Mr Frank Newman, OBE Chairman, Technical and Further Education Board gave the address of the Swinburne Certificate and Award Presentation Ceremony, 6th August 1980. Mr Newman was formerly Chairman and Managing Director of the firm Engineering Products Pty Ltd, Burnley, Victoria. He was a member of the Industrial Training Commission and is currently a member of the Victorian Industry of Secondary Education and a Commissioner of the Victorian Post-Secondary Education Commission
