    Since 2012, the trend in the number of sexual harassment cases in Indonesia has increased more often than it has decreased. The recorded case data is only reports from victims who want to report it. The aim of this research is to describe the psychology of victims of sexual harassment. This research used quantitative methods with a descriptive design. The sampling technique used incidental sampling with a total sample of 385 respondents who had experienced sexual harassment. The scale used is the Sexual Harassment Survey (SHS) scale. This research found that the phenomenon of sexual harassment can occur at anytime and anywhere, including in places that should be safe for the victims. This shows that people closest to and well known to the victims are also perpetrators of sexual harassment. Affected victims experienced long-term negative psychological effects due to the sexual harassment behavior they experienced. It is hoped that this research can provide practical benefits such as finding integrated breakthroughs for the treatment and recovery of affected victims and can become the basis for creating a sexual harassment intervention module

    Peningkatan Kualitas Produk Terasi pada USAha Kelompok Poklahsar di Kecamatan Puger untuk Mendorong Pengembangan Pemasarannya

    Terasi Puger dikenal sebagai produk yang sangat lezat dan populer, tetapi pemasaran produk ini masih terbatas di pasar tradisional saja dan kurang mampu menembus pasar modern (Super market). Hal ini terjadi karena kurang standar desain kemasan, menghemat daya tahan dan bau yang kuat yang membuat Terasi Puger tidak dapat ditampilkan dan dijual di pasar modern. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui desain yang paling sesuai dan kinerja produk Terasi Puger untuk pengembangan pemasaran, sehingga perlu pendekatan model Fungsi Deployment Kualitas. Analisis data menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan teknik Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kriteria kebijakan yang diyakini sebagai yang paling penting adalah peningkatan pendapatan dari 0,731 nilai bobot dan strategi pemasaran yang lebih luas sebagai alternatif kebijakan yang mempengaruhi sebagian besar untuk 0518 nilai bobot. Untuk kebutuhan konsumen dari produk terasi srimp kelompok Poklahsar yang perlu perbaikan adalah Aroma, ukuran, kemasan, komposisi, tanggal kadaluarsa, Kesiapan (Maturity), Kesehatan Label (P.IRT) dan Ease Acquire. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut; kriteria kebijakan yang paling cocok dari Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) adalah peningkatan pendapatan, yang paling cocok strategi kebijakan alternatif strategi pemasaran untuk pasar asrama, desain yang paling sesuai adalah dengan meningkatkan berat badan dengan 4,5 gram, sebuah kemasan kompak dan label kemasan dengan tanggal kadaluarsa dan label kesehatan (P.IRT), dan pertunjukan yang paling cocok yang baik terasa udang, baik aroma (tidak tajam), bahan warna natural, harga sesuai dengan kualitas yang ditawarkan, bahan-bahan yang tercantum dalam paket, dan mudah dalam memperoleh produk dan memperluas distribusi ke pasar yang lebih luas

    Efficacy of mung bean sprouts as natural fertility enhancer for men was not widely investigated and published. The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of mung bean sprout\u27s juice on male Swiss mice spermatozoa quality and spermatogenesis. An experimental study performed with randomized matched two-group post test only design approach. Thirtymale mice were dividedinto fivegroups randomly, which consist of a control group (CMC25mL/kg BW/day); d-α-tocopherol group (556 IU/kg BW/day) and three mung beans sproutjuice groups (33, 66 and 132) mg/kg BW/day. Mice treated every dayfor 20days orally. Micewere sacrificed; testis and epididymis were collected and examined. The spermatozoa quality (count, progressive motility and normal morphology) and spermatogenesis observed. The results showedthatmung bean sproutsjuice treatment (33, 66 and 132) mg/Kg BW/day for 20 days did not enhance male Swiss strain mice fertility. Spermatogenesis score, count and normal morphology spermatozoa that receive treatment with mung bean sprout juice was not significantly different to the control group (p>0.05). Conversely; mung bean sprouts juice treatment lead to decrease male Swiss strain mice spermatozoa progressive motility (p<0,05)

    Control of Microcystis Spp . Bloom by Combination of Indigenous Denitrifying Bacteria From Sutami Reservoir with Fimbristylis Globulosa and Vetiveria Zizanoides

    The purpose of this research were to know the ability of polyculture macrophyte (Fimbristylis globulosa and Vetiveria zizanoides) and combination of both with consortium of indigenous denitrifying bacteria from Sutami reservoir that added by Microcystis spp. or not to reduce the concentration of nitrate, dissolved phosphate and the carrying capacity of Microcystis spp. Experiment was done in medium of Sutami reservoir water enriched with 16 ppm of nitrate and 0,4 ppm of phosphate. Denitrifying bacteria were used in this research were DR-14, DU-27-1, DU-30-1, DU-30-2, TA-8 and DU-27-4 isolated from Sutami reservoir. The treatments were incubated during 15 days. Microcystis spp. abundance was calculated every day, but measurement of the the concentration of nitrate and dissolved phosphate were done every six days. The results showed that both treatment and a combination of both macrophytes with a consortium of denitrifying indigenous bacteria were added or not either Microcystis able to reduce nitrate at 99% and 93-99% orthophosphoric. Combination of macrophytes with denitrifying indigenous bacterial consortium from Sutami reservoir was able to inhibit the carrying capacity of Microcystis spp. highest until 47.87%. They can also significantly reduce the abundance of Microcystis from 107 cells/mL in early of treatment to become 0.35x104 cells/mL after fifteen days incubation
