    The equilibrium of responsibility between individual and social life in the Surah Al-Ashr (critical study on Bint Al-Syâti’ view in Surah Al-Ashr)

    Surat al-Ashr represents as the content of al-Qur'an which called by Jawâmi’ al-Kalim (short word, meaningful and comprehension). It was proved by the structural arrangement that contained expostulation wording clearly and definite, that is starting by oath, instrumen of al-Ta’kid and the narrative messages of verses contain a perfect vision. To understand the meaning of Surah al-Ashr, the writer uses critical study of the interpretation methods used by Islamic contemporary magnate, namely Bint al-Syâthi’. She has not only a methodology of interpretation but also she has magnum opus, namely al-Tafsir al-Bayânî li al-Qur’ân al-Karîm. So it is fairly when Bint al-Syâthi’ becomes the object of research study. The methodology of her exegesis visibly focus on the linguistic analysis that includes internal and external study of the text, which crystallized into 4 points important as the of interpretation instruments. Incidentally Surah al-Ashr includes in one of his objects of interpretation. In general, Bint al-Syâthi’s view on Surah al-Ashr was found the concept of individual responsibility and social’s. This kind of analysis is new and it has never revealed by previous Mufassir. Therefore based on the difference views between Bint al-Syâthi’ with others, the writer will reveal her theory of interpretation that was known as the linguistic analysis. That is using words analysis and structure’s in order to see the differences and similarities between Bint al-Syâthi’s views with other Mufassir in the interpreting on Surah al-Ashr

    KOMPLEKSITAS UNSUR PENDIDIKAN DI PONDOK PESANTREN SALAF ASRAMA PERGURUAN ISLAM TEGALREJO MAGELANG DAN PONDOK PESANTREN MODERN PABELAN MAGELANG (STUDI KOMPARASI)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menjelaskan unsur pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren API Tegalrejo dan Pondok Pesantren Pabelan. 2) Menjelaskan proses pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren API Tegalrejo dan Pondok Pesantren Pabelan. 3) Menjelaskan perbandingan unsur pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren API Tegalrejo dengan Pondok Pesantren Pabelan. 4) Menjelaskan perbandingan proses pembelajaran di Pondok Pesantren API Tegalrejo dengan Pondok Pesantren Pabelan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Asrama Perguruan Islam (API) Tegalrejo Magelang dan Pondok Pesantren Pabelan Magelang pada bulan Februari sampai April 2017. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini berjumlah empat belas, dari masing-masing pondok pesantren berjumlah tujuh narasumber yang terdiri dari satu pimpinan pondok, tiga pengurus dan tiga santri. Data dikumpulkan melalui tiga teknik, yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data ditentukan dengan cara triangulasi, yaitu membandingkan hasil wawancara pimpinan pondok, pengurus dan santri, dan membandingkan hasil wawancara dengan pengamatan yang dilakukan peneliti. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu mengklasifikasikan data-data yang diperoleh, kemudian dikumpulkan untuk dianalisis dan diambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Pada masing-masing pondok pesantren memiliki unsur pendidikan yang sama akan tetapi dengan model pelaksanaan dan implementasi yang berbeda. 2) Proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan pada masing-masing pondok pesantren yaitu dengan sistem pembelajaran klasikal dengan didukung pembelajaran mandiri di bawah bimbingan pendamping kamar. 3) Unsur pendidikan yang terdapat di Pondok Pesantren API Tegalrejo sangat sederhana sesuai dengan model pendidikan di pondok pesantren salaf, sedangkan unsur pendidikan yang terdapat di Pondok Pesantren Pabelan lebih modern dan cendrung seperti unsur pendidikan yang terdapat di lembaga pendidikan formal. 4) Proses pembelajaran di pondok pesantren API Tegalrejo masih sangat mempertahankan tradisi pesantren, yaitu dengan materi 100% pendidikan agama dan hanya bersumber dari kitab kuning, sehingga metode dan peralatan yang digunakan tidak bisa mengikuti perkembangan. Sebaliknya yang terdapat di Pondok Pesantren Pabelan, karena materi pelajarannya sudah menggunakan kurikulum campuran maka pembelajaran yang berlangsung bisa mengikuti perkembangan yang terdapat di dunia pendidikan saat ini, peralatan sebagai media pembelajarannya sudah modern seperti penggunaan proyektor, internet dan berbagai ruang laboratorium

    Quality of used cooking oil with snake fruit (Salacca zalacca (Gaertn.) Voss) seed adsorbent  has been conducted. This study aims to determine the ability of snake fruit seed in reducing peroxide value and free fatty acids in used cooking oil which can improve the quality and extend usage lifespan of the used cooking oil. The oil sampled in this study was packaged cooking oil which is usually used to fry food untill 7th frying. The oil was then neutralized using snake fruit activated charcoal. The test refers to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 7709: 2012 as the quality requirements of cooking oil. The results showed that snake fruit activated charcoal can reduce peroxide value as much as 56.18% and free fatty acid 76.04% in the used cooking oil

    Cytotoxic test is one method to predict the development of compounds that are toxic to the cell that is an absolute requirement for anticancer drugs. The aim of this study is to isolate flavonoids and determine LC50 value of the activity of the Red Pinang seed extract (Areca vestiaria Giseke). Extracts prepared by maceration method using ethanol 96%. Isolation is done through a range of methods includes partitioning using n-hexane, a preliminary test using the color reagent and KLT, isolation by preparative thin layer chromatography, thin layer chromatography multi eluent, UV-Vis spectrophotometer analysis and cytotoxic test isolates. The results showed that isolates flavonoid seed extract of Red Pinang (Areca vestiaria Giseke) has the medium potential of being a cytotoxic agent with LC50 values of 583.445 ppm

    Identifikasi Senyawa Flavonoid Pada Fraksi Etil Asetat Benalu Batu (Begonia SP.) Asal Kabupaten Morowali Utara

    Benalu Batu Plant (Begonia sp.) in family Begoniaceae is a plant used by the people of North Morowali to treat tumors and cancers. It generally contains saponins, tannins, flavonoids and polyphenols. This research aimed to identify flavonoid compounds contained in ethyl acetate fraction of Begonia sp. The simplicia was extracted using maceration method and partitioned using n-hexane, ethyl acetate and water. The Ethyl acetate extract was then fractionated by nine eluent combinations using separation method of Vacuum Liquid Chromatography (VLC) and Preparative Thin Layer Chromatography (Prep TLC). One fraction was obtained and was suspected to contain flavonoid compounds after Shinode and Pew color reagent test. In the result of Ultraviolet-Visible Spectroscopy with methanol at wavelength range of 200-550 nm, the isolates showed absorption peaks at 275 nm (peak 1) and 225 nm (peak 2). Based on the wavelength of flavonoid compounds contained in the fraction, Begonia sp. showed similarities to the absorption peak of flavan-3-ol or flavanol

    Star fruits (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) from family of oxalidaceae is a plant which has potential as an antibacterial Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. Flavonoid are the active compounds from the extract of star fruit which has potential as an antibacterial. Star fruit were extracting by ethanol 96 % using maceration. Extract were identified using thin layer chromatography (TLC) with eluent analytic n-butanol- glacial acetic acid- water (6:1:3). Preparative isolation using thin layer chromatography resulting three bands. Each band was centrifuged to obtain isolates. Physics isolates were analyzing using spectrophotometer UV Vis and chemically using color test (shift reagent). UV Vis spectrum results with shift reagent from isolates 1, suspected as isoflavone compound with OH groups in position 6,7,4 and OH groups in O- ring A, in isolates 2 was not flavonoid compound and predicted as other polyphenolic compound and in isolates 3 suspected of flavone compound with OH groups in position 5,6,7 and OH groups in O-ring

    The education of the Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah faith, especially in our country, has become a very important ideology. This is because the Ahlussunnah faith is followed by almost half of the Muslim population in Indonesia. The Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah ideology that we follow is pioneered by two major parties, Imam Abu Hasan Al-Asy'ari and Imam Abu Mansur Al Maturidi. Nowadays, there are still many who do not know about the ideologies or sects that they follow, but instead, there are many who provoke or divide the unity of the Muslim community in Indonesia. This research is based on literature and data analysis using hermeneutic and content analysis methods. The results of this study are that the Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah creed can answer problems in the diversity of Islam, and Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah is the most appropriate ideology for faith education that is in accordance with nationalism

    Tofu wastewater is the origination of tofu\u27s production process that can degrade the quality of the environment if not handled properly. Another impact of this waste is the potential attack that could evoke the diseases such as diarrhea, skin diseases, and other illnesses for people who use the stream flow that has been polluted by this wastewater. However, the high-carbohydrate and protein of this waste may allow it to be used more as a microbial growth substrate to produce a Single-cell Protein. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimum incubation time and the highest protein content of Rhizopus oryzae in the medium of tofu wastewater based on the calculation of protein content percentage and the analysis of cell dry mass. And to know the optimum pH growth with the variation of pH growth which is about 4, 5, and 6. The calculation is performed in accordance with the fermentation time at 24, 48, and 72 hours. Total protein content calculated by the Kjeldahl method. The results showed the highest protein content obtained in the incubation period to 48 hours with an average percent of protein about 0.47%, 0.47%, 0.46% and a mass of cell with an average value of 0.77%, 0, 84% and 0.91%. The optimum pH of Rhizopus oryzae growth in the medium of tofu wastewater is about 5 pH. It can be concluded that the wastewater of tofu potentially used as a growth substrate of Rhizopus oryzae
