    Internal Photoeffect in Films of Poly-N-Epoxypropylcarbazole with High Concentration of Anion Polymethine Dye

    Growth of concentration of the anion polymethine dye in the films of poly-N-epoxypropylcarbazole involves increase of quenching of photoluminescence in external electric field as well as appearance of longwave band of the photoluminescence and photoconductivity within visible spectral range. It was ascertained that associates of ionic pairs of the dye arise when the concentration increases. Anomalous for semiconductor materials kinetics of the photocurrent growth and relaxation was observed in the films of these composites: time of the photocurrent growth is much less than the time of its relaxation after the light is switched off.     Photoconducting film compositions based on cobalt (II) and nickel (II) octanoates doped by cationic and(or) anionic polymethine dyes are obtained. Their electric and photoconductive properties are investigated. Anomalous for semiconductor materials peculiarities of the photocurrent were observed in these composites. Effect of memory of preliminary illumination with light was observed in the obtained films. The scheme of non-equilibrium charge carriers photogeneration process in these compositions are suggested.     Увагу зосереджено на похибках різних навігаційних систем, які використовуються окремо і мають певні свої недоліки. Використавши метод поєднання різнорідних систем в одну ми отримали досить високий рівень точності і автономності роботи системи та визначення параметрів навігації та орієнтації.The article focuses on the errors of different navigation systems used separately and have certain drawbacks. Using the method of combining disparate systems into one, we have a high level of accuracy and the autonomy of the system and determine the parameters of navigation and orientation. High quality requirements for navigation support drones explain the emergence of new approaches in developing navigation systems for aircraft. None of the commonly used navigation systems alone does not provide requirements for continuous high-precision determination of the location of the aircraft regardless of the time of navigation equipment and traversed path. At the same time, strict requirements to navigation systems (in terms of reliable, continuous, noiseproof, high-definition navigational parameters of the object) can be provided by integrating heterogeneous navigational aids, including autonomous navigation systems and satellite navigation systems, the only navigation system, using modern methods of information processing. The aim of this work is to develop an integrated system of research and guidance and navigation UAV that includes strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS), an overview and comparative system (OCS) and receiver satellite navigation system (SNS). For greater reliability and accuracy of the output signal using Kalman filter. Work on developing an integrated system for navigation and targeting drone. As a result of the work studies the possibility of increasing the accuracy and reliability of obtaining navigational information on board unmanned aerial vehicles by combining diverse navigational sensors in a single integrated navigation system and the use of Kalman filtering. Semi natural modeling of the system confirmed the adequacy of the developed mathematical models and adherence to the proposed approaches and techniques. The findings of error determination of the coordinates of a moving object dropped: height from 10 m to 0.6 m, in latitude from 5 m to 0.2 m in longitude from 6 m to 0.15 m, and the standard deviation of error definition speed - respectively from 0.05 m/s to 0.0086 m/s. The errors of estimation of the angular orientation of a moving object was about 30 arc. minutes.В статье внимание сосредоточено на погрешностях различных навигационных систем, используемых отдельно и имеющих определенные свои недостатки.     Will Universal Jurisdiction Advance Accountability for Sexualized and Gender-based Crimes? A View from Within on Progress and Challenges in Germany

    This Article is based on the professional experiences of the authors working as lawyers and activists towards accountability for sexualized and gender-based crimes under international law. It provides a critical evaluation of universal jurisdiction cases in Germany addressing conflict-related sexualized violence. In particular, the article looks deeper into the Office of the German Federal Prosecutor General of the Federal Court of Justice's (GBA) approach to gender while taking note of the barriers in the way of investigating and adjudicating crimes under international law. Both authors have been following universal jurisdiction developments in Germany closely, particularly in relation to the investigation and prosecution of sexual and gender-based crimes. With regard to the proceedings against two high-rank representatives of the armed rebel group Forces D\'mocratiques de liberation du Rwanda (FDLR), the findings in this article are informed by trial monitoring reports organized and conducted by a group of organisations and institutions, namely Medica Mondiale, the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR), and the Hamburger Institut f\"r Sozialforschung.     Photoelectric and Spectral Properties of Composite Films based on GCBE-Oligomer with Different Concentrations of Polymethine Dyes

    Thin film of composites based on N-epoxypropylcarbazole and n-butylglycidyl ether co-oligomer (GCBE) sensitized by various concentrations of cationic polymethine dyes with different polymethine chain length have been prepared. Their photophysical, electrical, and spectral properties have been investigated. All studied composite films have been shown to exhibited photoconductivity effect. In film composites with high concentration of the dye photovoltaic effect have been detected. The diffusion nature of this effect and its features correlation with electronic properties of PCFs components has been established

    Im Artikel geht es um die Rolle der Lernscouts in der Lerngruppenarbeit im Selbststudium und in der Präsenzlehre. Die Lernscouts sind Studierende, die andere Studierende bei ihrem Lernprozess unterstützen und begleiten. Sie bieten Hilfe bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Lehrveranstaltungen, bei der Prüfungsvorbereitung und bei Projektarbeiten. Dabei geht es nicht nur um fachliche Unterstützung, sondern auch um die Förderung von kooperativen Arbeitsformen und die Entwicklung von Kompetenzen im Rahmen des lebenslangen Lernens. Der Artikel beschreibt die organisatorischen Bedingungen, den Einstieg in die Lerngruppenarbeit, den Rahmen für eine erfolgreiche Gruppenarbeit und die Evaluation des Konzepts. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die Lernscouts eine wichtige Rolle bei der Verbesserung der Lernbedingungen und der Kompetenz- und Persönlichkeitsentwicklung der Studierenden spielen. Learning scouts are students who support and guide other students in their learning process. They offer help in preparing for and following up on courses, in preparing for exams and in project work. This involves not only technical support, but also the promotion of cooperative forms of work and the development of competencies in the context of lifelong learning. The article describes the organizational conditions, the introduction to learning group work, the framework for successful group work and the evaluation of the concept.
