Pengaruh Kompetensi Profesional Guru, Motivasi Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru Smk Negeri 2 Penajam Paser Utara

Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 60 responden. Ada tiga variabel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu kompetensi profesional guru, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja guru. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan komputer program SPSS v23 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data yang diperoleh. terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi profesional guru, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru, serta kompetensi professional guru yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja guru. This study aimed to analyze the reasons the United States in placing military base in Darwin, Australia in 2011. The placement of the United States military base in Darwin is one realization of the ANZUS as a military Treaty Organization the United States and Australia. In the placement of military bases starting with the delivery of 200 troops to Darwin and in 2014 increased to 1100 troops. This research will discuss why the United States put a military base in Darwin, Australia. This research applying qualitative methods and library research. The author use security theory from Bary Buzan with Balance of Power concept, with perspektif realism and use the level of the nation-state analysis. Respons Pertumbuhan Kedelai Terhadap Pemangkasan Dan Pemberian Kompos Tkks Pada Lahan Ternaungi

Response growth of soybean by cutting and giving empty fruit bunches of oil palm compost inshaded area.Using of shaded area for soybean plantation faced trouble such yield decreasing.For that purpose cutting and giving empty fruit bunches of oil palm (EFBOP) compost aimed toincrease growth of soybean in shaded area. This research was conducted at experimental field ofFakultas Pertanian USU in January-April 2013 using factorial randomized block design with twofactor, i.e. time of cutting (no cutting, cutting in V5, cutting in R1) and dose of EFBOP compost(0, 10, 20 and 30 ton per ha). Parameter observed were plant height, summarize of leaf area, stemdiameter, and shoot root ratio. The result showed that cutting significantly decreased plant heightbut increase all parameter observed. Dose of EFBOP compost significantly increased summarize ofleaf area and stem diameter. The interaction of two factor significantly increased summarize of leafarea. The best result were showed by cutting in V5 and giving 30 ton per ha EFBOP compost

E-Filing makes a good contribution to Taxpayers and by using e-Filing, a Taxpayers can feel the benefits, wich one is convenience when delivering taxes. Hubungan Pengetahuan dan Sikap Petugas Laboratorium Patologi Klinik terhadap Penerapan Standard Operating Procedure (Sop) Penanganan Bahan Infeksius di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau

Each laboratory officers who handle blood or human body fluids potentially infected, the risk of exposure or getting injury. Therefore, in the implementation of laboratory services are always required SOP as a handle for the officer to reduce the occurrence of infectious diseases. Standard operating procedure is a method written as fundamental guidance to prevent the risks of infection for laboratory officers. This research aimed to determine correlation between knowledges and attitudes of RSUD Arifin Achmad Riau Province clinical pathology laboratory officers toward Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) implementation of Infectious material management. This is an analityc survey study with cross-sectional method. Samples obatained by total sampling method based on inclusion criteria as many as 34 laboratory officers.This research showed 17 people (50%) have sufficient knowledge, 18 people (52.9%) have a negative attitude and 25 people (73.5%) implements SOP. Data processed by using Chi-Square test has been found that there was no significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes on clinical pathology laboratory officers toward Standard operating procedure (SOP) implementation of infectious material management in RSUD Arifin Achmad Riau Province

Pengaruh Suku Bunga Kredit dan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto terhadap Penyaluran Kredit Perbankan Bank Umum di Riau

Riau is a province that is actively regional development. The development aims to create a society that is advanced and independent Riau. The conditions need support from the banks, particularly in terms of lending. The purpose of this study was to determine lending rates and gross domestic regional product of the loan portfolio of commercial banks in Riau. The results showed that mortgage interest rates and gross domestic regional product significantly influence the commercial bank lending in Riau. Partially, variable lending rates both working capital loans, investment loans, and consumer loans, has a negative and not significant effect on total loans in Riau. While gross domestic regional product variable has a positive and significant impact on working capital loans, investment credit and consumer loans,. Simultaneously, the variable mortgage interest rates and gross domestic regional product has a significant effect on bank lending of commercial banks in Riau

This reseach was aimed to describe the forms of error made by the students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Mempawah Hilir in performing measurement using calipers. This type of reseach is survey reseach. Sampling technique used intact group, as many as 33 students. Data collection tool used is the assessment form student performance. It obtained from performance tests to measure the outside diameter, inside diameter, and depth of test tube. From the results of analyzes of the data, obtained by the average percentage of students who either each measurement: (1) outside diameter measurement of the test tube is 43.02% (2) inside diameter measurement of the test tube is 61.95% (3) depth measurement of the test tube is 49.39%. Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Siswa Pada Materi Asam Basa Berbasis Pendekatan Ilmiah

The research and the development of the acid-base student worksheet based on scientific approach and response of the teachers and students about had been developed. After need analysis and planning, the preliminary study of student worksheet was developed. Then the preliminary field testing was done. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics. The results showed that suitability aspects of the content, construction, readability, and attractiveness have very high criteria and it was concluded that the student worksheet is very good product. Telah dilakukan penelitian dan pengembangan lembar kerja siswa (LKS) pada materi asam basa berbasis pendekatan ilmiah dan tanggapan guru dan siswa terhadap LKS yang dikembangkan. Setelah tahap analisis kebutuhan dan perencanaan, dilakukan uji coba terbatas terhadap LKS yang dikembangkan. Kemudian melakukan uji coba terbatas. Analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada aspek kesesuaian isi, konstruksi, keterbacaan, dan kemenarikan memiliki kriteria sangat tinggi dan dapat disimpulkan produk LKS yang dikembangkan sangat baik

Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share Dan Talking Stick Terhadap Motivasi Dan Hasil Belajar Kognitif IPA Biologi Siswa Kelas VII SMP

The research is purposed to analyze the effect of learning model “Think Pair Share” type and “Talking Stick” type toward motivation and learning result conducted on April until Oktober 2016. This research is done in four Junior High School, SMPN 1, SMPN 2, SMPN 3, and MTs Sabilarrasyad Sangasanga. This research uses Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) with four treatments (including control). Each of treatments are conventional as control, Think Pair Share, Talking Stick and Thing Pair Share + Talking Stick. The result from the research is analyzed by Kovarian analysis (annacova) dan continue with LSD 5% test. The result of research shows that the average of each treatment for conventional motivation is 74,5, Talking stick is 80.05, Think Pair Share is 79,2 and Talking Stick + Think Pair Share is 81,2. While the average result for cognitive learning conventional is 4.5, Talking Stick is 75.9, Think Pair Share is 77.3 and Talking Stick + Think Pair Share from data analysis give the result Fhit 30.44 and Ftab 3.97 = 30.44 > 3.97 significant level 5%. It can concluded that there is the effect towards the result of learning motivation.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model Think Pair Share dan Talking Stick terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa mulai April hingga Oktober 2016. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di empat Sekolah Menengah Pertama, yakni SMPN 1, SMPN 2, SMPN 3, dan MTs Sabilarrasyad Sangasanga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan empat metode. Salah satu metode konvensional, seperti kontrol, Think Pair Share, Talking Stick dan Thing Pair Share + Talking Stick. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis dengan analisis Kovarian dan LSD menghasilkan peningkatan sebesar 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata setiap metode untuk memotivasi siswa sebesar 74,5, Talking stick sebesar 80.05, Think Pair Share sebesar 79,2, dan Talking Stick + Think Pair Share sebesar 81,2. Sementara itu, hasil untuk pembelajaran kognitif sebesar 4.5, Talking Stick sebesar 75.9, Think Pair Share sebesar 77.3, dan Talking Stick + Think Pair Share dari analisis data menghasilkan Fhit sebesar 30.44 dan Ftab sebesar 3.97 = 30.44 > 3.97 setara dengan 5%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa
