Elderly Care Services: Development Prospects in Context of Population Ageing

Wraz ze starzeniem się ludności będzie wzrastać zapotrzebowanie na usługi opiekuńcze. Zgodnie z prognozą Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego, w 2035 roku osoby w wieku 65 lat i więcej będą stanowiły 23% populacji Polski, podczas gdy obecnie jest to około 13%. Jedna piąta populacji naszego kraju będzie w wieku poprodukcyjnym. Jednak najistotniejszy z punktu widzenia opieki nad osobami starszymi jest dynamicznie postępujący proces podwójnego starzenia się populacji, czyli wzrost odsetka osób w wieku 80 lat i więcej. W ostatnim roku prognozy odsetek osób w wieku 80 lat i więcej wyniesie ponad 7%. Z drugiej strony, będzie maleć potencjał opiekuńczy rodziny, co oznacza mniejsze możliwości zaspokojenia potrzeb opiekuńczych seniora przez członków rodziny. Rozwój rynku usług opiekuńczych jest postrzegany także jako szansa na aktywizację zawodową lub przeciwdziałanie przedwczesnemu wycofywaniu się z rynku pracy osób na przedpolu starości (45-64 lata). Celem artykułu jest rozważenie, na ile rozwój rynku opiekuńczego może spełnić powyższe nadzieje i jakie potencjalne koszty z tym się wiążą.As a result of population ageing, an increase in the demand for nursing services will be observed. According to a forecast by the Central Statistical Office, in 2035, persons aged 65 years and older will represent 23% of the Polish population, whereas now their number stands at around 13%. One fifth of the population of our country will be at retirement age. What is the most important, however, from the point of view of elderly care, is the rapidly progressing process of double ageing of population, i.e. the increase in the percentage of people aged 80 years or more. In the last year of the forecast, the percentage of people aged 80 years and over will exceed 7%. On the other hand, the caring potential of families will decrease, which means lower capacity of family members to meet the needs of their aged relatives. The development of care services market is also seen as an opportunity for professional activity or preventing premature withdrawal from the labour market of persons approaching old age (45-64 years). Music Therapy and its Properties as a Developmental Improvement of Child with Autism

The article presents the outlines of the research and the conclusions based on the author’s PhD dissertation. It touches upon the influence of music therapy techniques on the improvement of a development of autistic children, especially in terms of communication as well as their social, cognitive, emotional and behavioral development. The researcher presents and compares two undirective methods: Music therapy and Growth through Play System (GPS). Among many therapeutic applications of music, the most significant ones are chosen and analysed: improvisation, re-creation, composition and listening associated with musical relaxation. Simulace svařování tenkostěnného potrubí

The presented paper deals with the residual stress after a welding operation performed by using the TIG method. It was necessary to determine whether or not tension plays a major role in the distortion of the geometry of a thin-walled pipe, or in other words, whether the drawing dimension of the ovality exceeds the specified tolerance. The result of this simulation will help to determine whether or not designers will have to find another technological solution to complete parts. The assembly consists of three parts: the weld bead, thin-walled pipe, and hoop, which are connected by welds as a final product.Předložena práce se zabývá zbytkovým napětím po svařování pomocí metody TIG. Bylo nutné určit zda–li toto napětí hraje hlavní roli v pokřivení geometrie tenkostěnného potrubí či nikoliv. Jinak řečeno, zda-li rozměry ovality překračují stanovenou výkresovou toleranci či nikoliv. Výsledek této simulace pomůže konstruktérům rozhodnout, budou-li muset najít jiné technologické řešení pro zkompletování dílců či nikoliv. Sestava tvoří tři části: svarová housenka, tenkostěnné potrubí a obruč, které jsou navzájem spojeny svary jako finální product, see Fig. 3

Postępujący proces starzenia się populacji stwarza nowe wyzwania w zakresie opieki nad osobami starszymi. Wyzwania te dotyczą zarówno pomocy formalnej, świadczonej przez gminę, jak i wsparcia oferowanego w ramach rodziny i sieci nieformalnych. Celem artykułu jest pokazanie rodzinnych sieci wsparcia osób wieku 60 lat i więcej, oczekujących na miejsce w domu pomocy społecznej, a zatem osób, które ze względu na stan zdrowia i sytuację życiową nie mogą zamieszkiwać w swoim dotychczasowym środowisku i wymagają wsparcia przy wykonywaniu codziennych czynności. Aby zrealizować powyższy cel, przeprowadzono badanie osób oczekujących na miejsca w domach pomocy społecznej dla osób w podeszłym wieku oraz somatycznie chorych w wieku 60 lat i więcej na terenie Łodzi

Starzenie się ludności a sektor usług opiekuńczych

Jednym z głównych problemów rynku pracy jest niski odsetek osób aktywnych zawodowo w najstarszej grupie wieku produkcyjnego. Z drugiej strony akceleracja procesu starzenia się zwiększa zapotrzebowanie na usługi opiekuńcze. Celem artykułu jest próba odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy dynamicznie rozwijający się sektor usług opiekuńczych może wpłynąć na zwiększenie aktywności zawodowej i zmniejszenie stopy bezrobocia wśród osób w wieku 55−64 lata. Do analizy w tym zakresie wybrano dziewięć krajów należących do Unii Europejskiej: Niemcy, Francję, Wielką Brytanię, Włochy, Hiszpanię, Polskę, Szwecję, Bułgarię, Łotwę. Są to kraje znacznie różniące się pod względem rozwoju gospodarczego oraz podejścia do opieki nad seniorami, jednak wszystkie stoją przed problemem zapewnienia wsparcia szybko przyrastającej subpopulacji osób starszych

Úloha proudění v tepelné analýze motoru

The paper presents the relations used for CFD simulation of the flow around the body. The procedures for creation of practically usable computer model of bigger mechanical parts and application of its boundary conditions are described, obtained results are presented. The aim of the work was the analysis of temperature field and cooling parameters of current motor geometry with expectation of further optimization to achieve better cooling power and to reduce the mass of the motor.Předložený článek prezentuje vztahy uživané při numerické CFD analýze obtekaného tělesa. Jsou popsány postupy pro tvorbu prakticky použitelného počítačového modelu strojního celku větších rozměrů, aplikace okrajových podmínek a jsou prezentovány získané výsledky. Cílem práce byla analýza teplotního pole a parametry chlazení současné geometrie motoru s výhledem na případnou optimalizaci tvaru za účelem lepší chladivosti a snížení hmotnosti motoru
