Analisis Pengaruh Motivasi dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Xyz
This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and organizational commitment toward employee performance in PT. XYZ. This study uses survey method and data collection techniques used is literature study, questionnaires, and interviews. The population in this study was all employees of PT. XYZ (XYZ Print), which amounted to 79 people. This study uses regression analysis mooted simple and multiple regression. The collected data were processed using SPSS 23. The results showed that motivation and organizational commitment has a significant influence on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. Motivation and commitment to the organization to have a greater influence on employee performance if both improved simultaneously rather than partially.

PEMIDANAAN BAGI PENGANJUR TINDAK PIDANA KORUPSI MENURUT PASAL 55 KUHP
Tujuan dilakukannya penelitianini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana Klasifikasi Turut Serta Dalam Tindak Pidana Menurut KUHP dan bagaimanakah Bentuk Pemidanaan Terhadap Penganjur Tindak Pidana Korupsi, yang mana dengan metode penelitian hukum normatif disimpulkan: 1. Klasifikasi turut serta dalam tindak pidana adalah terkait dengan ajaran tentang penyertaan (deelnemimg) sebagai dasar memperluas dapat dipidananya orang yang tersangkut dalam terwujudnya delik. Penyertaan diatur dalam pasal 55 KUHP yang berarti bahwa ada dua orang atau lebih yang melakukan suatu tindak pidana atau dengan perkataan ada dua orang atau lebih mengambil bagian untuk mewujudkan suatu tindak pidana. Dalam hal ini terdapat empat bentuk keturutsertaan:1) menyuruh melakukan; 2) turut serta melakukan; 3) penganjur/menggerakkan orang lain untuk melakukan; 4) membantu melakukan atau membantu untuk melakukan. 2. Bentuk Pemidanaan Terhadap Penganjur Tindak Pidana Korupsi, bahwa konsep penganjur tidak dapat berdiri sendiri, dimana harus ada tindak pidana materiil terlebih dahulu. Sehingga si penganjur dapat dipidana apabila telah ada tindak pidana yang dilakukan oleh pelaku utama, terlepas apakah tindak pidana tersebut telah dilaksanakan atau gagal dilaksanakan. Sehingga sebagaimana Pasal 55 ayat 1 ke-2 KUHP, dengan memberikan anjuran kepada seseorang untuk melakukan tindak pidana, dengan memberi atau menjanjikan sesuatu dengan menyalahgunakan kekuasaan atau martabat, dengan kekerasan, ancaman atau penyesatan, atau dengan memberi kesempatan, sarana atau keterangan, sengaja menganjurkan orang lain supaya melakukan perbuatan tindak pidana, maka penganjur dapat dijatuhi hukuman pidana.Kata kunci: penganjur; tindak pidana korupsi
Phosphorylation of eIF4GII and 4E-BP1 in response to nocodazole treatment: a reappraisal of translation initiation during mitosis
Translation mechanisms at different stages of the cell cycle have been studied for many years, resulting in the dogma that translation rates are slowed during mitosis, with cap-independent translation mechanisms favored to give expression of key regulatory proteins. However, such cell culture studies involve synchronization using harsh methods, which may in themselves stress cells and affect protein synthesis rates. One such commonly used chemical is the microtubule de-polymerization agent, nocodazole, which arrests cells in mitosis and has been used to demonstrate that translation rates are strongly reduced (down to 30% of that of asynchronous cells). Using synchronized HeLa cells released from a double thymidine block (G 1/S boundary) or the Cdk1 inhibitor, RO3306 (G 2/M boundary), we have systematically re-addressed this dogma. Using FACS analysis and pulse labeling of proteins with labeled methionine, we now show that translation rates do not slow as cells enter mitosis. This study is complemented by studies employing confocal microscopy, which show enrichment of translation initiation factors at the microtubule organizing centers, mitotic spindle, and midbody structure during the final steps of cytokinesis, suggesting that translation is maintained during mitosis. Furthermore, we show that inhibition of translation in response to extended times of exposure to nocodazole reflects increased eIF2α phosphorylation, disaggregation of polysomes, and hyperphosphorylation of selected initiation factors, including novel Cdk1-dependent N-terminal phosphorylation of eIF4GII. Our work suggests that effects on translation in nocodazole-arrested cells might be related to those of the treatment used to synchronize cells rather than cell cycle status
PEMFC Optimization Strategy with Auxiliary Power Source in Fuel Cell Hybrid Vehicle
one of the present-day implementation of fuel cell is acting as main power source in Fuel Cell Hybrid Vehicle (FCHV). This paper proposes some strategies to optimize the performance of Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC) implanted with auxiliary power source to construct a proper FCHV hybridization. The strategies consist of the most updated optimization method determined from three point of view i.e. Energy Storage System (ESS), hybridization topology and control system analysis. The goal of these strategies is to achieve an optimum hybridization with long lifetime, low cost, high efficiency, and hydrogen consumption rate improvement. The energy storage system strategy considers battery, supercapacitor, and high-speed flywheel as the most promising alternative auxiliary power source. The hybridization topology strategy analyzes the using of multiple storage devices injected with electronic components to bear a higher fuel economy and cost saving. The control system strategy employs nonlinear control system to optimize the ripple factor of the voltage and the current and using the AOC-EMS system to improve the hydrogen consumption rate. ECMS and BERS strategy based on Time-Triggered Controller Area Network (TTCAN) also promoted to optimize hydrogen consumption rate from recovered kinetic energy while in braking regeneration mode

PENGARUH BIMBINGAN SOSIAL DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA FILM TERHADAP PENINGKATAN INTERAKSI SOSIAL SISWA
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah “apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari bimbingan sosil dengan menggunakan media film terhadap peningkatan interaksi sosial siswa. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan interaksi sosial dalam kehidupn sosialnya. Variabel yang digunakan ada dua yaitu layanan bimbingan sosial dengan menggunakan media film sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan kemampuan berinteraksi sosial siswa sebagai variabel terikat (Y).Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, metode penelitian Pra Eksperimental, rancangan penelitian one group pretest-posttest design, populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan peserta didik kelas XI SMA sampling yang digunakan claster sampling. teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui skala psikologis, instrument yang digunakan skala interaksi sosial, uji validitas instrument menggunakan rumus product moment, perhitungan, uji reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan rumus alpha, teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian setelah mendapatkan perlakuan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan media filem, menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan pada koefisien 5%, yang diperoleh selisih hasil treatmen, pretest dan posttest. Adapun hasil pretest 58,47 dan posttest 71,12. Jadi 71,12-58,47 = 12,64.Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus uji t setelah diadakan perhitungan maka dihasilkan thitung 6,938 > ttabel 2,110. Dengan demikian penelitian ini menyimpulkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari layanan bimbingan sosial dengan menggunakan media filem untuk meningkatkan kemampuan interaksi sosial siswa kelas XI SMA pada taraf signifikan 5%
Strategi Pengembangan Wilayah Agritourism di Pegunungan Menoreh Berbasis Pemberdayaan Komunitas
This study intends to obtain an effective and efficient strategy in the development of agritourism areas based on community empowerment. This study used a qualitative approach with six sources consisting of groups leaders of tourism enthusiasts, the members and representatives from the government. The analysis used in this research is SWOT with content analysis techniques IFAS, EFAS, and SFAS. The findings in this study indicate that there is still a very large potential for tourism, especially related to non-mainstream tourism such as cultural tourism, educational tourism and also religion tourism. The suggestion that can be given in this research is that there is a need for penta helix synergy in this community-based agritourism development strategy
Stimulation of translation by human Unr requires cold shock domains 2 and 4, and correlates with poly(A) binding protein interaction
The RNA binding protein Unr, which contains five cold shock domains, has several specific roles in post-transcriptional control of gene expression. It can act as an activator or inhibitor of translation initiation, promote mRNA turnover, or stabilise mRNA. Its role depends on the mRNA and other proteins to which it binds, which includes cytoplasmic poly(A) binding protein 1 (PABP1). Since PABP1 binds to all polyadenylated mRNAs, and is involved in translation initiation by interaction with eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4G (eIF4G), we investigated whether Unr has a general role in translational control. We found that Unr strongly stimulates translation in vitro, and mutation of cold shock domains 2 or 4 inhibited its translation activity. The ability of Unr and its mutants to stimulate translation correlated with its ability to bind RNA, and to interact with PABP1. We found that Unr stimulated the binding of PABP1 to mRNA, and that Unr was required for the stable interaction of PABP1 and eIF4G in cells. siRNA-mediated knockdown of Unr reduced the overall level of cellular translation in cells, as well as that of cap-dependent and IRES-dependent reporters. These data describe a novel role for Unr in regulating cellular gene expression
PEMETAAN ZONA MINERALISASI EMAS BLOK “APUT”, KECAMATAN BATANG ASAI, KABUPATEN SAROLANGUN, PROVINSI JAMBI MENGGUNAKAN METODE IP FREKUENSI DOMAIN KONFIGURASI DIPOLE-DIPOLE
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Blok “APUT” dari tanggal 9 Mei 2011 hingga 25 Agustus
2011, bersama tim geofisika PT. Antam (Persero), Tbk. Lokasi penelitian berada
diwilayah Kecamatan Batang Assai, Kabupaten Soralangun, Provinsi Jambi. Secara
statrigrafi daerah penelitan tersusun dari satuan batuan vulkanik yaitu lava andesit,
tuf dan breksi vulkanik. Zona sesar daerah Jambi mempunyai arah Barat Laut –
Tenggara. Alterasi yang berkembang berupa silisifikasi, propilit dan argilik. Ukuran
vein yang tersingkap ± 3 meter.
Metode yang digunakan Metode induksi polarisasi merupakan salah satu metode
geofisika yang mana merupakan cabang dari metode geolistrik dengan menggunakan
konfigurasi dipole-dipole. Pengolahanya menggunakan software Microsoft Excel,
Res2DInv, Surfer 10, Geosoft dan RW14.
Resistivity < 600 Ohm.m, PFE > 6.5% dan MF > 100 mhos/m merupakan batuan
kuarsa dan batuan lapuk dengan alterasi berupa silisifikasi lemah dan argilik, Di
indikasikan sebagai zona mineralisasi mengingat kandungan logam banyak.
Resistivity > 1000 ohm.m, PFE > 6.5% dan MF > 100 mhos/m merupakan Andesit
dan Diorit dengan alterasi Silisifikasi kuat dan Propilit, bukan zona mineralisasi,
harga resistivitas tidak mendukung. Arah penyebaran zona mineralisasi emas berarah
Baratlaut – Tenggara dengan bagian mineralisasi yang berkembang dibagian Utara,
terdapat dua jalur mineralisasi. Dan satu jalur mineralisasi berarah Baratdaya –
Timurlaut.
