Universitas Lancang Kuning committed in achieving the vision of " Universitas Unggul di tingkat Nasional berlandaskan budaya melayu ". In accept the challenge of being Universitas Unggul, the Universitas Lancang Kuning required to align the processes and systems have in terms of the strategic plan. Many research that recommends the use of a framework for strategic planning, one of which Ward and Peppard. This framework uses many methods: SWOT (Strength, Weakness, oppotunities and Threats), Value Chain, PEST (Political, Economic, Social and Technology) and CSF (Critical Success Factor). This framework has been successfully mapped all the problems and solutions that will be faced by the Universitas Lancang Kuning, such as the Roadmap development of IT / SI Universitas Lancang Kuning more focused on Academic Information System, Restructuring internet networks, e-learning and Information System for Quality Assurance Division. Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and Promotion Towards Company Branding

Modern era has induced people to dynamicly change their mindset. Change of mindset results in growth of a number of industries. One of which is Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) which gradually climb to a betterment. The growth points to the likelihood that FMCG has a relatively more competitive market, therefore every company is responsive to any changes. In order to enhance branding of company, promotion and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) could be one effective way.The aim of this research is to identify effect of CSR (implemented in building an eco-school of Tunas Mulia) and promotion by Wings Company towards students in Bantar Gebang as the beneficiaries. Purposive sampling method is employed to run an array of data consisting 97 respondents who are parents of Eco school of Tunas Mulia. Using quantitative data, this research was conducted with SPSS version 16. Anaysis method used were comprised of correlation test, determination, simple linier regression, multiple linier regression, T test, and F test.The result showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between CSR and promotion towards company branding of Wing Company—partially and simultaneously. Promotion variable has greater effect on branding than CSR. Corporate Social Responsibility positive and significant impact on the image of the company with the strength of the relationship is strong enough or being. However there are still some things that need to be improved include road facilities, ability to raise the spirit of learning and student achievement, awareness of personal and environmental hygiene, communication between the company and the community. Promotion of positive and significant impact on the image of the company with the strength of the relationship is strong enough or being. But there are some things that need to fix that as well as the company's public relations and public understanding of the product. The results of responden assessment of the variables corporate image is good. But there are some things that must be considered is knowledge of the company logo. Simultaneously there is a positive influence between Corporate Social Responsibility and the promotion of the image of the company in PT.Wings the strength of the relationship between all the variables are moderate

Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, yaitu analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pengakuan pendapatan pada PT. Trio Jaya Pramata Utama diakui berdasarkan cash basis dimana pendapatan diakui pada saat pendapatan benar-benar diterima secara tunai. Pengakuan pendapatan yang benar antara kantor pusat dan kantor cabang akan menghasilkan laporan laba-rugi yang menggambarkan keadaan yang sesungguhnya dan berkualita

Tinjauan Yuridis Penghinaan terhadap Pengadilan dalam Sistem Peradilan Pidana Indonesia

The criminal justice system is responsible for the judicial system to gain the trust of the public and the respect of society both nationally and Internationally. In fact, the performance of law and law enforcement is still considered less meeting the expectations and feelings of justice. As a result, the respect and trust towards this institution was virtually no longer so admirable behavior still common and cause harassment to the court (Contempt of Court). The purpose of this is skripisi; The first to know the contempt of court in the Indonesian criminal justice system. Second, to find out the policy of criminalization contempt of court in the Indonesian criminal justice system.This type of research can be classified into types of normative legal research, research that discusses the basics of law, the legal system, the legal status of the synchronization, in this case the author discusses the general principles of law. This research was done by researching library materials or secondary data such as legislation and books written by lawyers associated with the title of the research, articles, journals and various other sources. Source of data used is secondary data sources. Secondary data were divided into three types: primary legal materials, secondary law and tertiary legal materials, data collection techniques used in this research method literature review. From the research, there are two main problems that can be inferred. First, Contempt of court (Contempt of Court) is one of the many problems affecting society for that reason the severity of claims to establish the rule of Contempt of Court systematically and individually. Second, as for the criminalization of policy constraints in Contempt of Court (Contempt of Court) is on a different system between the State of Indonesia as a follower of Civil Law, with its criminal justice system non adversary system, while in the State which adopts the Common Law system adheres adversary. Suggestions Author, First, should be made a rule that governs the actions of contempt of court (Contempt of Court) in a separate law, to be able to benchmark what should be categorized as an act of contempt of court (Contempt of Court) because during this become an obstacle for law enforcement officers in dealing with contempt of court action (contempt of court). Second, should the public as justice seekers must have a sense of justice, must heed the order in the conference to realize peace and order and expedite the trial process and hoped to law enforcement officials to be professional in their duties in order to gain certainty, justice and expediency as a theory legal purposes

Pengaruh Direct Instruction Berbantuan Strategi Modeling The Way terhadap Respon dan Hasil Belajar Materi Hidrokarbon

This aims of this study were to determine whether there was a significant different of student achievement, determine how much influence of direct instruction models assisted by modelling the way strategy toward student achievement, determine the correlation between response and student achievement of experiment class and control class. This study used quasy experimental research with pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. The sample of this research were X B as experimental class which taught using direct instruction models through modelling the way strategy and X C as control class wich taught using conventional method. Achievement test, questionnaire response, observasion sheet and interview guidelines ware used as the research instrument. According to independent-t test toward student achievement data, there was no significant difference of student achievement between those clasess (Asym.sig.(2-tailed) of 0,342). Learning using direct instruction models through modelling the way strategy gave 14,80% effect on improving student achievemen influenced by teacher. According to Person Correlation, there was no correlation between response and student achievement of control class (Sig.(2-tailed) of 0,306). According to Kendall\u27s Correlation, there was no correlation between response and student achievement of experiment class (Sig.(2-tailed) of 0.398)

The need of a public housing in a large city such as Bandung kept developed as the increase of the inhabitant of Bandung. Leuwigajah public housing is a small-scale public housing where the pleasures inside are based on the pleasure of each units. The purpose of this research is to analized the building from the thermal condition. The object of this research is leuwigajah public housing, because it is a newly build and it is newly operated, remembering that the building is a Cimahi Government project in order to arranging the low area of this city with build a nice and neat housing. The methods used are direct observation, interviewing the residents and using Ecotect software tpo analized the lighting inside the buiding. Social Conflict in Hamka’s Novel Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck

This research focuses on social conflict reflected in Hamka’s novel entitled Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck, aimed at revealing the causing factors of social conflict in the novel. The story revolves around a young man’s fighting spirit, though he has to suffer so much because his love is rejected by his lover’s family. Then he gets up from all the grief and opens a new page in his life, becoming a famous and successful writer. He narrates his loyalty and love in such an eloquent way. He knows that his lover is unhappy in the family life. And without hate or resentment, he continues to help his lover. Truly the true love will continue to bloom in the heart to the end of life and this is really the reflection of his love. Soekanto (1982) states that social causing factors can be divided into four namely: (1) Cultural Difference and (2) difference of interest. The method used is descriptive qualitative by (Meleong, 2005: 4). The result shows that all the four factors causing the social conflict proposed are found in the novel. Can Suramadu Bridge Reduce International Migration? (Case Study in Bangkalan Regency, East Java Province, Indonesia)

Migration is one way for villagers in Bangkalan District to survive and improve their lives. Availability of employment and differences in the level of wages received in migrant areas are attractive factors, while the condition of villages in terms of physical capital, human capital, financial capital and natural capital which are less than ideal are the driving factors for migrating. This study examines the impact of the Suramadu bridge on the number of villagers migrating internationally using Village Potential data in 2007 and 2017 along with the factors that influence villagers to migrate internationally. Data were analyzed using tobit regression. The existence of the Suramadu bridge was not able to reduce the interest of the population to migrate internationally, instead it even increased the interest of the population to migrate internationally. Before the Suramadu bridge was operational, the existence of rice fields, building area, program credit, non-agricultural business, educational facilities and superior products reduced the interest of villagers to migrate internationally. After the Suramadu bridge operated, the existence of rice fields, building area and skills facilities reduced the interest of villagers to migrate internationally and the presence of poor people in the village increased the interest of residents to migrate.
