative Russian rankings of such regions that demonstrate topicality of using integral figures in the process of estimation. The author put forward methodology of old-industrial region ranking by dynamics of integral indicator in development and characterized its key stages and their content. The system of indicators was advanced to assess the potential of old-industrial region transformation into centers of national economy growth in Russia. This ranking methodology used regularly in the form of monitoring can give an opportunity to form the database concerning old-industrial regions and in proper time identify challenges and problems acute for a concrete region. On the basis of results of old-industrial region ranking we can draw a conclusion that regions of the first three groups of the ranking can be considered as potential centers of national economy growth as they possess the necessary potential of self-development, possibilities to participate in processes of regional interaction and stable institutions of development

Estabilidade psicoemocional: Aspectos pedagógicos e tecnológicos de sua formação no ambiente educacional da universidade

This study aims to consider educational conditions for the formation of psychoemotional stability of student-athletes for competitive events in dance sports in a university environment. This article also attempts to make a theoretical analysis of the formation of psychoemotional stability, the impact on the educational and training process, and the result of competitive activity based on teaching aids and firsthand knowledge. To meet the study’s aims, theoretical analysis, and systematization methods are utilized. The results obtained demonstrate the pedagogical importance of the formation of psychoemotional stability of athletes at the stage of improving sportsmanship to contest and competition activities in dance sports, its influence on the educational and training process, and the quality of performance under conditions of vigorous competitive stress has been revealed.Este estudio tiene como objetivo considerar las condiciones educativas para la formación de la estabilidad psicoemocional de los estudiantes-atletas para eventos competitivos en danza deportiva en un ambiente universitario. Este artículo también intenta hacer un análisis teórico de la formación de la estabilidad psicoemocional, el impacto en el proceso educativo y de formación, y el resultado de la actividad competitiva sobre la base de los medios de enseñanza y el conocimiento de primera mano. Para cumplir con los objetivos del estudio, se utilizan métodos de análisis teórico y sistematización. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran la importancia pedagógica de la formación de la estabilidad psicoemocional de los deportistas en la etapa de perfeccionamiento de la deportividad para las actividades de concurso y competición en el deporte de la danza, su influencia en el proceso educativo y formativo, y la calidad del desempeño en condiciones de fuerte estrés competitivo. ha sido revelado.  Este estudo tem como objetivo considerar as condições educacionais para a formação da estabilidade psicoemocional de alunos-atletas para eventos competitivos de dança esportiva em ambiente universitário. Запропонована навчально-методична розробка орієнтована на забезпечення студентів четвертого курсу факультетів історії, політології та національної безпеки, культури і мистецтв, педагогічної освіти та соціальної роботи, філології та журналістики, юридичного факультету матеріалом до складання екзамену з дисципліни «Іноземна мова (за професійним спрямуванням)» у формі комп’ютерного тестування. Посібник спрямований допомогти студентам у повторенні вивченого лексичного та граматичного матеріалу та перевірити рівень їхньої загальної іншомовної комунікативної компетенції. Завдання складені з урахуванням обсягу матеріалу, вимог до знань і вмінь студентів ІV курсу факультетів історії, політології та національної безпеки, культури і мистецтв, педагогічної освіти та соціальної роботи, філології та журналістики, юридичного факультету, передбачених програмами. Тести включають завдання, які розподілені на три рівні відповідно до ступеня їх складності. Змістове наповнення першого та другого рівнів складається з тестів, які відповідають таким граматичним темам: множина іменників, ступені порівняння прикметників, різні види запитань, часові форми активного і пасивного станів, пряма/непряма мова, узгодження часів, інфінітив, герундій, модальні дієслова. Тести третього рівня утворюють лексичні завдання, які відповідають навчальним програмам дисципліни «Іноземна мова (за професійним спрямуванням)» для факультетів історії, політології та національної безпеки, культури і мистецтв, педагогічної освіти та соціальної роботи, філології та журналістики, юридичного факультету. Тести складені згідно з вимогами програми Зовнішнього Незалежного Оцінювання для вступу до магістратури (Multiple Choice Questions, Use of English). До уваги студентів представлено тести закритої форми із запропонованими відповідями, з котрих потрібно вибрати одну правильну відповідь. Методична розробка орієнтована на забезпечення студентів другого курсу гуманітарних спеціальностей матеріалом для підготовки до складання іспиту з дисципліни «Іноземна мова (за професійним спрямуванням)» у формі комп’ютерного тестування та спрямована на допомогу в орієнтації у типах тестових завдань, особливостях їх виконання, а також для самоконтролю та перевірки рівня загальної іншомовної комунікативної компетенції студентів. Завдання укладені з урахуванням передбачених навчальними програмами вимог до знань та вмінь студентів ІІ курсу гуманітарних спеціальностей. Тести розподілені на три рівні відповідно до ступеня їх складності та представлені завданнями кількох типів: 1) вибір однієї правильної відповіді з чотирьох можливих, 2) вибір двох правильних відповідей із п’яти можливих та 3) завдання відкритого типу з вільноконструйованими відповідями.
