FEKTIVITAS PERAN PENYULUH AGAMA ISLAM DALAM MENGURANGI ANGKA PERNIKAHAN USIA DINI DI KANTOR URUSAN AGAMA (KUA) KECAMATAN BANGKINANG KOTA KABUPATEN KAMPAR DARI TAHUN 2019-2022
Angka pernikahan dini di Kantor Urusan Agama Bangkinang Kota mengalami
penurunan dalam rentang waktu empat tahun terakhir ini, yakni dari tahun 2019
sampai tahun 2022. Penurunan angka tersebut tentu tidak dapat dilepaskan dari
peran penyuluh agama Kantor Urusan Agama Bangkinang Kota. Oleh karena
itulah penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran para penyuluh
di sana dalam menurunkan angka pernikahan dini, dengan mengajukan tiga
pertanyaan sebagai rumusan masalahnya: 1. Apa saja program penyuluh agama
dalam menurunkan angka pernikahan usia dini di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA)
Kec. Bangkinang Kota Kabupaten Kampar. 2. Bagaimana pengaruh program
penyuluh agama Islam dalam mengurangi angka pernikahan usia dini di di sana.
Kemudian, 3. Bagaimana efektivitas dan tantangan penyuluh agama dalam
mengurangi pernikahan usia dini di sana. Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatiflapangan
yang data-datanya diambil dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan
dokumentasi dan disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif-analitis. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Para penyuluh agama Kantor Urusan Agama Bangkinang
Kota memiliki program penyuluhan agama ke kalangan orang tua di tempattempat
kondisional, dan ke kalangan para pemuda, melalui program Bimbingan
Remaja Usia Sekolah, di sekolah-sekolah dengan materi yang sama, yakni materi
tentang bahaya pernikahan dini yang mudaratnya jauh lebih besar dari
manfaatnya. 2. Upaya nyata yang mereka lakukan dalam menyuluh dengan
menggunakan metode ceramah, presentasi, soisalisasi, seminar di sekolah-sekolah
menengah atas, majelis-majelis taklim dan tempat-tempat wirid serta menjalin
kerja sama atau menggandeng stakeholder lainnya, seperti pemangku Dinas
Kesehatan, Dinas Pendidikan, tokoh-tokoh masyarakat, tokoh-tokoh agama, dan
ormas-ormas kemasyarakatan dan keagamaan lainnya. 3. Kegiatan penyuluhan
yang dilakukan oleh penyuluh agama Kantor Urusan Agama Bangkinang sebagai
sebuah kegiatan organisasi telah menjalankan aturan yang ditetapkan oleh
Kementerian Agama dengan efektif, yakni berjalan sesuai dengan aturan atau
berjalan sesuai dengan target yang ditentukan oleh organisasi tersebut dan
hasilnya mendatangkan manfaat. Adapun peluang yang dimiliki oleh KUA
Bangkinang adalah mereka mempunyai kemampuan kuat dan motivasi yang baik
untuk melaksanakan tugas melakukan penyuluhan, baik dari segi materi atau
keilmuan. Peluang dari sisi masyarakat adalah mereka mempunyai semangat
untuk belajar dan menghadiri kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh penyuluh agama KUA
Bangkinang. Sedangkan tantangan-tantangan yang sedang dan akan mereka
hadapi adalah adanya pergaulan bebas remaja, kemajuan teknologi, pemahaman
keagamaan klasik, dan ketidakpercayaan masyarakat terhadap apa yang

The power of mouse models in the diagnostic odyssey of patients with rare congenital anomalies
\ua9 The Author(s) 2025. Congenital anomalies are structural or functional abnormalities present at birth, which can be caused by genetic or environmental influences. The availability of genome sequencing has significantly increased our understanding of congenital anomalies, but linking variant identification to functional relevance and definitive diagnosis remains challenging. Many genes have unknown or poorly understood functions, and with a lack of clear genotype-to-phenotype correlations, it can be difficult to move from variant discovery to diagnosis. Thus, for most congenital anomalies, there still exists a “diagnostic odyssey” which presents a significant burden to patients, families and society. Animal models are essential in the gene discovery process because they allow researchers to validate candidate gene function and disease progression within intact organisms. However, use of advanced model systems continues to be limited due to the complexity of efficiently generating clinically relevant animals. Here we focus on the use of precisely engineered mice in variant-to-function studies for resolving molecular diagnoses and creating powerful preclinical models for congenital anomalies, covering advances in genomics, genome editing and phenotyping approaches as well as the necessity for future initiatives aligning animal modelling to deep patient multimodal datasets

Factors influencing success of clinical genome sequencing across a broad spectrum of disorders
To assess factors influencing the success of whole-genome sequencing for mainstream clinical diagnosis, we sequenced 217 individuals from 156 independent cases or families across a broad spectrum of disorders in whom previous screening had identified no pathogenic variants. We quantified the number of candidate variants identified using different strategies for variant calling, filtering, annotation and prioritization. We found that jointly calling variants across samples, filtering against both local and external databases, deploying multiple annotation tools and using familial transmission above biological plausibility contributed to accuracy. Overall, we identified disease-causing variants in 21% of cases, with the proportion increasing to 34% (23/68) for mendelian disorders and 57% (8/14) in family trios. We also discovered 32 potentially clinically actionable variants in 18 genes unrelated to the referral disorder, although only 4 were ultimately considered reportable. Our results demonstrate the value of genome sequencing for routine clinical diagnosis but also highlight many outstanding challenges
On the definition of the deuterium-tritium ion beam parameters for the SORGENTINA-RF fusion neutron source
The SORGENTINA-RF project aims to develop a 14 MeV fusion neutron source to produce medical radioisotopes with special focus on 99Mo. The facility is based on a positive ion source with an acceleration stage to produce a deuterium (D+) and tritium (T+) ion beam that, impacting on a titanium-coated rotating target, allows fusion reactions to take place. Maximizing the neutron production rate is one of the main issues to be addressed in the project and the optimization of some key parameters of the ion beam is of paramount importance in this regard. In this study, a methodology is discussed to reach a definition of the beam characteristics for an effective and sustainable operation of the plant. The most convenient layout that has been found out is based on a single ion source fed by a deuterium and tritium gas mixture. On the expected performance of the SORGENTINA-RF fusion neutron source
A study devoted to assessing the neutronic performance of the SORGENTINA-RF fusion neutron source is here presented. The calculation is performed considering the characteristics of the accelerated mixed deuterium/tritium ion beam from the ion source, the transport of ions into the titanium layer that constitutes the ion beam target, their implantation and the fusion reaction cross section. An investigation has been done by varying the ion composition of the beam in order to assess if and to what extent diatomic and triatomic ion species affect the neutron emission rate of the plant. This calculation is also instrumental to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of equipping the ion source with a filtering system to remove secondary ions from the beam

1036675The purpose of this reference guide is to provide local agency staff a resource on four intelligent warning devices (active warning signs) that includes a general explanation on the use of the sign and their effectiveness, recommended installation protocols, alternative countermeasures to consider and maintenance considerations. With this guide, agency staff can identify whether implementation is warranted and further provide sourced responses to citizen\u2019s requests for them. The four intelligent warning devices covered in this reference guide includes: \u2022 LED Enabled Signs, \u2022 Radar Speed Feedback Signs, \u2022 Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons, and \u2022 Dynamic \u201cNo Turn on Red\u201d Signs. Nevertheless, the information provided must be used with engineering judgement. Due to the differences between urban vs. rural environments, city vs. county agencies and staff availability, there is no one size fits all approach. Identification of Intragenic Exon Deletions and Duplication of TCF12 by Whole Genome or Targeted Sequencing as a Cause of TCF12-Related Craniosynostosis
TCF12-related craniosynostosis can be caused by small heterozygous loss-of-function mutations in TCF12. Large intragenic rearrangements, however, have not been described yet. Here, we present the identification of four large rearrangements in TCF12 causing TCF12-related craniosynostosis. Whole-genome sequencing was applied on the DNA of 18 index cases with coronal synostosis and their family members (43 samples in total). The data were analyzed using an autosomal-dominant disease model. Structural variant analysis reported intragenic exon deletions (of sizes 84.9, 8.6, and 5.4 kb) in TCF12 in three different families. The results were confirmed by deletion-specific PCR and dideoxy-sequence analysis. Separately, targeted sequencing of the TCF12 genomic region in a patient with coronal synostosis identified a tandem duplication of 11.3 kb. The pathogenic effect of this duplication was confirmed by cDNA analysis. These findings indicate the importance of screening for larger rearrangements in patients suspected to have TCF12-related craniosynostosis

O atendimento ao público na Secretaria da Receita Federal apresentava sérios
problemas. A estrutura da organização baseava-se em sistemas especializados por área técnica. Cada sistema executava, ao mesmo tempo, atividades internas e de atendimento, sem especialização para esta tarefa e sem uniformização dos procedimentos entre os diversos balcões.A insatisfação com essa situação levou à discussão dos problemas no Seminário sobre Atendimento ao Público na Receita Federal; e à publicação de duas portarias, criando o Programa de Melhoria do Atendimento ao Contribuinte, as Centrais de Atendimento ao Contribuinte — CAC e os Grupos Nacionais de Apoio ao Atendimento. As unidades que implantaram o CAC constatam os seguintes resultados: maior satisfação de contribuintes e atendentes; valorização da atividade de atendimento; ampliação da capacidade de atendimento, com maior produtividade; descongestionamento de outros
