EVALUASI PENAMBAHAN PROBIOTIK TERHADAP KONSUMSI, PERTAMBAHAN BOBOT BADAN DAN KONVERSI PAKAN SAPI BRAHMAN CROSS TIPE STEER PADA FASE GROWER
The research aims to determine the level of feed consumption, daily body weight gain and feed conversion of Brahman cross type steer cattle in the grower phase given the addition of probiotics. This research was conducted for 30 days on 11 October – 9 November 2023 at PT. Kariyana Gita Utama Sukabumi, West Java. The material for this research was 70 Brahman cross type steer cattle in the grower phase divided into two treatments, 35 heads for the treatment of adding probiotics to the feed ration and the other 35 heads as controls. The method used in this research is the Experimental Method. The data analysis used in this research is unpaired T test analysis. The variables observed were feed consumption, body weight gain and feed conversion. The dry matter consumption (BK) of Brahman cross P1 cattle feed of 11.47 kg was not significantly different (P>0.05). The body weight gain of Brahman cross cattle was not significantly different (P>0.05) at 1.59, 2.02 and 2.14 kg at P1. The feed conversion rate for Brahman cross cattle was 8.1 P1 and was significantly different (P<0.05)
Transmuting Gender Binaries: the Theoretical Challenge
This paper provides a cross-cultural account of gender diversity which explores the territory that is opened up when sex, gender, and sexual orientation, binaries are disrupted or displaced. Whilst many people who identify as trans or intersex see themselves as male or female, others identify in ways which destabilize sex/gender and sexual orientation binaries. The paper provides a typology of ways in which sex/gender diversity can be conceptualized, and draws out the implications for theorizing gender. It discusses the contributions made by the new wave of authors working in the field of transgender studies; authors who draw on and inform the sociology of sex and gender, feminisms, and poststructuralist theory. It based on empirical material from research carried out in India and the UK.Transgender, Intersex, Gender, Diversity, Theory, Poststructuralism, Transsexuality, Sexual Orientation, Sexuality
ANALYSIS OF MORAL VALUE IN THE MOVIE ZOOTOPIA BY RICH MOORE AND BYRON HOWARD
A movie is a form of literary work which has the main function as a means of entertainment.
Apart from just being entertaining, films also have the potential as a learning tool because they
provide audio and visual stimuli that can attract the attention of the audience and convey various
moral values that describe the principles underlying good and bad actions. It is important for
students to be introduced to and taught about these moral values so that they can understand and
learn them well. This study of the moral The theme in the film Zootopia aims to explore
educational possibilities that can be obtained from watching films, by utilizing visual storytelling
techniques. The film acts as a medium that influences conveying information and messages to the
audience so that the moral values contained in it can be understood and studied by the audience.
This research aims to identify the various moral values presented in the film Zootopia and
reveal the moral values implied in the narrative.
This research uses library research with a qualitative descriptive method approach. The data for
this research are the moral values contained in the dialogue scripts spoken by the characters when
shown in the film. The data source for this research comes from the film entitled "Zootopia".
Writing uses documentation techniques to collect data. Apart from that, researchers used data
analysis.
The findings should that the values contained in the moral values in Zootopia. By applying
qualitative methodology, The main data source is the Zootopia film itself which is equipped with
subtitle files. The research results show that several moral values contained in the film "Zootopia"
are stories that raise several important moral values in life, including respect, justice, selfconfidence, tolerance, helping each other, and altruism

A CLOSER LOOK ON THE MASCULINITY/FEMININITY DIMENSION OF THE JAVANESE AND CHINESE INDONESIAN FEMALE MANAGERS
In Hofstede‟s cultural values framework, Indonesia was described as a country with high power
distance level, collectivist, low uncertainty avoidance and tendency toward femininity.
Nevertheless, there is a possibility that the actual cultural conditions of the country is not as
simple as what it seems. As the fourth largest country in the world incorporating 31 major ethnic
groups, Indonesia‟s vast cultural diversity could cause some variations on the culture-related
phenomenon among its ethnic groups.
The aim of this study is to conduct a closer investigation specific to Hofstede‟s cultural values
dimension of masculinity/femininity in Indonesia. This dimension was chosen based on the
rationale that it can be used to distinguish whether a society give more emphasis toward
earnings, recognition, advancement and challenge; or, more emphasis toward harmony. To
achieve this aim, 40 respondents from two Indonesian ethnicities, namely Javanese and Chinese
Indonesian female managers were compared in this study. Quantitative analyses were conducted
using Hofstede‟s Value Survey Module formula, while pattern matching technique was
employed to analyze the qualitative data obtained from the semistructured interview.
The analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data revealed significant differences in terms of
the masculinity/femininity cultural value in the two diverse subcultures. This finding suggests
that variations in Indonesia‟s culture should be acknowledged and be given attention since it can
be used to explain culture-related phenomenon in the workplace. Implications for theory and
practice were also discussed
Mercury Analysis and Concentration in Seawater of Southern Sumbawa
. Current concerns over the negative impacts of Hg in the environment have led to the rapid progress of studies in this area. This progress has been directed to obtain analysis techniques that are able to accurately quantify Mercury (Hg) at extremely low concentration in which it frequently occurs. As part of a study on the environmental aspects of deep-sea submarine tailing placement at the Batu Hijau Mine, Sumbawa, this paper discusses recent progress in Hg analytical techniques, followed by the application of several techniques to investigate Hg concentration in seawater in the vicinity of the tailing discharge location. Using cold vapour atomic fluorescence spectrometry, dissolved Hg was found to be at sub-ng/l (ppt) levels. No dissolved Hg signal associated with the tailing discharge was found with concentrations being similar to adjacent coastal waters
