Pineapple skin is an agricultural waste which has a high sugar content, ranging from 8.7% to 17.53%. %. High sugar content in the skin of pineapple is possible to be used as raw material for making bioethanol through fermentation process. Based on preliminary research shows that only 76.36% of the weight of fresh pineapple can be used / consumed, while the rest is discarded as waste. This bioethanol production process through several stages. Extraction process is done by destroying the skin of pineapple that have been added aquadest with a weight ratio of pineapple skin: aquadest= 1:2, continue the screening process. And then analyzed glucose levels. An anaerobic fermentation process took place at pH 4-5 using yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), which will decompose glucose into ethanol. Hubungan Jenis Bahan Bakar Dengan Konsumsi Bahan Bakar Sepeda Motor Bertransmisi Cvt, Semi-otomatik Dan Manual

Konsumsi bahan bakar pada kendaraan bermotor banyak dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satu diantaranya jenis bahan bakar yang digunakan. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh angka oktan yang terkandung pada bahan bakar terhadap konsumsi bahan bakar sepedamotor dengan transmisi berbeda. Bahan bakar yang digunakan pada motor uji adalah produksi Pertamina yaitu Premium (RON 88), Pertama (RON 92), dan Pertamax Plus (RON 95). Sedangkan kendaraan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Honda Beat (110 cc) bertransmisi continuous variable transmision (CVT), Yamaha Vega-R (110 cc) bertransmisi semi-automatic dan Suzuki Satria-Fu bertransmisi manual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahan bakar PertamaxPlus dengan RON paling tinggi paling efisien dibandingkan dengan jenis bahan bakar lain yang memiliki RON lebih rendah

ANALISIS HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DAN KEPUASAN TERHADAP KEPATUHAN PENGOBATAN AMLODIPIN PADA PASIEN HIPERTENSI (Penelitian Dilakukan di Puskesmas Arjuno Kota Malang)

Background: Hypertension is a condition of increased systolic blood pressure ≥140 mmHg or diastolic pressure ≥90 mmHg or both. Hypertension often does not show any symptoms for a long time. Hypertension is one of the risk factors for various diseases Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and satisfaction with adherence to the use of amlodipine drugs in hypertensive patients at the Arjuno Health Center in Malang City Methods: This study used an observational study with a cross-sectional approach. Sampling is carried out by non-probability sampling. The samples used by hypertensive patients who used amlodipine treatment at the Arjuno Health Center in Malang City with the number of samples referring to the slovin formula were 88 respondents. Result and Conclusion: The results showed that most respondents had a high level of knowledge about hypertension (60.23%). The results showed that most respondents had a high level of satisfaction with hypertension (84.09%). The results showed that most respondents had a non-adherence category to amlodipine treatment (53.41%). The results of the chi square correlation test showed a significant relationship (p < 0.05) between knowledge (p = 0.020), and therapeutic satisfaction (p = 0.040) with amlodipine treatment adherence at the Arjuno Health Center in Malang City.
