THE APPEARANCE AND DESCRIPTION OF THE IMAGE OF THE "LITTLE MAN" IN THE LITERARY WORKS OF THE XIX CENTURY

The article deals with the appearance and description of the image of the "little man" in the literary works of the 19th century in Russia. It is stated that in the 19th century the classical interpretation of the image of the “little man” was widespread - a humiliated, insulted, misunderstood sufferer. The problem of "little people" in literary works, which runs through the entire development of Russian literature, is also analyzed

Quantum liquids of particles with generalized statistics

We propose a phenomenological approach to quantum liquids of particles obeying generalized statistics of a fermionic type, in the spirit of the Landau Fermi liquid theory. The approach is developed for fractional exclusion statistics. We discuss both equilibrium (specific heat, compressibility, and Pauli spin susceptibility) and nonequilibrium (current and thermal conductivities, thermopower) properties. Low temperature quantities have the same temperature dependences as for the Fermi liquid, with the coefficients depending on the statistics parameter. The novel quantum liquids provide explicit realization of systems with a non-Fermi liquid Lorentz ratio in two and more dimensions. Consistency of the theory is verified by deriving the compressibility and $f$-sum rules.Comment: 14 pages, Revtex, no figures; typos correcte

Electronic correlation in the quantum Hall regime

Two-dimensional interacting electron systems become strongly correlated if the electrons are subject to a perpendicular high magnetic field. After introducing the physics of the quantum Hall regime the incompressible many- particle ground state and its excitations are studied in detail at fractional filling factors for spin-polarized electrons. The spin degree of freedom whose importance was shown in recent experiments is considered by studying the thermodynamics at filling factor one and near one.Comment: 55 pages, 26 eps-figure

In this article, the author, taking into account the current trends in the development of science and technology in the era of digital economy development, refers to the legal regulation and protection of intellectual property objects from a constitutional point of view. As a result of the analysis, it was suggested to make the necessary addition to the RA Constitution with the purpose of harmonization of the legislation.</jats:p

Творческое мышление в конфликтной ситуации

В статье обсуждается роль творческого мыш­ления в конфликтной ситуации. В связи с проблемой исследования конкретизируются пон­ятия «внешних и внутренних» условий мыс­лительной деятельности, где конфликтная си­туация выступает в качестве связующего звена мышления и деятельности. На примере моделей, предложенных разными авторами, вс­есторонне анализируется процесс мыш­ле­ния в ходе решения проблемных ситуаций. В частности обсуждается проявление различных особенностей и процессов мышления, таких как логика, интуиция, конвергенция, ди­вер­ген­ция, на разных этапах развития процесса мыш­ле­ния. Представляется обобщенная модель мыш­ления в процессе поиска решения в проб­ле­мном поле конфликтной ситуации, где от­дель­но рассматриваются функции интеллекта и творческого мышления.</jats:p
