PENINGKATAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP BELAJAR MATEMATIKA MELALUI METODE PROJECT-BASED LEARNING (PTK di Kelas VII C SMP Negeri 4 Wonogiri)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman konsep persegi dan persegi panjang pada siswa kelas VII C SMP Negeri 4 Wonogiri melalui metode pembelajaran Project-Based Learning. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penerima tindakan adalah siswa kelas VII C SMP Negeri 4 Wonogiri yang berjumlah 29 siswa, dan subjek pemberi tindakan adalah peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, catatan lapangan, wawancara, dokumentasi dan metode tes. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan model alur, yaitu data dianalisis sejak tindakan pembelajaran dilaksanakan dan dikembangkan selama proses pembelajaran. Validitas data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulangsi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatkan pemahaman konsep persegi dan persegi panjang hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan indikator-indikator pemahaman konsep, yaitu: (1) kemampuan siswa menjawab pertanyaan guru dan mengerjakan soal di papan tulis meningkat dari 17,2% menjadi 64,5%, (2) banyaknya siswa yang memberikan tanggapan tentang jawaban siswa lain meningkat dari 6,9% menjadi 41,3%, (3) kemampuan siswa dalam membuat kesimpulan meningkat dari 3,4% menjadi 51,7% dan kemampuan siswa menanyakan materi yang belum jelas meningkat dari 3,4% menjadi 34,5%. Dari hasil penelitan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran Project-Based Learning dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep belajar matematika materi persegi dan persegi panjang pada siswa kelas VII C SMP Negeri 4 Wonogiri

PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR (OCB) MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI PADA PERAWAT RSUD Dr.SOEDOMO TRENGGALEK

This research aims to determine the level of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, work motivation and job satisfaction and analyze the influence of work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at Dr. Soedomo Regional Hospital with a sample size of 60 respondents. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with a proportional sampling technique. Data collection uses questionnaires. The data analysis method used is a range of scales and path analysis assisted by SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the research show that work motivation has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Analisis Pengaruh Risiko Sistematis dan Likuiditas terhadap Tingkat Pengembalian Saham dalam Perusahaan Non-keuangan Lq-45 Periode 2007-2009

This study aims to examine how the effect of systematic risk and liquidity on stock returns. In this study, researchers found that the systematic risk and liquidity influence stock returns of the shares. Researchers focused on non-financial companies listed in the LQ-45 index for the period 2007 to 2009. The method used is panel data and a sample of 11 non-financial firms. For statistical processing methods used least squares regression analysis. Researchers found that the the returns on shares of non financial companies listed in the LQ-45 index, are simultaneously affected by systematic risk and liquidity. Results of studies have shown that there is significant influence between systematic risk and the liquidity of the stock returns in the fixed effect models, but there are also other factors beyond the systematic risk and liquidity that also influence the rate of return on stocks. APLIKASI HIERARCHICAL CLUSTERING PADA INTRUSION DETECTION SYSTEM BERBASIS SNORT

Salah satu upaya melindungi jaringan dari ancaman-ancaman hacker, cracker dan security expert adalah dengan membangun Sistem Deteksi Intrusi atau Intrusion Detection System (IDS) pada jaringan tersebut. Masalah muncul ketika serangan-serangan baru muncul dalam waktu yang relatif cepat,sehingga seorang network administrator harus membuat signature sendiri dan tetap update terhadap jenis-jenis serangan baru yang muncul. Inilah yang melatarbelakangi Penelitian Proyek Akhir ini. Pada Penelitian Proyek Akhir ini, akan dibuat suatu Intelligence Intrusion Detection System (IIDS) dimana Algoritma Hierarchical Clustering menjadi kecerdasan buatan yang digunakan sebagai Pattern Recognition dan diimplementasikan pada SNORT IDS. Hieararchical clustering diterapkan pada data training untuk menentukan banyaknya kluster yang diinginkan. Selanjutnya dilakukan pelabelan kluster, ada 3 label kluster, yaitu Normal, High Risk dan Critical. Metode Centroid Linkage digunakan untuk pengujian data serangan baru. Output system digunakan untuk meng-update database rule SNORT. Tugas Akhir ini diharapkan akan membantu Administrator Jaringan untuk memonitor dan mempelajari beberapa jenis serangan baru dari serangan jenis Port Scanning, Vulnerability Scanning, Exploit, Buffer Over Flow, Exploit dan IP Spoofing yang belum ada pada rule sistem IDS yang digunakan, dalam hal ini IDS berbasis SNORT, yang selanjutnya dapat dilakukan antisipasi agar serangan-serangan tadi tidak menimbulkan hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan pada Network mereka. Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Kompetensi Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru Dimoderasi Lingkungan Kerja di Mts Sekecamatan Winong Kabupaten Pati

This study aimed to examine the effect of labor discipline and competence ofteachers on teacher performance in MTs Sekecamatan Winong moderated Pati regencywith the work environment. The specific objectives of this study was to examine the effectof labor discipline and competence of teachers on teacher performance are moderated bythe role of the working environment. The usefulness of this study is to clarify and extendprevious research on the effect of labor discipline and competence of teachers on teacherperformance are moderated working environment.This study used a population of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Patiregency much as 173 teachers. Sampling techniques in this research is proportional to thepurposive sampling method.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows labor disciplineeffect on the performance of teachers, teacher competence has no effect on theperformance of the teacher, the work environment affect the performance of teachers,working environment weaken labor discipline relation to the performance, and the workenvironment does not affect the relationship of teacher competence on performance
