Support for Ethno-religious Violence in Indonesia
This study focused on the relationship between ethno-religious identification and support for intergroup violence in Indonesia. It employed a cross-cultural comparative research design involving Muslim and Christian respondents from different ethnic groups in two research areas. One of these areas, Ambon, experiences frequent eruptions of inter-group violence, while the other, Yogyakarta, is relatively peaceful; while disputes have occurred occasionally, they have not led to massive intergroup violence. This research used a mixture of quantitative and qualitative approaches This study finds stronger identification with religion than with ethnicity. Muslims show greater ethno-religious identification than Christians. It also presents evidence for the proposition regarding religiocentrism in which a positive evaluation of the religious in-group is related to in-group identification and induces derogatory attitudes towards out-groups. The findings are also consistent with propositions concerning nationalistic attitudes which suggest that increased ethno-religious identification reduces nationalism
ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN RINTISAN IMPLEMENTASI SEKOLAH PENYELENGGARA PENDIDIKAN INKLUSIF (SPPI) PROPINSI JAWA TENGAH TAHUN 2010
The purpose of this study is to analyze the basic needs that are still needed in the implementation of inclusive education in Central Java Province.
The subjects were all 155 schools as inclusive education providers Province Central Java.
Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data qualitative-descriptive analysis approach was used with gap-analysis techniques by analyzing the gap between the indicators of school success of inclusive education providers with the fact.
The research concluded that the school readiness level of inclusion in general education provider has just reached 38.82%. When consulted on the delivery table indicator of the success of inclusive education schools score threshold 56, then the school inclusive education providers in Central Java province in 2010 is still in rank to E or not ready/not ready to implement inclusive education. The components that require immediate priority is the component cost centers (15.94% performance level), infrastructure (19.19% performance level), only the institutional components that have exceeded the minimum (61.10%).

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebutuhan dasar yang masih diperlukan di dalam implementasi penyelenggaraan pendidikan Inklusi di Provinsi Jawa Tengah.
Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh sekolah inklusi di Provinsi Jawa Tengah sejumlah 155 sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan kuisioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah pendekatan diskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik gap analysis dengan cara menganalisis perbedaan antara indikator sekolah inklusif dengan fakta lapangan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan sekolah secara umum baru diperoleh 38,82%. Jika dibandigkan dengan tabel pendidikan inklusif yang ideal dengan skor dasar 56, sehingga kesiapan skolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif di provinsi Jawa Tengah masih pada tataran nilai E atau dapat dikatakan bahwa sekolah belum memiliki kesiapan dalam mengimplementasikan Pendidikan Inklusi. Komponen utama yang menjadi prioritas persyaratan utama adalah komponen yang berkaitan dengan pembiayaan (sebesar 15,94%), infrastuktur (sebesar 19,91%), komponen yang telah memeuhi standar minimal adalah komponen institusional sebesar 61,10 %.

Pengembangan Desain Produk Seni Kerajinan Kerang Simping
Craft capiz shells (Amusium pleuronectes) has great demand. Generally, products in the form of lamp shades is made with a system using a brass frame. In some regions, the brass is difficult to obtain, so we need research products using a frame systems shells with antique rattan ± 4mm wide. Products are made in the form of lampshade and partition. Products are installed in the showroom BBKB and interviews were conducted with 30 respondents, using 10 items of instruments. Assessment system with Likert scale and value of quality product is 71 (for the highest score 100) or 71% of the expected quality. It means products have good quality. Design of shells for craft products can be developed caused by great demand and can be marketed with a good price according with the design of products and level of difficulty in the making
PENINGKATAN MINAT MENULIS PUISI SISWA KELAS VI SD NEGERI BUMIJO DENGAN SUMBER BELAJAR ALAM SEKITAR MELALUI PENDEKATAN KONTEKSTUAL
SubagyaABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat menulis puisi pada siswa kelas VI SD Bumijo Yogyakarta dengan sumber belajar alam sekitar melalui pendekatan kontekstual. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 39 orang siswa dengan nilai kemampuan rata-rata awal menulis puisi adalah 68,4. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas model Kemmis dan Taggart dengan tahapan perencanaan, alternatif pemecahan masalah, tindakan, analisis, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata awal kelompok adalah 68,4 dan mandiri 65,2, meningkat menjadi 73,3 (nilai rata-rata kelompok) serta 71,20 (nilai rata-rata mandiri) di siklus I, dan menjadi 79,4 (nilai rata-rata kelompok) serta 78,0 (nilai rata-rata mandiri) di siklus II.Kata kunci: menulis puisi, sumber belajar, alam sekitar, pembelajaran kontekstualThe aims of this research are to increase students’ interest in writing poems for 6th grade students of elementary school at SD Bumijo Yogyakarta through environment learning resources by contextual approach. The subjects of research are 39 students with pre-average score of writing poems are 68,4. This research is classroom action research of Kemmis dan Taggart model with several steps are planning, problem solving alternative, action, analysis, and reflection. The results of this research show that pre-avarage score of writing poems in team are 68,4 and individual 65,2, increase to 73,3 (team average score) and 71,20 (individual average score) in 1st cycle, then become 79,4 (team average score) and 78,0 (individual average score) in 2nd cycle.Keywords: writing poems, learning resources, environment, contextual learnin
Application of Accounting Scaffolding Learning Using Fingertips to Increase Learning Result
The research aim to improve the student learning outcomes. Accounting scaffolding using fingertips is learning with scaffolding approach based on Zone of Proximal Development concept which uses the learning strategy/support given during a learning process based on Mnemonic Akrostik and Loci technique using fingertips that is applied at the accounting learning on journal material. This research used Classroom Action Research approach which conducted in two cycles and used the qualitative descriptive research method. The results of applying the scaffolding learning accounting using the fingertips are learning runs very well, unified nature of accounting scaffolding using the fingertips helps engaging the students and they are very active, enthusiastic/motivated and reduce frustration. It is an effective learning and it improves the students\u27 understanding to be more independent to achieve the learning objectives; application of accounting scaffolding learning using fingertips improves learning outcomes. The improved learning at cycle I, 78,1% is a good criteria and at cycle II, 90.6% is a good criteria, and the students\u27 activity at cycle I, 77% is a good criteria and at cycle II, 84% is a good criteria; and student response to learning is good because it is fun and can improve comprehension
ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEBIJAKAN HEDGING DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN INSTRUMEN DERIVATIF VALUTA ASING (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Non-finansial yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2010-2014)
This study aimed to examine the effect of leverage, growth opportunity, firm size, liquidity, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership on probability of hedging policy. Sample of this study used non-financial companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2010-2014. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling method covering 44 companies as samples.
Hypothesis testing is using binary logistic regression models which the dependent variabel in categories. The category from companies that use hedging policy and companies that not use hedging policy. The analysis method used in this study is Overall Model Fit, Nagelkerke’s R Square, Hosmer Lemesehow Goodness of Fit Test, Classification Table and binary logistic regression Analysis.
Based on the results using binary logistic regression analysis, leverage and growth opportunity has positive effect and significant on probability of hedging policy as well as managerial ownership variable had significant negative effect on probability of hedging policy. In addition, the results did not support that firm size, liquidity, and institutional ownership had significant effect on probability of hedging policy. Moreover it found that the value of the nagelkerke’s R square is 20,8%. This means that 79,2% is explained by other variables outside the model
Concerns and Self-Confidence of Blind Individuals in Karanganyar
This study aims to determine the relationship between worry and self-confidence of blind individuals at Yayasan Rumah Hebat Karanganyar. This study is a quantitative correlational study. The subjects of this study were 30 blind individuals who are members of Yayasan Rumah Hebat Fatonah aged 16-42 years. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with saturated sampling. The data collection technique in this study used two Likert scale instruments consisting of worry and self-confidence questionnaires. The questionnaire used to measure the level of worry of blind individuals was the Worry Domain Questionnaire (WDQ) formulated by Tallis (1992) with significant validity test results (p p (0.05), then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. So that the worry variable with the self-confidence variable has a very low correlation or is not correlated. Based on the results of the analysis test, there is no relationship between worry and self-confidence of blind individuals at the Rumah Hebat Fatonah Karanganyar Foundation
